Finding a good nail tech can be hard. I've been coming to Lee's nails for a bit and I can definitely say I have no complaints. Their services are great and the best part is that the staff is super friendly. I come here not just for my nails but also my toes and their prices are great. Tried a different place closer to my house and they left my nails damaged but luckily Lee was able to fix them and make them all pretty again. I trust them with my nails and do recommend, especially if their your real nails! read more

Always impressed by how well my nails turn out. Vincent Did amazing and the woman who did my pedicure did a lovely job. I'll always recommend this place. The weekends Are definitely busy so make an appointment. You can always walk in but I prefer to know ahead of time if they're available at a better time. read more

I've been going to Lee's Nail Spa for a few months now, and I absolutely love the vibe here. Everyone seems to be having fun, and the service is always great. The owner/manager (I don't know his name) is super nice every time, and you can tell they really care about their customers. My go-to is Daisy, and I can't recommend her enough, especially for pedicures. I've actually been following her for over a year from her previous salon, and there's a reason why. She's detail oriented, patient, and always takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My toes always come out looking so cute (no pictures though, feet pics feel weird! ). I also love changing colors each time, and Daisy makes it fun. If you're looking for a nail salon with a fun atmosphere and amazing service, Lee's Nail Spa is the place. And if you want a pedicure that's done with extra care, definitely book with Daisy, you won't regret it! read more

Tucked away Asian nail shop. The shop looks nice and was inviting. Pedicure was decent; would have liked her to scrub and massage a bit better. I brought a brand new OPI color I picked out and they wouldn't use it. They found a similar ish color and kept insisting I use gel which is an extra $10. My biggest issue was with my uneven sculpted nails and that they were so flat. Would I recommend this place? Maybe read more

READ CAREFULLY!!! They only get 1.5 stars because I'm being nice by not giving them no star and my toes are reg white nail polish so it's simple. If you are not African American this doesn't apply to you, but they weren't not welcoming. I booked an appointment @5:30pm for a full set and pedicure. I arrived early and waited which was fine. I waited 15 mins after my appointment for my full set the original guy (Owner) was doing someone's pedicure then just got up and start buffing my hands. He didn't wash his hands from touching this women's toes with no gloves. He then proceeded to my nails and started coughing with his mask on and everyone there had mild cough, runny nose etc. A customer came in due to a dent in her nail he was rushing, and multitasking completing disregarding me and then I realized he was rushing so I said just work on her because u are not focused. The vibe was not welcoming from the start. Then he was so "busy" he just sent me to some other lady to do my nails. She did my nails as she was shaping they were crooked When I told her they were crooked she rolled her eyes and still put the powder on top and basically shushed me to not tell her how to do nails when I've been to cosmetology school. I just wanted to relax this was horrible experience. I ended up tipping more than everyone else that left that building but they expected me to tip them less and I bless people with tips because I know the business. The pedicure the lady was just rushing and ripping my cuticles out it was not relaxing or worth a $50 pedicure. As the owner if you were too "busy" you should of declined my service. It's not about rushing it's about the quality of service and the quality of work you put out. You and your workers are sick and a mask is not going to be enough you need to let me have a day off because if I get sick because you can't get better air filters in your store and let your employees stay home than getting the whole store sick so be it. My nails aren't pink like I asked and you all were trying to rush me out of there I wanted a spa pedicure u just cut my nails down and put some fake nails and didn't clean my hands or do any of the procedure for me to give you guys $140 including the tip. read more

I do dip on my nails and I can go past 3 weeks before I need to be seen again. If you are looking for someone to do designs on your nails- she's definitely your girl!! They can usually squeeze you in last minute or you can schedule and appointment ahead of time. I've had services done by Lee, and Vincent, and both have done great jobs. I've had acrylic and gel X done. The acrylic holds well and is thin and sturdy like I like it. They constantly check in to ensure you're happy along the way with their work. This last time that I had gel x the nail was too tight so I went back the next day and Vincent fixed it and got me on my way in under 20 minutes. It's a great place where they play acoustic music on their TVs, their chairs are comfy to sit on, as well as their luxury pedicure chairs as well. read more

Went here for the first time today. Wanted a manicure and pedicure with gel. I chose the $30 spa package for my feet, and added on paraffin (because it's been a while). The spa treatment lasted maybe all of 7 mins and maybe 45 seconds scrubbing my heels, which is where I really needed time spent. Applied the pair of paraffin wax, and dusted it off. Meanwhile, my nail technician had managed to seriously cut my cuticle on my thumb nail. It kept bleeding and she applied a powder and pressure to stop the bleeding. Long story short I am now left with heels that will still scratch my bedsheets, a sore thumb, And I am out $96. I definitely do not recommend this company, save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Typical nail salon that rushes through manicures. Nail tech wasn't careful and caused me to bleed. There's no need to be so rough around the cuticles. First time a tech has never used cuticle softener before cleaning up my nail bed. She obviously didn't care. I asked for dip powder and the tech was dipping my fingers into the original container that has the powder. We all know you're not suppose to do that. Amazing nail salon! Relaxing and aesthetic environment, friendly and quick service, & great prices! Everyone there is super friendly and took care of you. I forgot the name of my nail tech but I think it was Vivian? Whoever it was, she did a great job. I have an ingrown toenail that always grows in a strange way and she was able to cut it down to a great length without hurting me. Loved how my nails turned out! I wish I had taken a picture. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The lady was snobby from the start. She did mine and my friends pedicure and it was OK. Asked to get my eyebrows waxed and they said ok follow me so i did and told her i just wanted to clean the bottom nothing else. She starts waxing and i go to look at my phone and my ENTIRE EYEBROW IS WAXED OFF. I tried getting off the waxing table 4x and she continuously kept pushing me back on saying to let her finish and i told her no she messed my eyebrows up why would i continue letting her do them. She really took her time to make sure the nails matched on both hands, that the color I wanted was perfect even if she had to mix colors to find the right shade, and did not hesitate to redo a design if she felt like it wasn't perfect! I have been to Lee's a handful of times and have been happy with their service. My nails stay intact for 2-3 weeks. They don't crack, pop off or chip. The staff can usually get me in without a wait. They seem to have a lot of other return customers. The vibe is warm and friendly. I feel like they value their customers. read more

Lee's was great. I went in for a pedicure and they had a range of packages available in all price ranges. I got the deluxe which included a massage, hot towel treatment, callus removal and I got gel polish for $10 more. The location had good parking and it was so beautiful inside. The manicure stations were gorgeous, all white and very luxury looking. I loved the presentation of the polish, they had it in a book and all the colors were so pretty. I just moved here and it's safe to say I found my new nail spot. read more

No massage with pedicure. They boasted on being the only place around that still gave massages with pedicures. And I asked and the hot towel and slapping some lotion on is counted as a massage. Guess I'll find somewhere else.. 47 for gel pedicure basic with French tip no massage. In and out within 25 mins... not a very relaxing time. read more

Dan did my full set, I am very picky with my nails and he did a great job! i'm happy with the shaping, thickness, and polish. I had him test a few acrylic powders to make sure it was a color I liked and I didn't feel like an inconvenience. My only thing is I wish my cuticles got some more attention during the prep. I love Lee & Tammy! He is the best nail tech!! I have followed him to two or three different nail salons within Redlands in Yucaipa, and his quality and work is always consistent!! I am very picky and I love this place. The prices are really good. It's very clean and they use clean tools every time! The pedicure chairs have wireless chargers on them, which is awesome for your phone to just sit right next to you like you typically would when getting a pedicure but it's charging while you're sitting there!! I am so glad I got to come on the opening day and I'm so happy that the salon is here. Location is perfect. It's right next to the dollar tree and Jersey Mike's! It's great that got a same day appt. The staff are friendly and I received great service. I only gave 4 star because I've been having gel nails for a while now, and my experience is if there's gel polish on the cuticle, the polish will lift off the nail when the nail grow. Having said that, I wished my technician avoided my nail cuticle when applying the polish. Or maybe pushed or nipped more of my cuticle (bec others would have cleaned it). Still happy with the service. read more

We decided to try this place based on the good reviews, but we were misled. The pedicure was mediocre- minimal massage, and hardly any scrubbing the dead skin- and we didn't do the basic pedicure, we did one of the upgraded ones. She never asked if I wanted my toenails clipped. I usually just have the nails on my big toe filed but she cut them without asking and did so completely crooked. She also cut my nails when they only needed to be filed, and she cut them so short (especially the pinky) that when she filed them after clipping, she was filing that little nerve ending under my nail which was extremely painful. It is so sensitive and sore even 6 hours later. There's still dead skin around my nails, multiple nails with corners not fully painted, and before I left (after paying) I had to ask her to finish my thumb because the nail was sticky to the touch and did not have the topcoat/sealant. My mom had a fill done. I don't have photos of hers but a couple of her nails are all bumpy and one has a scratchy edge. Not sure what happened here but do not be fooled by the five star reviews.

My nail beds are in pain from all rough handling, my cuticles are throbbing from all the cuts. And the kicker is they never even once offered me a cup Of water , yet their whole thing is complimentary , Coffe , juice , tea , etc. they offered it to other customers, even some husbands, but not to me.. it was my first time there I was very polite, didn't ask for anything to be fixed, didn't complain , I don't understand why they didn't offer me a cup of water . After 1.5 hours there and seeing everyone else offered drinks , I did say I would like an iced coffee to my nail tech and she ignored me like she ignored the picture of the nail shape and style I wanted LMAO. First time in my life I did not leave a tip and I was still Going to buy the owner said tips are only cash and was pointing for me to go get cash from his little ATM machine so he could make money off of the ATM charges . So I said u know what that's enough . Yuicapa wake up !! They're literally laughing at your faces. I'm not from here and see what's going on , this would not be acceptable anywhere else.

First, I felt like the nail techs were rushing through the appointment. While removing my previous acrylic, my real nail was lifted/cut to the point that it started bleeding and burning. Even after the new acrylic was applied, my finger was still hurting. I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted, including the shape, color, and design. Unfortunately, my nails came out looking nothing like the picture. The shape was wrong, the color was completely different, and the white tip was not done the way I specifically requested. One person did my nails while another person painted them. I showed the second nail tech the colors I wanted and explained exactly how I wanted the white tip. She attempted the tip several times, but it continued to come out differently than what I had asked for. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I just told her, "Just leave it like that." At that point, I had to explain to both nail techs that this was not what I had asked for and also address how much my finger was hurting from my real nail being lifted/cut. I was simply told, "Sorry," and was offered to pay half of the price, which was $25. Honestly, I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay anything, considering the experience and the condition of my finger. However, I still paid the $25. I'm not someone who likes to complain or post negative reviews, but I feel like customers deserve to get what they ask for--especially when they provide a picture beforehand. As you can see in the last picture, what I wanted and what I actually received are completely different. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I've noticed they always seem to be in such a rush, and today was enough for me. Very disappointed with the entire experience. The last picture is what I asked for!!! As you can see nothing similarly!

Absolutely horrible and feels like such a waste of money. The polish is absolutely horrid and uneven, streaks of my nails are unpainted, every single nail is bumpy, most of them are bubbled. Again, I can't believe they would even let a customer leave like this. Highly disappointing, save your money. I used to love this place, will never bring my business back here again and I would suggest you don't bring yours either.
