Although I was seated on time, my friend was made to wait over an hour despite having the same appointment. During my service, I showed the technician a reference photo and was assured it could be done. However, the final result did not match what I requested. The French tips were uneven and did not extend properly to the edges, giving them a sloppy appearance. A design was also added to one nail that I did not ask for and did not resemble the reference. When I politely asked about fixing the issues, I was met with a negative attitude. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day to have them corrected, but again experienced a long wait of over 30 minutes past my appointment time. While some minor improvements were made, the overall result was still not worth the price I paid. As someone who rarely gets their nails done and was looking forward to this for my birthday weekend, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work.

In town getting my nails done, the guy doing my nails is really nice…read more (It appears as though he's the boss because he's answering the phone calls that come in) What I appreciate is that I expressed to him that I wanted a thin dip type of vibe on my nails, and he said that the dip they have is the thicker type and that I would be better off doing gel. I'm mentioning this because in the past with most nail shops they'll quickly jump and say yes, I can make it thin and then you're upset because it's not what they said it would be. I really appreciate him listening to my needs, and being upfront about not being able to meet that need. A lot of nail shops dont do that, and then that's when you have the whole disgruntled customer situation. I've struggled in my decision to make this post because the gentleman doing my pedicure was really nice but I was so disappointed by the service. I didn't feel like I got what was described in the options of pedicures, he didn't clean my cuticles properly and didn't do the massage. And the nail painting was the worst I ever had.
