Had a full Gel-X nail service with John and he was amazing. Gentle and paid attention to my concerns. Looking forward to my pedicure today, with him. The shop is beautiful and staff friendly. Oh, and there is a "bar!" However, services are on the upper end of expensive. Add-on charges for nail polish removal, and polishing toes after paying for premium service is annoying. Was told this is done to give customers more options? Seems like these fees should be included. Paying $60+ for a pedicure should include the polish. Guess this is now the norm. read more

My daughter and I were walk ins. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and my daughter got a regular gel manicure with polkadot designs and a regular pedicure with polkadot signs. My total bill was $185. I'm not easily shocked and let me tell you when they told me what my total was, I clutches my pearls. For $185 for two pedicures and a manicure the least they could've done was trim cuticles check for ingrowns. My daughter's Manicure was so thick and lumpy. Should I have said something probably but honestly if they're already thinking that this type of quality is equivalent to $185 they don't need my business again. I went back to the nail salon to get my nails fixed because the nail polish did not cure right because of how quickly the manicure was done. I had emailed the nail salon and the manager said that he agreed it was not done correctly so he would redo it but not issue a refund. When I went in there to have the nails fixed, the manager was rude and said that they did not look damaged but yet he agreed with me in the email they were and was not happy about my previous yelp review. I have now been here a few times since they opened and love it!! They just opened within the last month. Dali Nails is spacious, super clean, modern, and bright! They have an extensive menu with tons of options at fair prices. For all of the pedicures (besides the most basic), you get a complimentary glass of wine or margarita. Need I say more?! All of the staff there are super friendly and really attentive. They are thorough and take their time to do quality work. The products that they use are high quality and they smell/feel great. I needed a new set so I thought I'd try it out here when my friend offered for me to go with her. It's bright and clean, and very trendy. My technician was Lina and she did a pretty good job on my nails. I got a pink omber powder and she really took her time. I was very pleased with the quality of her work, and the product as the set lasted a very long time and I had no lifting or chipping. That is saying a lot because I am usually very rough with my hands. The only gripe that I had was that I asked for square shape, she actually had squared off nails and I even pointed to her and said "just like yours!" She took it upon herself to do a ballerina shape. I was watching all the little Tasty cooking clips they showed on the two large screens that by the time I looked to see her progress it was too late. In the end I didn't mind the shape, but it wasn't what I asked for and it would have been nice to have been asked if I liked it after she did the first nail like most other places do. She did a great job on the ombre, it was a beautiful pink into white transition and I was very happy with it. I would definitely come back, especially because the pedicures look very luxurious and it seems like they really take their time. If you do get a pedicure, and your nails done, plan on spending awhile as they do not do them at the same time and you have to do them separately. But you can get a drink from the bar while you have a pedi so I guess that's the upside! Lol! Oh, and they do give a small discount if you pay with cash. read more

She specializes in design and characters. I got a a new set of gel x with a French tip. My first time getting gel x and I am a believer ! I was reading Yelp reviews that the prices may sneak up on you. Online it said the gel x is between $60 - $70 and mine ended up being $86. Wow! Today is my DIL's birthday. We called last minute for a mani-pedi, and they found an opening for us. Unlike many salons, all the best services are included in their basic pedicure package, including hot towels, massage, and a exfoliation. They have a lovely range of packages with unique pedicure experiences as well. Our manicures included a thorough massage as well. The price was fantastic, and we received a 10% birthday discount. Went in for gel-x nails. I asked them to remove the old nails and apply new ones. The total cost of this was just over $81 before tip. Within 48 hours, I had a nail that had popped off in one whole piece and another that was just about ready to do the same. I went back in, and they have a no refund policy. Manager stated that I paid for the service. I can see where that would apply in some cases. For instance, I would have been satisfied had they refunded a lesser amount because they removed the old nails. However, the services that I paid for were the removal (which was completed) and the application (which was a problem). There was no drink service or massage service performed or paid for. The only solution offered was to have someone else replace the nails. I ended up going with this option, and the nail tech (who I believe was another manager) ended up replacing two additional nails, bringing the total up to four nails. Fast forward to just over a week later, and I have had to super glue two more of the original nails back on. My initial opinion was that it was more than a little too pricey for what I asked for, and then the nails started coming off. I appreciate that they were willing to have someone spend the time to try and make it right, but I do not appreciate the no refunds policy when it is clear that the original work was subpar. I am sure that there are other techs and it's possible that it was a fluke, but, all things considered, it was more than a little disappointing. read more
