Arrived here at 1022, her google add said she opened at 10 AM and also the door said 10 AM. She was not there. She failed to open the doors at "said time". If I was the business owner I would definitely have my doors open for customers at 10 AM, actually no 9:55 AM. I'm very disappointed. I was excited to go here. This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows professionally done. I always had plucked them myself. I found this shop on Google and I went in to try eyebrow waxing. After speaking to the lady I decided to try threading instead. It took about 10 minutes and I am very happy with how they look. Very nice shop and a good experience. Edited: I got the threading done on Tuesday and by Thursday both my eyes started feeling funny. I tried putting eye drops but that didn't help them at all. I was worried I might have gotten an eye infection due to the threading so ended up going to an eye Dr on Monday. He said I had no infection but did have inflammation and needed to be prescribed eye drops with steroids for five days. The lady who did my eyebrows did a good job but I would suggest researching pros and cons of any cosmetic procedure before getting anything done. read more

Zuma did a Brazilian wax today 10-22-2022. Laceration sent me to the ER. I have been getting waxed for over 15yrs and this has never happened. Went here based on the good reviews and there wasn't many people so got seen quickly. The good: the lady was able to help me quickly and did finish quickly. It had been a while (which she made sure to comment). The bad part: it hurt a lot, have cuts all around my eyebrows (as my mom put it, it seems like I fought with the cat and he scratched eye my eyebrows lol), eyebrows were not even, not clean cut and not trimmed (every other place I've gone to trims them for me but maybe it's not a service she includes). She also left me with a small bald spot on my left eyebrow on the side which she said she was trying to make even with my right since it was rounder. And I still had to come home to pluck out any missed hairs. I was even trying to leave before she finished and the lady had to tell me she was almost done. Good thing I wasn't going to a party right after, otherwise the redness/cuts/pain would have made me miss that party. I personally won't be returning here. Your experience may vary. read more

I when I moved to Hemet I had to find a new eyebrow tech I tried a few in town and unfortunately they left my eyebrows uneven..but Jin's is my go to everytime if they are on vacation I will wait to get my brows done, but the service here is great! First time there. I gave it 3 starts because i had a semi good experience. When I got there the lady was working on a lady, and her phone kept going off. It was very annoying. It was her Facebook messenger. Someone kept calling her over and over again. Like I get it she probably has family, but she should really put her phone on vibrate and just check when she can like normal professional people. Afterward she finally got to work on me, the wait wasn't very long, she did a great job on my eyebrows. The only thing I disliked was the fact that the thread kept ripping and it was very painful because it would rip on my eyebrows. When she was done she asked if she could put something on my eyebrows and I said that's fine. Honestly I thought it was lotions or something to help sooth the pain. Turns out no! It was alcohol which made my eyebrows hurt like hell. Her shop was very beautiful though. read more

Previously, my all time favorite spot was one that I found in Las Vegas, but now, this is my favorite. The prices are reasonable, but most importantly, my eyebrows always look great after visiting. I was looking for a good eyebrow place in Hemet or San Jacinto and found that this one had a lot of good reviews so I expected more from it. She may have been having a bad day but she completely neglected me and made me stand and wait for I couldn't even sit down. I was ignored and was wondering what was taking her so long since the place was empty. I was very disappointed when she finished my brows they were uneven and one looks as if it wasn't even completely finished. Do not go here. She literally listened to nothing I said. She took off half my eyebrows and left one circled and the other slightly arched. I have been working for almost a year to get the perfect shape on my eyebrow and she has totally screwed them up. I now have two eyebrows that are two completely different shapes and are so thin and patchy.
