Arrived here at 1022, her google add said she opened at 10 AM and also the door said 10 AM. She was not there. She failed to open the doors at "said time". If I was the business owner I would definitely have my doors open for customers at 10 AM, actually no 9:55 AM. I'm very disappointed. I was excited to go here. This is my first time ever trying out a threading place in Hemet. I'm new to the area and she failed me. Don't recommend. She must be lazy. read more

I usually do my own eyebrows with a razor , but I recently cut too far and lost my arch's, came here for the first time and she gave me my archs back she was so nice. Great service she even sweetly apologized after having to continuously wipe my tears lol 100% would recommend read more

My sister was a first timer getting threaded. We talked to a group of young ladies in the shop who agreed that this was a great place and recommended. Serviced was fast and Jin explained every step she was doing which made us feel comfortable. We would highly recommend too! read more

This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows professionally done. I always had plucked them myself. I found this shop on Google and I went in to try eyebrow waxing. After speaking to the lady I decided to try threading instead. It took about 10 minutes and I am very happy with how they look. Very nice shop and a good experience. Edited: I got the threading done on Tuesday and by Thursday both my eyes started feeling funny. I tried putting eye drops but that didn't help them at all. I was worried I might have gotten an eye infection due to the threading so ended up going to an eye Dr on Monday. He said I had no infection but did have inflammation and needed to be prescribed eye drops with steroids for five days. The lady who did my eyebrows did a good job but I would suggest researching pros and cons of any cosmetic procedure before getting anything done. read more

Zuma did a Brazilian wax today 10-22-2022. Laceration sent me to the ER. I have been getting waxed for over 15yrs and this has never happened. I text her and she gave me back my $40 but my hospital bill will be more than that. I trusted her with my Brazilian wax. I will be traumatized for a long time thanks to her. And they also reported the photo of the graphic cut she gave me. read more

Very professional! Great value as well for me as someone who just went for eyebrow threading. She is very nice and made my experience very smooth and easy. I've gotten my eyebrows done in expensive places in Glendale, CA and her work and service rivals theirs. I love that she asked me questions throughout to make sure I was happy with how she was threading my brows. read more

Went here based on the good reviews and there wasn't many people so got seen quickly. The good: the lady was able to help me quickly and did finish quickly. It had been a while (which she made sure to comment). The bad part: it hurt a lot, have cuts all around my eyebrows (as my mom put it, it seems like I fought with the cat and he scratched eye my eyebrows lol), eyebrows were not even, not clean cut and not trimmed (every other place I've gone to trims them for me but maybe it's not a service she includes). She also left me with a small bald spot on my left eyebrow on the side which she said she was trying to make even with my right since it was rounder. And I still had to come home to pluck out any missed hairs. I was even trying to leave before she finished and the lady had to tell me she was almost done. Good thing I wasn't going to a party right after, otherwise the redness/cuts/pain would have made me miss that party. I personally won't be returning here. Your experience may vary. read more

I when I moved to Hemet I had to find a new eyebrow tech I tried a few in town and unfortunately they left my eyebrows uneven..but Jin's is my go to everytime if they are on vacation I will wait to get my brows done, but the service here is great! I feel very welcome every single time they make you feel like family and my brows come out great every single time they always give me pointers if I've overplucked before a session. 10/10. Not to mention price point is great read more

Love her! She does a great job and is very friendly. The store is clean and in an easy location. Highly recommend!

The lady here was super nice, and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I'm coming back. Ill be a regular. I waited a few minutes on her cozy sofa. P.s. she sells.bottled water. It was a hot day and I didn't bring anything to hydrate. read more

First time there. I gave it 3 starts because i had a semi good experience. When I got there the lady was working on a lady, and her phone kept going off. It was very annoying. It was her Facebook messenger. Someone kept calling her over and over again. Like I get it she probably has family, but she should really put her phone on vibrate and just check when she can like normal professional people. Afterward she finally got to work on me, the wait wasn't very long, she did a great job on my eyebrows. The only thing I disliked was the fact that the thread kept ripping and it was very painful because it would rip on my eyebrows. When she was done she asked if she could put something on my eyebrows and I said that's fine. Honestly I thought it was lotions or something to help sooth the pain. Turns out no! It was alcohol which made my eyebrows hurt like hell. Her shop was very beautiful though. read more

Love the customer service, very pleasant lady, always does a great job doing threading my whole face. Now I'm a regular customer

I had my brows done by Suma today and she is just a delight: friendly, competent, insightful and just an all around cool person. I've also had my brows done by Jin in the past and both of them are wonderful, they know what brow shape complements an individual's face and they never push other services onto you to make more money. Good people - great brow artists. read more

I love the lady who does my eyebrows. She's such a nice lady who does exactly what you want. I've been going here almost a year and I'll keep going as long as it's her working there! My eyebrows always look on point thanks to her! They have a punch card too, so don't forget to ask for one. I think the 8th or 9th eyebrow threading is free. They do henna tattoos and full face threading as well. read more

Suma is the best, and the only one I trust with my brows! She is friendly, fast, and precise!!

Amazing service! Very professional and I see a lot of eyebrow threading reviews but I got a Brazilian wax, great job thank you :)

I loved my eyebrows. Only one lady was there today, she was very sweet and respectful. I would recommend her to all of my friends.

Best eyebrow place I've ever been too. You can never go wrong when coming here. Both women are great! I never have to wait long either, which is also great! read more

This is the best eyebrow threading salon I have ever been to. I moved from LA to Las Vegas to Winchester and so I have visited many different salons. Previously, my all time favorite spot was one that I found in Las Vegas, but now, this is my favorite. The prices are reasonable, but most importantly, my eyebrows always look great after visiting. The results vary from time to time with most salons, depending on who you get. Here, my eyebrows always look the same (perfect) after each visit. read more

Jin is the BEST at eyebrow threading! I highly recommend this place! Nice and clean! She takes her time! I've never had any kind of eyebrow grooming done before so I feel as if she has a very light hand at her job- therefore it does not hurt as much! read more

She was very gentle and i appreciated the fact that she asked how it was after she did one eyebrow first too. great service!

Yelp, google and door all say open until 6pm. I show up at 5:20 and they are closed. Please update your business hours.

Highly recommend!! I just moved into the area from LA and it's been hard to find a legit eye brow threading place and I'm happy to say I found my new spot. I was kinda iffy to try it out because it's in a random hidden location but glad I did. The owner is super friendly and she knows what she's doing. Only 7 bucks you can't beat that read more

I am super OCD about my eyebrows and every other place I went to always took too much off so for almost year I didn't get my eyebrows done out of fear and they were so out of control it was terrifying so I went on Google and found jins about 3 months ago and have been going to them every three weeks since. They do an amazing job! Not to mention they are super friendly and the prices are awesome. Would rate 10 stars if I could read more

I love going to Jin to get threaded. She has great prices and does an excellent job! I use to go to another place in town but they didn't do my eyebrows how I liked them. I'm really happy to go to Jin's. I've been going here since last year and I'm always satisfied with my eyebrows. read more

My eyebrows need help and she did an amazing job she's so general prices are awesome and she is so talented!

Best place I've ever brought my wife or myself. The new location is clean and new. Wife's eyebrows on fleek!

There are those who do eyebrows, then there are those who understand eyebrows. Jin completely understands eyebrows! I found her on yelp, read a review from a woman who was picky and particular about her brows and she raved about how amazing Jin was and she was right! I've been going to Jin since august and I don't intend on cheating on her. Lol Seriously! Brows are important & I definitely recommend Jin if your as particular as I am about brows! read more

I was looking for a good eyebrow place in Hemet or San Jacinto and found that this one had a lot of good reviews so I expected more from it. She may have been having a bad day but she completely neglected me and made me stand and wait for I couldn't even sit down. I was ignored and was wondering what was taking her so long since the place was empty. I was very disappointed when she finished my brows they were uneven and one looks as if it wasn't even completely finished. I will not be coming here again I guess you do get what you pay for, no shade but she seems unskilled and unprofessional to me. read more

Do not go here. She literally listened to nothing I said. She took off half my eyebrows and left one circled and the other slightly arched. I have been working for almost a year to get the perfect shape on my eyebrow and she has totally screwed them up. I now have two eyebrows that are two completely different shapes and are so thin and patchy. I am so upset that someone could mess up eyebrows so bad and not even be able to take responsibility for it, this is my face. read more

When I first walked in Jin didn't bother to look at a me and she ignored me service because she was on her phone and didn't say anything so I stood there looking dumb because she was just there and she made me feel uncomfortable, well she must have used some dirty thread or her hands were really dirty because I started breaking out as soon as she did my eyebrows and she did them all bad and I didn't like it one bit she messed them up so idk why people say she's all good but she's not any who my experience with her was the worst . P.s. the first time customer thing is a lie. I could only post thing by rating a star but I would give her 0 if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE read more
