I just had my third appointment with Ezzy at Super Nails and Spa and I can honestly say I've found my forever nail home. I actually wanted to see Ezzy years ago when she was working solo in Murrieta, but she was always booked. I followed her work online and loved the attention to detail in her posts. I'm pretty simple when it comes to nails. I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure or sometimes just regular polish. I've tried a few other techs in the area, but either wasn't completely satisfied or felt pushed toward services I didn't really want. Around here it seems like everyone recommends structured or hybrid gel manicures, which just aren't necessary for me. At my first appointment, Ezzy actually assessed my nails and talked through what made sense for my nail health and the short length I prefer. She confirmed that structured or hybrid gel wasn't the right fit for me. She easily could have pushed a more expensive service, but she didn't. That kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I've now figured out the perfect maintenance schedule. The drive is about 40 minutes each way, but it's completely worth it. The entire team here is friendly and professional. I haven't personally booked with the other technicians yet, but they clearly work hard and have a great team environment. Don't hesitate to try the other techs as well. Honestly, people are sleeping on this salon. Just communicate what you want (and don't want), and they will do their best to accommodate. Highly recommend. read more

It took 2 hours to get a pedicure done. And another person who had an appointment waited an hour to be helped. Staff didn't understand that the sign posted about minimum card purchases of $2 does not tell the customers that they are going to charge them a processing fee to use said card. It tells me as the customer that I must spend $2 in order to use my card. I would have been fine paying a processing fee if there was signage posted and not using a minimum purchase sign as a means to charge me additional fees there were not posted or discussed. It would have been an okay experience besides how long it took if they were willing to hear how the sign reads to the customer. read more

Im very picky with my pedicures and would only go here to get them done. I would recommend you only go with Wah, especially if you suffer from ingrowns. She takes her time and makes sure to get EVERYTHING. I have only been with her so I can't speak on behalf of the other pedicurist but she's the best. If you are looking for thin French she's really good at it, would always get it perfect for me. They do put the liner in the tub which is a plus always. I 100% recommend her for pedicures, always left my feet feeling pretty AND SUPER clean. read more

Okay so I showed up about 3 hours before closing, plenty of time for what I came in to get done. A basic pedicure with acrylic big toes (which means acrylic only on my big toes) and a full set. They started off with my pedi. The young guy they had do it wasn't so good at his craft. 1. The water was COLD. I asked if he could make it a little warmer after he asked me is it was okay. All he did was drain it for 2 seconds & added literally a few seconds worth of warm water. It was still COLD. So anyway I go on to explain everything I would like. Only extra thing I requested was callus remover. Nothing major. He begins the pedicure and when it comes time for the scrub of the heels and foot, he uses what a lot of salons no longer use. The "cheese grater" okay whatever. After doing that for 10 mins (which was to long) I still left with jacked up, cracked heels. (I've gone to other salons and my heels would be super smooth, like I'm paying for) so let proceed to get ready for the acrylic on the big toes, before he does such, he cleans up the cuticle area and the area around the toe nail, DIGS into the area where an ingrown WOULD be (I didn't have any on either big toe) makes me bleed twice on one toe and once on the other, both time I express to him that he's hurting me annnnd I jump a few times due to him really digging into my toe skin near the nail. He did the acrylic on my 2 big toes and SUCKS. He never once filed the acrylic down, never used a drill to smooth the acrylic evenly. So my big toes are super bulky and UGLY. By this time I've already been sittin in his chair for 2 hours. Wondering when someone was going to start my full set. The lady working in there brought the pillow and tray for my nails but it never got started. The guy that was supposed to start it ends up goin for a smoke, he comes back and a new customer is requesting a full set so he does hers. Cool. It's my turn now for my full set, at first I was relieved because they came out great, he did a good job until the next day I realize whatever nail glue they used doesn't even stick. There is a gap between my nail and the artificial nail. The cuticle area, the acrylic lifted. I paid $96 & left a tip for the 2 techs. Moral of the story. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. $96 can get you better quality and faster time. read more

If I can leave zero stars I would my nails started lifting after 1 day the guy didn't file my nails down with the drill .and when I asked for a French tip he just glued the fake nail tips that are already white.Also he smelled so terrible like he hadn't took a shower in a month and and hands were so dirty like he had been cleaning a sewer . I am going to be honest but me and my sister came here the other day and they took so long we were there for a long time and the older male that did my nails does not know how to cut cuticles at all, he cut my pinky in my left hand, my cuticle appears crooked and uneven. I feel like id rather not have someone do a manicure if they arent competent. I personally wouldnt come here again. Also the ladys son was all in our face and in my kids stroller and I am nice so I didnt fuss but I feel like they need to have him learn some manners. My gel is already peeling off although the color was very pretty and done nicely, aside from the crooked cuticle and bleeding. So I went to this establishment on the 4th of this month I've been so busy I haven't really got to get a good look at them. All I wanted was a simple ombre of black and maroon which they didn't have continuously try to talk me out of what I wanted on color.. I even gave the girl a tip then I'm very upset. I noticed today how screwed up the sides of my nails are she didn't even coat it with the powder and she shaved it down way too much on the sides it looks absolutely horrible and it's noticeable and photos. I have cousins in Hemet, and whenever I come we love trying out local spas. We first tried out Super Nails about a year ago and its become our go-to spot for getting our nails done and eyebrows did! Unlike most nail salons, Super Nails is spacious and has an almost serene atmosphere. My girl Lisa is the sweetest and she always takes care of me and gives me a nice foot massage when I get a pedicure (+ she does the best eyebrows!!). I have been going to this place for years never had a problem. I went there when peter and lisa owned the place. I'm giving them 1 star for this last pedicure on January 11, 2018, while getting the pedicure my big toe was bleeding, she just stuck it back in the water and proceeded with scrubbing and washing and painting. When I left there my big toe was sore but i didn't think to much about it, but the next day my toes was in so much pain. I started putting peroxide, alcohol and anti bacteria ointment on it. Well today I had to go to the urgent care with a big toe and a big infection. I don't know what went wrong but I won't use them again. My toe is killing me. I am now on a big strong dose of antbiotics for 14 days. read more
