Tried a different place closer to my house and they left my nails damaged but luckily Lee was able to fix them and make them all pretty again. Again, I can't believe they would even let a customer leave like this. Highly disappointing, save your money. I used to love this place, will never bring my business back here again and I would suggest you don't bring yours either.

First, I felt like the nail techs were rushing through the appointment. While removing my previous acrylic, my real nail was lifted/cut to the point that it started bleeding and burning. Even after the new acrylic was applied, my finger was still hurting. I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted, including the shape, color, and design. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking nothing like the picture. The shape was wrong, the color was completely different, and the white tip was not done the way I specifically requested. One person did my nails while another person painted them. I showed the second nail tech the colors I wanted and explained exactly how I wanted the white tip. She attempted the tip several times, but it continued to come out differently than what I had asked for. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I just told her, "Just leave it like that." At that point, I had to explain to both nail techs that this was not what I had asked for and also address how much my finger was hurting from my real nail being lifted/cut. I was simply told, "Sorry," and was offered to pay half of the price, which was $25. Honestly, I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay anything, considering the experience and the condition of my finger. However, I still paid the $25. I'm not someone who likes to complain or post negative reviews, but I feel like customers deserve to get what they ask for--especially when they provide a picture beforehand. As you can see in the last picture, what I wanted and what I actually received are completely different. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I've noticed they always seem to be in such a rush, and today was enough for me. Very disappointed with the entire experience. The last picture is what I asked for!!! Got a fill and had to go home and re-file each nail because none of them were straight across the top or even filed to the same shape. My nail tech (pretty sure they were the owner of this shop) pressed too hard with the brush that the paint was uneven, including the top clear coat. Lots of imperfections, didn't take his time. Paid $29 for this fill. Very friendly staff but unfortunately I'd never go here again. read more

Very respctful and excellent treatment. I am a man and I require help with ingrown toenails and callouses on my feet. Elite Nail Spa makes me feel very comfortable and my foot problems are always better for a couple of months after each visit. My wife is expecially happy that I come home without callouses on my feet and I am happy that my toenails no longer hurt. read more

Excellent service. The owners really care about their clients. I have been a customer here since 1995. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great prices. Henry, Mary and Nancy are all amazing and really care. Other nail salons in and around Yucaipa don't compare. I would refer this salon to everyone! read more

Throughout the service, they kept bringing up that different things would cost more. The cost was never the issue for me. I was willing to pay for the service I wanted. What made me uncomfortable was that it felt like they were more focused on the price than on listening to my concerns or making sure I was happy with the service. The man who worked on my nails was, in my opinion, unprofessional. I showed him an inspiration photo with soft, light pink flowers on the sides of the nails. Instead, he painted bright neon pink flowers that looked nothing like the reference photo. I had to ask him to make them lighter because I genuinely couldn't imagine leaving the salon with nails that looked like that. I understand that inspiration photos can't always be recreated exactly, but if he wasn't able to do that design, I wish he had simply told me. He could have explained that it wasn't something he was comfortable doing or asked another nail technician for help. One of the reasons I chose this salon was because I had seen very similar flower designs on their Instagram, so I believed it was something they were capable of doing. I also couldn't help but wonder if my age played a role in how I was treated. I felt like because I was younger and not very confident about speaking up, my concerns weren't taken seriously. Every time I tried to say something, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. There were multiple times during my appointment where I honestly felt like crying because I could tell they didn't want to work with me. I'm an emotional person, but more than anything, I felt unwelcome and like I was being judged for simply asking for the service I came in for. I wasn't trying to be difficult--I just wanted my nails and toes to look the way I had asked. I believe good customer service means listening to your client, communicating honestly if a design isn't possible, and making them feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon.
