I'm not usually someone who complains because I don't like to seem rude but the original lady who does my brows there wasn't in (her chair is closest to the register) and according to the women who was there, she wasn't going to be in on any of my off days. So I took the chance and went with the women who was there and OMG when she got done and I seen the results I wanted to cry!! she completely messed my eyebrows up , they're literally paper thin!!! I spent so much time growing my brows out nice and full, and the other lady knew exactly how to clean them up perfectly. This new women on the other hand ruined them. I've been coming here for about two months now. Farhin always does my eyebrows and she does a great job.

Who tells their customer to step outside for 10 mins (on a cold windy evening) because they had just mopped the floor--mind you, the floor was completely dry! Worker Didn't even bother getting up from the chair across the room either. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she would've at least said it nicely. That's what wet floor caution signs are for!!! I made the decision to never come back to this place again. I'm usually happy with how they do my eyebrows, but I haven't been satisfied with their customer service for quite some time now. Time to move on. Not going to be driving across town to get this kind of treatment. read more

Honestly you have to use eyebrow products for your eyebrows if you want to mimic the Instagram pictures people see on social media. I have been to this location a few times before and have had some good experiences. The only thing I would have complained about is that one of the employees always acts like she has no time to help you. This was more than apparent during my last visit. She huffed and puffed because it was almost closing time. It was only 6:15 and they close at 7. Also their website says they welcome walk-ins. I offered to come back another day but she begrudgingly said it was okay for me to stay. I instantly regretted staying because she was extremely aggressive when threading me. I normally can take the sting. I have a high tolerance for pain. But I was seriously crying silently this time. Guess she was upset because she wanted to go home. read more
