However, I received a gift card to this salon for my birthday and decided to give it a try. After doing some research, I booked an appointment with Linda--and I'm so glad I did. I was extremely happy with my service. The shape, quality, and attention to detail she put into my pedicure were exceptional. I came in on a walk in, first time there. Elderly gentleman was in the phone w a customer. Was then greeted by one of the manicurists, was then seated in a spa chair for a pedi. Was started off by a lady, then she got an emergency call & had to rush off. Another lady sat in and took over. She was so so. Like wasn't too friendly but maybe she didn't understand anything I would talk about.. I went with the vip pedi ($55) but because it was the only one with a callous removal. I say the pedicure was just mediocre. Like the massage was just ehhh, and I'm not super loving my gel paint job. I feel like $70 was steep that's not with a tip. The salon is on the smaller size and feels a little cluttered. However it's not a reason to not visit this establishment. I did over here one manicurist working on an elderly lady who requested just regular polish price, but the manicurist worked hard to upsell her telling her the nail polish will wash off fast. Bro, idk about this guy place.. to be honest, I was very much conflicted because the service for pedicure was very quick and nice, not mad at it. But I got a full set and I was there 30 minutes past closing! My nail tech too his time doing my nails which I appreciate but it was way too long. I was there for like 4 hours. I didn't get the style nails I wanted just because I wanted to leave and could not bring myself to stay about half hour. And it was so expensive for something I didn't want. I do like this new nail shop a lot. I've only come for pedicures thus far, and I've always been happy with my service. The price is good, they don't charge an arm and a leg for good service. It is smaller than some other places and at times can get very busy so it's best to make an appointment. They're a very clean shop as well. They always open the sealed tools in front of you. Four stars for this place and a repeat customer. :) I may add a star after I begin getting acrylics again. Hopefully that service is good too. read more

I was seated right away for a gel manicure. I was greeted and everyone was friendly. During my gel manicure I was cut on three different nails. The nail tech did clean each cut and stopped the bleeding, but overall I feel like my nails looked worse as I left then when I came in. After I left I even noticed dirt still underneath my nails. A Deeply Concerning Experience - Proceed with Caution I initially visited this newly opened nail salon on Mother's Day for a pedicure and was quite satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different--and deeply troubling--experience. I returned on a Sunday for both a manicure and pedicure. While the pedicure was once again done well by a skilled and professional technician, the manicure turned into a distressing ordeal. A different nail tech, a man (mr. v), was assigned to me for the manicure. During the process, he severely cut my left middle finger with a nail tool--deep enough to draw significant blood. What shocked me most was his complete lack of accountability: no apology, no acknowledgment, and absolutely no sense of remorse or concern. The situation was poorly handled not just by the technician, but also by the management. There was no proper response or effort to remedy the situation. I had to stop the manicure midway because I was more concerned about getting home to clean the wound--and ultimately ended up needing to visit urgent care for a tetanus shot due to the depth of the cut. This was not a minor mishap--it was a serious lapse in safety, hygiene, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this salon. A relaxing self-care visit should never end in an emergency medical visit. read more

"Linb" short older lady with glasses, gave off a rude judgmental face the moment we walked in. She kept pushing and insisting that I get Gel. When I kept rejecting Gel she got offended/mad/upset. To where she didn't give the best service. Was rushed and you could tell she did not want to be there. Work isn't just about tips and money. If you don't like your job customers can see it and simply won't return. Will not be returning as her vibe was very rude. clean new spot with one time use files and buffers loved the sweet lady who did my toes she paid close attention to what i wanted shape etc. got my ingrown out. i got the deluxe pedicure. however the dip manicure I was severely dissatisfied. the whole time i was getting my pedi the other lady kept rushing her to finish so that she can get started on me so that she can go home ( my appointment was at 5pm) so i knew she would rush through my nails. the dip with french was $67. she never cared to ask me what shape i wanted. every nail is bumpy, uneven and very thick. the edges were also not sealed so i do agree with other reviews saying they peel off because the edges were not sealed. also i have been getting dip nails done for 4+ years i have never had anyone put gel on top of dip (which defeated the purpose of a dip mani for me) because i am hard on my nails and the gel will peel off in about 3-5 days. but when i was there i did notice the guys were doing a great job with their filing so when i come back ill request the guys to do it instead. read more

Today was my first visit to Lilah's Nail Lounge around 2 pm. The wait was about 10-15 minutes. I had a gel pedicure done by Diane and a fill completed by Don. They do really good pedicures and they do cute designs/charms. I've gotten two full sets from them. My only problem is that I've never had so many nails break and charms come off in such a short amount of time. I got them done Feb 15th right before my birthday, by the 24th my thumb broke. I came to fix it on the 27th, it doesn't blend well with my other nails really because a different polish was used but i ignored it. March 2nd my middle finger broke and this morning my charms are off. My set didn't even last two weeks... I was happy to hear that another nail salon opened in our area, and we've been coming ever since because I felt their pedicures--though a little pricier--were worth it for the better quality and service. However, my last visit was disappointing. I got a gel manicure, and just two days later, one of my nails chipped. When I went back to have it fixed, I felt like I wasn't being believed--as if they thought I hadn't done my nails there. The technician kept looking at my nails as if to check, and her attitude toward me felt dismissive and judgmental. She told me I needed to pay for the fix, which surprised me since it had only been a couple of days. I made an appointment in advance for a gel mani-pedi. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was seated and assisted right away. The pedicure went well overall--my only complaint is that the technician didn't clean up the excess polish around the edges. Unfortunately, the manicure was a different story. I asked for square-shaped nails, but they were filed unevenly and left rigid. There were also noticeable paint bubbles on every nail.
