DO NOT RECOMMEND Before my pedicure, I asked for no hot stones (sensitive skin, they burn me) and they acted annoyed about that, altho the actual pedicurist was very nice. While my pedicure was happening, my mom was getting own pedi a few seats down. I was visiting and we thought a daughter-mother nail day would be fun. Not at this place though we would soon learn. When the nail woman came over, I asked for a thin, gel-only acrylic set (no powder) which I do at my regular salon based on their suggestion to give my nails a break and bc they look more natural. That seemed to annoy the woman and she walked off after she started filing my nails, with no explanation and went to help someone else. After a 15-minute wait with no word from anyone, a second tech came over and made me re-explain everything from scratch, visibly irritated the whole time. Then she asked what shape and I said btwn coffin and square. Annoyed again she asked if I had a pic so I Googled nail shapes and showed her a pic of coffin and square and said btwn that please. She argued that my current nails were coffin. I said, OK, bc I was getting tired of explaining and feeling like I had to defend the shape I wanted. She seemed fine with that eventually & started my nails, but then said there was no one there who knew how to do gel with no powder & no one ever asks for that & it was a "special order." Then she walked off. A woman from the front came over to me and loudly, in front of other customers, said that no one could figure out what I wanted bc I wasn't happy with any nail shape. I was totally confused and embarrassed bc her voice was raised. By then my nails were filed with one acrylic tip glued on, but I was so uncomfortable with people staring at us over her raised voice, I said I would just go somewhere else. I'm visiting my mon again and we drove a little further to BB's Nails instead bc I will never go back to Lilah's. I can't say enough good things about BB Nails. They were gentle, patient, and kind, and they had no problem with a thin acrylic set and a coffin/square shape. And another woman in there mentioned her last place making her cry, and found out it was Lilah's! She said they were awful to her too. No idea why they are so unfriendly there, as if we all don't work hard for our $ & not only want to enjoy a nail day, but we also may have reasonable requests, and that should be OK. I do like this new nail shop a lot. I've only come for pedicures thus far, and I've always been happy with my service. The price is good, they don't charge an arm and a leg for good service. It is smaller than some other places and at times can get very busy so it's best to make an appointment. They're a very clean shop as well. They always open the sealed tools in front of you. Four stars for this place and a repeat customer. :) I may add a star after I begin getting acrylics again. Hopefully that service is good too. read more

Bro, idk about this guy place.. to be honest, I was very much conflicted because the service for pedicure was very quick and nice, not mad at it. But I got a full set and I was there 30 minutes past closing! My nail tech too his time doing my nails which I appreciate but it was way too long. I was there for like 4 hours. I didn't get the style nails I wanted just because I wanted to leave and could not bring myself to stay about half hour. And it was so expensive for something I didn't want. On Friday, I had an appointment at 5:30pm. They called me at 5:30 to say I'd have to wait 30 minutes for my pedicure, which felt inconvenient since they waited until the last minute to tell me. I ended up being there for almost two hours. On top of that, the person doing my pedicure didn't understand what I was asking for, even though it was simple pink and white French tips, nothing complicated. After having to ask for someone to translate four times, which was fine, I was still frustrated by the end. I was cut multiple times on my toes, and even after asking her to please be careful since they were already bleeding, she still thought it was a good idea to file my toenails again. The pedicure didn't turn out the way I asked for, I even showed pictures and it ended up uneven. Four days later, my toes are still hurting. A Deeply Concerning Experience - Proceed with Caution I initially visited this newly opened nail salon on Mother's Day for a pedicure and was quite satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different--and deeply troubling--experience. I returned on a Sunday for both a manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was once again done well by a skilled and professional technician, the manicure turned into a distressing ordeal. A different nail tech, a man (mr. v), was assigned to me for the manicure. During the process, he severely cut my left middle finger with a nail tool--deep enough to draw significant blood. What shocked me most was his complete lack of accountability: no apology, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no sense of remorse or concern. The situation was poorly handled not just by the technician, but also by the management. There was no proper response or effort to remedy the situation. I had to stop the manicure midway because I was more concerned about getting home to clean the wound--and ultimately ended up needing to visit urgent care for a tetanus shot due to the depth of the cut. This was not a minor mishap--it was a serious lapse in safety, hygiene, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this salon. I came in on a walk in, first time there. Elderly gentleman was in the phone w a customer. Was then greeted by one of the manicurists, was then seated in a spa chair for a pedi. Was started off by a lady, then she got an emergency call & had to rush off. Another lady sat in and took over. She was so so. Like wasn't too friendly but maybe she didn't understand anything I would talk about.. I went with the vip pedi ($55) but because it was the only one with a callous removal. I say the pedicure was just mediocre. Like the massage was just ehhh, and I'm not super loving my gel paint job. I feel like $70 was steep that's not with a tip. The salon is on the smaller size and feels a little cluttered. However it's not a reason to not visit this establishment. The nail tech did clean each cut and stopped the bleeding, but overall I feel like my nails looked worse as I left then when I came in. After I left I even noticed dirt still underneath my nails. clean new spot with one time use files and buffers loved the sweet lady who did my toes she paid close attention to what i wanted shape etc. got my ingrown out. i got the deluxe pedicure. however the dip manicure I was severely dissatisfied. the whole time i was getting my pedi the other lady kept rushing her to finish so that she can get started on me so that she can go home ( my appointment was at 5pm) so i knew she would rush through my nails. the dip with french was $67. she never cared to ask me what shape i wanted. every nail is bumpy, uneven and very thick. the edges were also not sealed so i do agree with other reviews saying they peel off because the edges were not sealed. also i have been getting dip nails done for 4+ years i have never had anyone put gel on top of dip (which defeated the purpose of a dip mani for me) because i am hard on my nails and the gel will peel off in about 3-5 days. but when i was there i did notice the guys were doing a great job with their filing so when i come back ill request the guys to do it instead. read more

However, my last visit was disappointing. I got a gel manicure, and just two days later, one of my nails chipped. When I went back to have it fixed, I felt like I wasn't being believed--as if they thought I hadn't done my nails there.
