If your nail tech is Nina or Kim hold off and wait til they return from vacation. I made the mistake of going and having a nail tech I never had do my nails. She didn't understand anything I was saying, this is my manicure, incomplete she originally filed my nails so slanted I had to keep telling her to file it down evenly and she did not understand me, she cut and filed incorrectly I didn't complete the whole manicure I had to stop the service because it was really bad, I still have gel left from my last set it was not properly removed but was charged $25 I'm really upset with this service. read more

I love their service, everyone is so friendly. One of the best spots to go to in the area. The only negative thing to say, my last pedicure, the lady was getting an in grown toenail out, it hurt so bad I had jump up and say owe real loud. I looked after and there was a big chunk of skin missing. The next day I woke up and my toe was infected. I've never had that much pain from a pedicure and or an infection afterwards. Terrible service. I went in for birthday nails and was made to feel as if they didn't have time for what I wanted. They told me they could do a design and couldn't, so I asked to just do a blank color nail. I was told I've already taken too much time, and treated so poorly. My gel manicure was rushed, and a chunk of skin was cut from my ring finger. No apology from the mail tech or even a tissue. Just a spray of alcohol and disinfectant. I left literally crying. Terrible experience!! Now I have a very sore cut nail for my birthday and Christmas. I cant prep and my finger is sore to touch. I really hope it doesn't get infected! The owner was understanding and offered a discount for my daughter and I, but I truly hope they talk to their employees. I've never felt so awful after leaving a business. Frustrated. This was my first time going and will definitely not be coming back. Regardless of the bad pictures on yelp, I still wanted to give this place a shot. I came in for a mani and pedi. My pedi was great, but the person that did my mani had the worse customer service. She started adding polish to one of my nails - smooth. It was looking great. Then on my left hand is when things went south. I noticed that the nail polish was getting on the thicker side and she didnt do anything about it. I had to tell her that it polish on the left hand side was sloppy and bumpy and that I was not happy. She talked to her coworker and said something and walked away and grabbed alcohol to hopefully thin out the polish. It didnt do anything. For the second time, I told her nothing changed and she said "Do you like it?" I said "its still bumpy" . She was frustrated and took the towel and literally pulled my fingers with force to take off the polish. I was getting mad and I was thinking to myself "Are you serious right now" i was doing my best to keep it cool and I said "Lets just do another color instead" . She completely ignored me and started for round 3. For the third time, she did the SAME EXACT thing hoping for different results and nothing changed. At this point, I just said "please just take it all off". She again, conversed with her coworker in another language and was laughing. That to me, was super rude and annoying. To top it all off, the front desk still wanted me to pay for the manicure. I had to argue with the guy saying that this was a waste of my time and if the service wasnt right, why would I pay for it?? I had no issue paying for the pedicure cause that was done just fine. He wanted to only take off 5 dollars and after some "convincing", he took off ten bucks. At that point of arguing back and forth, I just wanted to leave the establishment. Please train your nail techs right cause my experience was ridiculous. read more

They have children's chairs. Super fun and cute for your kids to join you. The reason not 5stars is the pricing is a bit high. Kids got their toes and nails and it was $100 for 2 kids. Other salons have kids prices and it's usually $64 for me to get their hands and toes done. I guess you're paying more because they are in a kids chair? Not sure. But for special treats we will be back. Their polish feels a lot thicker as well than our usual spot. If it wasn't so pricey this would turn into our regular spot. read more

If I could give no stars I would...Worst mistake ever Going to this place..The most atrocious manicure i have ever received in my existence. The point of a manicure is to remove cuticles, hang nails and all un sightly things from your nails. The manicurist rushed through so fast I'm not even sure she got anything. There were still several hang nails/places with dead skin and had to ask her to please do it again. At this point she made me point to every single thing that I could see. And it killed me because it made me feel like I was being so picky but in reality I just wanted all of my hangnails removed and dead skin. I shouldn't of had to show her. Was a very lazy job. The actual painting is self explanatory from the photos She also got the topcoat all over my actual finger. And this is after I kindly ask her to fix the paint and clean up. The Pedicure resembles the manicure that I got. The only thing is the paint job on my toes is a tiny bit better than my nails. She also didnt even clean under my toes or on the sides to remove dead skin etc. I would've been better off only clipping and filing my nails at home and then painting them. I could've saved myself $60 and it would've been better than this. I left almost in tears because it was such a bad job and I was tired of repeatedly asking her to fix things. I would also like to add that I regularly getpedicures so we weren't starting from zero and the state of my toenails was not bad when I walked in. read more

I've been coming here with my daughter for many years and I've never had any issues until now. I called to make an appointment for a white tip, when I got there, I let my nail tech know and promptly started reading a book, confident in their abilities as I've never had an issue before. When I realized she was doing my nails in all white, I told her I asked for a white tip. The tech called someone over and asked why I hadn't said anything, I said I did when I made an appointment and when the tech started but I hadn't looked up since she started because they always do a good job. They seemed to want me to stay with the all white nail polish and normally I would have but since it was gel, and I didn't want that color for a long time and wanted what I had originally requested, I calmly told her I would still like the white tip. I understand accident happens and there seemed to be a language issue, so didn't get upset. However, the tech seemed to be upset by having to do what I actually wanted and did a horrible job executing the white tip job. Since she was already upset, I didn't complain further , paid her and tipped her. I'm so disappointed in the level of service as my daughter and I have always had a positive experience. I was telling my girlfriend that what I appreciated so much about her is that I didn't sense that money hungry vibe and let me explain. When I walked in she asked to see my hands, and she went on to explain that depending on someone's nailbed to skin ratio sometimes the gel and or dip won't even stick and it'll get back quickly and you'll waste your money. I appreciated that bc most places will just be like eh whatever. They're willing to pay so I'm gunna do it. So I love that energy of integrity. I'll preface this by saying I don't go out to get my nails done too often, and this visit definitely makes me think to wait another six months to a year before going in again. I got a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure was AWESOME. The tech I got was super friendly and made sure I wanted the color I chose since it looked too light, and she ended up matching a different pink to my nails. Very professional and gentle with my feet! However, the manicure tech cut my nails way too short to the point where my hands were constantly burning any time she used acetone (which was a lot with french tip nails). There are placed where my skin was cut and where she cut my cuticles too much, but the nails themselves look so beautiful. It's a shame she didn't keep as much of my original length. Overall it was a 50/50, your mileage may vary here depending on who you get. Otherwise, it was very clean and nice inside. Maybe I'll give it another try at a later date. read more
