OMG Yucaipa Nails did it again. My daughter will be meeting Robert England aka: Freddy Krueger/ Nightmare on Elm Street. Quinn did her nails in the colors of Freddy Krueger. All red with the one nail on each hand in the green with red stripes. The picture didn't do it the justice as in person. Her nails look amazing. This was absolutely so cool. I am never one to leave bad reviews but I left here today after getting a manicure and it is the worst nail service I have EVER received. I can't even believe they would let a paying client leave with their nails looking like this. In what world is this work that a customer should have to pay for. Absolutely horrible and feels like such a waste of money. The polish is absolutely horrid and uneven, streaks of my nails are unpainted, every single nail is bumpy, most of them are bubbled. Again, I can't believe they would even let a customer leave like this. Highly disappointing, save your money. I live out of town. Took my mom who was recently released from the hospital for a spa day. They treated her so nicely. Her nails looked and felt amazing. It wasn't til we were home my mom noticed her wedding ring was missing it must have slipped off her finger. We called and they had not seen it but took our number while they were cleaning for the night They found it! They called and told us it was there. We drove over and got it!!! so today I went to get my nails done like I always do, but it looked and sounded like my presence upset Paul, just cuz I like asking for tip, which I think is a very basic shape. I don't speak his native language but from the very few words I could pick up I know Paul was talking about me. And he wasn't even doing my nails this time. They talk bs about customers all the time in their native language, especially if you ask for any type of design. I won't be back here, it sucks cuz I like how they do my nails, but I won't be spending my hard earned money in a place that makes me feel uncomfortable. It was my daughter's birthday and she wanted her nails done, when I walked in I asked if my daughter could get her nails painted, they said yes and recommended me to get her the "gel" because it's better. I ended up getting her the gel because it would last longer, well let me tell you, the nail polish started falling off an hour after we got it done, my poor princess was so upset and thought it was her fault somehow . Absolutely terrible. Don't go here. She made me bleed on two of my toes i screamed BOTH times , and she told me to calm down BOTH times. Then i also asked for a manicure and she shaved down till my nail was so thin and brittle. I'm in pain . They are unsanitary, she just rinsed the tools in water and put them back in. GUYS!!!!! Quinn is the new love of my life. She is SO nice and patient. She took her time with the shape and my nails turned out PERFECT!!!!!! She finished my nails and then my clumsy self bumped two of them and she redid them with no attitude at all. She's seriously the sweetest person. I've been going 2 Yucaipa nails for about a year now.. I thought their customer service was amazing and accuracy of my nails on point until today. I went in for a fill and fix for a broken nail. The gentleman that was doing my nails cut both my thumbs down shorter then the others, and my nails weren't shaped coffin at all. I then told him I wasn't satisfied and if I could have someone else do my nails and I didn't mind waiting at all. He then snapped at me saying they were all busy. One of the girls offered to fix my nails and she did but they still looked ugly. The thumbs are both longer now, one of my middle fingers is bubbly I was charged full price didn't say anything because I have more important things to wrry about. I am very unsatisfied. I am extremely busy and don't have time for this. It was a waste of my time and money . I will no longer be coming here. read more

My first time here I was cut on my toe and finger which was about 5 months ago, I decided to give them another shot today and I regret it. Waste of my money.. I asked for a mani & pedi and they completely rushed me even though it wasn't busy. There was confusion on what I wanted even though I said several times that I only wanted a regular mani and pedi, NOT gel. They didn't have a lot of color variety and once I did pick my hand color, they took the color samples away and assumed I wanted the same color for my toes, they didn't even ask or double check with me. At the end of it all my hands felt very dry and there was nail polish on my skin and clear coat as well, toes were about the same too. Wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Refuse to EVER come back here!! First time I came and got a full set on my toes there was no issue, got a fill a few weeks ago and have been losing WHOLE TOENAILS ever since!! Doctor said it's a fungal Infection common in nail salons. Co side ring this is the only place I've gone as I usually do my own nails, I think it's clear where it came from. This place is a hot mess!!!! They are rude and when I was getting my pedicure they would take the used clippers and such, in and out of the little plastic stations...They would toss them in and take them out in with other tools....There were two ladies that worked on me...The one that gave me the pedicure dripped stuff on my foot that burnt me....I asked for the deluxe and she gave me the bare minimum but still charged me for the deluxe....the lady that did my manicure did such a bad job I went home and took it off....It looked like my 11 yr old painted my nails...I asked for a french style on my toes and she made the line super fat and crooked...she used a file for my calluses and nothing to smooth them over...there was jagged skin all over my heals...I had to go home and redo my pedicure myself....I should have got pictures when I left but decided here the day after to write a review after I already fixed the issue with my heals....I will include the pics of the burns on my feet that are still there....I also got my daughters eyebrows waxed and she has a nice arch already.... just wanted a clean up...She waxed her eyebrows in a crazy straight shape....They looked like Charlie Chaplin....they took her arch right off.....and left a burn or irritation of some kind on her eye......so cleanliness the get an F....... for customer service an F......for safety during Covid an F......at this time during a pandemic they should be extra careful...and they are not!!!!!! The lady that did my pedicure kept saying she was "over it" well let's not put people's health at risk because you are " over it".....I would have given them one star had it not been for the kind gentleman that did my pedi two weeks before....If you go there only have the guy do your Mani and pedi....He's kind and he did a good job.... read more
