I don't normally write reviews but though I would just give it a go and hopefully help someone else avoid this. Went in yesterday for a pedicure went with the Milano Bliss Pedicure which is $60 the store was nice it was mostly clean I would say 9/10 the service was nice as well. The problem is on one of my big toes it's now starting to look infected and hurts so much to walk on when trimming and cleaning I think she went to hard/far into my toe. On my other foot it's all scratched up and burns when using the yellow scrubber on the bottom of my food she then went to the top of my foot with it?!?!? I went with one other person who got the same things done and is now also saying how badly their toe hurts. Lastly to add I did not want or ask for gel and she did it anyways by the time I realized that's what was happening I didn't feel like I could say anything. It was $127 for two pedicures that did not go as long as you might think the hot stone massage is for 12 minutes it lasted maybe 2. I hope this helps someone else.

A little pricey but they do good work. Gel manicure (full set) $80 and pedicure $60 cost $140 . It was worth it however...they do good work. Salon is clean and the people are friendly. Plan on making this my new nail shop.

Let me start by saying that I never do anything for myself. I just completed working for 6 months straight and thought I'd treat myself to a VIP pedicure and Manicure...$95 on their menu of service. Service comes with all the bells and whistles including a 15 minute massage on both feet, legs, hands and arm. It also comes with a glass of wine but I didn't have that. I was the ONLY PERSON IN THERE! My manicure took a total of 15 minutes. The lady talked on her phone the entire time AND was sick, coughing in my face with no mask. I was disgusted and told her as much. When I came in, my nails were much longer and I had filed and shaped them the night before (I didn't know I was coming) and I left with short, very uneven nails and the gel was all over my fingers. You can tell that much from the pictures. My feet are the same. My nails were cut too short, the gentleman doing it was singing to music on his EarPods. I did not get a 15 minute massage (it was 8 minutes from start to finish because I timed him since the lady didn't do her 15 minutes either). They look great even though my nails are short but I didn't get the bells and whistles I was paying for. When I checked out my total was $125.00 not the $95.00 listed on their menu. Apparently the costs when up but they didn't say that at the beginning. At this point I paid, and left knowing I'd never return. I wished I had checked the Yelp reviews first. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Have never been in a nail salon that has the most pushy techs and when you say no they get an attitude start talking in their language amongst themselves also the quality of work because they needed to get me out fast was horrendous. Customer service can be better if you're not dropping the money then don't go there.

Just went this morning, needed my toes done badly!! When I walk in greeted by this lovely lady, got seated right away, I got a pedi. The guy who did my toes did such an amazing job!! They offer free drinks!! Everyone there is very friendly!! I would definitely come back !!

I always feel so pampered and well taken care of whenever I'm here. They are so friendly and welcoming upon arrival and they have many different mani pedi options to choose from. I typically opt for the gel pedicure ($5 extra) with the basic service and it's pretty affordable overall, about $40. They usually offer deals, like when I recently went they had a $5 off for all pedicure services. I also appreciate that they offer a free beverage while you're getting the service done, which is a great touch. I've always found the salon to be very clean and comfortable and the service, in my experience, has been detail-oriented and wonderful overall. read more

Absolutely horrid experience they didn't even try on my nails. They're uneven. They're not even a full coat of polish. I spent almost about $90 on these. Do not go here. Don't even want them touching me again to fix it. The lady hurt me multiple times during the pedicure find somewhere else nicer. Having to go somewhere different now and fix them completely because I refuse to go back here. read more

I went in for a pedicure and a full set with Larry and got charged 85 for just the full set. Then 2 days later my thumbnail fell off I went in to get it fixed and had to pay. Then 3 days later all of the nails began to crack in half. It's been less then a week and all of the nails have came off. read more

I went last week with my disabled daughter to get our nails done Larry charge my daughter 55 dollars for colorgell change and she payed him and gave him 2.00 tip so when I approached the register to pay he asked me if she was my daughter I said yes well she only gave me 2.00 tip I felt so humiliated so he asked if I can pay the 10.0 tip I said sure but isn't it voluntary to give a tip after you get service in there nail salon what do you guys think would you go back read more

Unsure why the stars here are so low. Great quality spa pedicure a little expensive $15 for gel normally 10 other places, but ok. Get complimentary drinks..never drank before noon but went ahead anyway. We had a great time here. Lilian, Ashley and linda were very friendly lovely ladies. Thanks see you next time. read more

I went today to show them their gel nails peeled off before two weeks, I even had the nails, I paid like 40 with a 10 tip that day I had them done. I asked if I paid for a manicure today , can they give me a discount, she went to other people there to speak their language and she said "no" so I decided never to go back there again and I hope other patrons decide to go somewhere else read more

They bait and switch prices after they say one price, they always add!! Today I wanted a gel-x set renewed, and a pedicure. They have up a sign for 55.00 for gel-x and 25.00 for pedicure. I asked the girl, what is final price with gel polish, she said 65.00. The pedicure was 45.00 with gel polish, 20.00 above advertised price and the gel x was 75.00!! When asked why, the girl at desk said, we charge you 10.00 to take off previous nails. This was not disclosed and the pedicure should have been 40.00 minus a 5.00 coupon, 35.00! My bill was supposed to be 100.00, but was 115.00!! Also I wanted almond medium nails and I have stiletto medium because they didn't have what I asked for, she should have said that!!! I do not recommend and I'm never going back!! read more

I brought my wife in for us to get mani/pedis. I only wanted the simplest thing possible for my hands and feet, I don't do nail polish or anything like that, my wife got a basic mani and French tip on her toes which I know can cost a little more. But overall I feel like the prices weren't communicated well from the beginning and I felt slightly manipulated into paying way more than what I anticipated and what I feel I should have paid. Based on the price sheet, I was expecting to pay $55 for my basic mani/pedi and about $120 for my wife's basic mani and the French tip gel toes. Instead I somehow ended up getting charged a whopping $245 for everything??? I asked for a breakdown and still wasn't satisfied with the answers I got. It was nice to feel pampered and I'm not opposed to paying for good services, but I also expect to be told what I'm paying for, not to just be played into paying more and more for things I don't know about. I don't know if I would prefer to return here, simply because I felt there was something slightly dishonest or maybe unclear in the communication, especially for someone inexperienced like me and I wasn't told each thing is an extra $10 here and $15 there. read more

First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else." But she kept saying, "Oh no, this is how we do it," so I'm trying to trust her and give her the benefit of the doubt. After the service, I honestly still wasn't happy. And it's not like I stayed quiet either, I was communicating the whole time and telling her exactly what I was uncomfortable with. But it felt like she wasn't even trying to hear me out because she would just start speaking in her language instead. To me, it came off like, "I'm not listening to you, I'm just gonna say whatever I want," knowing I couldn't understand anything being said. Then when it was time to pay, she starts making fun of me to her coworker. I could tell by the energy and the laughing that it was about how I was paying because I used some change and the rest on my card. Like... you're still getting paid regardless, so what's funny? I even spoke up about that too and said there was no reason to make fun of it. Then she started acting like, "Oh no no no," trying to play it off like I didn't know what was going on. Overall, I will never spend another dime at this place. The environment was rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. They don't listen to what you ask for, talk about you right in front of your face in another language, and clearly don't care about customer service at all. If that's the type of vibe you like being around, then this is the perfect place for you.

Someone who was probably the owner used a file to try to clean it up and said she'd do another coat instead of cleaning up the whole color ! Stay away from this place horrible service.

So I have come here before to get a pedicure and never had a problem. It was actually the first place that would listen to me when I said not to trim my toe nails too short because i very easily get ingrown nails. With that said, I decided to get my acrylic full set done here and brought my best friend for her first time ever doing them. Big mistake. Not only were both of our nails terrible looking, they started to lift after only a few days! I asked for the ombré and my nails were completely crooked, there was a ton of excess acrylics underneath my nail, and a few of them had big gaps on the sides. Mine started to peel also. We decided to go somewhere else for our fills and they've been fantastic. Fast forward to yesterday when i decided it was time to take my nails off and let my nails grow out a bit and heal before getting them done again. I AM DISGUSTED. Almost every one of my fingers has green and yellow spots on them! At first I thought maybe it was a bruise but then i cleaned them and saw what it really is. FUNGUS. I am so grossed out that I don't even want to look at my own nails. Needless to say, i will never be going back to Milano's and I recommend that if you're nails start to lift after a few days, go back and get them fixed or else you could end up with fungus too. read more

I had such a great experience at Milano Nail Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, and I was seen right on time for my appointment. I got a full set with gel polish, and my nail technician paid close attention to detail, making sure the shape and design were exactly what I wanted. The quality of the work is amazing! They also have a great selection of colors and designs, and the spa itself feels luxurious and relaxing. I especially appreciated the care they took with sanitation -- everything was clean and well-maintained, which is super important to me. When I went to back in 2017 the were great after COVID VICENT KEVIN and JENNI RACIST TO BLACK CUSTOMERS I was told by Vicente if I want to go somewhere else to get my pedicure to go I had made an appointment for 1230 PM with Vicente I waited 15 mins after my appointment while he finished a white women manicure your folks treat black customers rudely when the manager is gone your folks disrespect black customers by talking down to ublack customer Vicente had the nerve to tell me that he spent 15 min over the 1 hr and I said I waited patiently for 15 mins when my appointment was 1230 PM. All black customers please help boycott Milano Nails and Spa they are not doing us a favor we are doing them a favor by keeping them with jobs. read more

This salon was recommended to me by my friend and Im so glad she recommended this salon to me. Ive been to this salon several times now and every time I come they do an excellent job with my mani/pedi and eyelashes. On top of it, this salon is very beautiful inside. Probably the most beautiful and spacious nail salon Ive been to. Everyone greets you with a smile and offers complimentary water while waiting. Ive had my eyelashes done here and it looks very natural and it has lasted me a really long time compared to other places Ive gone to. Honestly I'm pretty pissed off right now when I went in I asked for a full set and a pedicure there is a sign outside of the building that says $19 for a full set the lady told me it would be $50 for my nails and my toes when I went to check out they told me it was $67 because my pedicure was 17 and my nails were 50 I've never paid $50 for some basic ass nails like this this is ridiculous I will never go back there again and on top of that the lady that did my nails was really stuck up and rude read more

Love this place it's a magical place! When I come on they usually take you right away which I certainly love about this place. They greet me every single time I come there I do not know why people give this Nail & Spa such bad reviews I loved it and Tina did my nails I haven't tried the eyelash extensions but my friends had it before and they loved it!! I came here yesterday for the first time to get my first ever eyelash extensions done. Everyone is friendly and they're always smiling which I love to see. When i was getting my extentions done, i was really relaxing and Hannah has the lightest hand ever. I even fell asleep on her a couple times. I loved it. Today i had a stubborn lash and i went back to get it fixed. She took me in quickly. They have great service. Can't wait to go back for my fill. read more

I walked in after work and was able to be seen right away. The gal that helped me was named MiMi and she was absolutely incredible! I got a full set of acrylic nails and she was super detailed and the nails looked great! The front receptionist was a sweetheart as well. I asked for a French tip set with pink gel, short, round and not too thick because I wanted a natural look. I got a medium length square with painted pink and white nails, thick and not even nails. I did politely attempt to ask for corrections along the way but the language barrier was quite strong so I gave up. I definitely will not go back. read more
