I'm not usually someone who complains because I don't like to seem rude but the original lady who does my brows there wasn't in (her chair is closest to the register) and according to the women who was there, she wasn't going to be in on any of my off days. So I took the chance and went with the women who was there and OMG when she got done and I seen the results I wanted to cry!! she completely messed my eyebrows up , they're literally paper thin!!! I spent so much time growing my brows out nice and full, and the other lady knew exactly how to clean them up perfectly. This new women on the other hand ruined them. I had to go out and buy brow serum so that I can try and grow my brows back . Who tells their customer to step outside for 10 mins (on a cold windy evening) because they had just mopped the floor--mind you, the floor was completely dry! Worker Didn't even bother getting up from the chair across the room either. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she would've at least said it nicely. That's what wet floor caution signs are for!!! I made the decision to never come back to this place again. I'm usually happy with how they do my eyebrows, but I haven't been satisfied with their customer service for quite some time now. I went to this place several times to give them a second chance, never again!! Bad customer service and they ruined in my eyebrows!!

I have been to this location a few times before and have had some good experiences. The only thing I would have complained about is that one of the employees always acts like she has no time to help you. This was more than apparent during my last visit. She huffed and puffed because it was almost closing time. It was only 6:15 and they close at 7. Also their website says they welcome walk-ins. I offered to come back another day but she begrudgingly said it was okay for me to stay. I instantly regretted staying because she was extremely aggressive when threading me. I normally can take the sting. I have a high tolerance for pain. But I was seriously crying silently this time. Guess she was upset because she wanted to go home. read more

The best threading studio in the Hemet/SJ Valley. I recently moved to Murrieta and tried a different brow studio and they did such a horrible job, I had to wait an entire month for my eyebrows to heal and grow back, I gladly drove all the way to Hemet just to go back to the Brow Studio, each one of the ladies knows how to do my eyebrows so they always come out perfect and they are always super gentle. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years now, and I'm really picky about where I get them done because I've had a few people mess them up really badly before. Also, my skin is super sensitive and when people don't do a good job, it hurts a lot for me and cuts my skin. Luckily, this place turned out to be amazing!! Since I have to give one star it would be for appearance. Very nice studio! Let's get to the brows, my first time there, I encountered a young lady, she told me to sit in the chair and I showed her how I wanted my eyebrows. I should have jumped up out the chair when she told me she would TRY! So, she finish my brows and handed me the mirror and I noticed my right brow was perfect however my left brow was much thinner. She was trying to convince me that they were the same. I usually wouldn't pay for a job when I'm not satisfied but my daughter was with me and I didn't want to embarrass her by making a scene. I paid her the $10 and left out. My daughter said she was praying that I wouldn't go off! I will never go back to the brow studio. It seems the girl who did the threading on my brows was practicing! Okay the only reason I'm going to give this place a 2 instead of a 1 star is because the first time I was there the owner did an amazing job on my eyebrows and put attention to detail and she was perfect, my complaint its for a young girl that she works there. After my first visit with the owner I definitely wanted to go back so I did and I got serviced by this young girl high school age, no costumer service what's so ever long story short she messed up my eyebrows but I wasn't too noticeable anyways, today I gave it one last and final shot, young girl was there she was on her phone , she saw me didn't say welcome didn't guide me to chair or nothing so I just sat there by myself, she started doing my eyebrows kind of on a rush then her hand accidentally slipped and hit me on the ear and no sorry, so I was like ok no big deal and then it happens one more time by this time I was irritated,when she was done she just handed me the mirror didnt ask me nothing she just looked at me like if she was giving me the pleasure of being service by her I just stand up pay DID NOT tip her and left, never coming back, sorry for the owner the works hard to gain costumers the disappointed by this young girl read more

I came here the other day and I told the girl that I wanted a clean up only but instead she did what she wanted she gave me an arch and when I look at the mirror looks like I'm angry and I hate it I'm not happy she did what she wanted she told me, I should try something new since its in "style" ? Very clean studio and the staff is always friendly. The lady who does my eyebrows usually does a great job at not only shaping the brows but you gives you tips on how to take care as grow out your eyebrows for the best results for what you want. She always makes an effort to get to know you and communicate with you. My aunt and I only go here and we love it. Originally my aunt was doubtful of threading due to a past bad experience at another salon, however she has since changed her mind and loves threading.
