DO NOT COME HERE !!! Save your time and money! At the end of the review I will recommend you where to go . Vibe : no music , bad energy from staff , judgmental. Experience : first time here ,Walking in everyone seen me but didn't bother to greet me or ask what I needed . Instead I got a bothered look and after I told the lady in the front what I wanted (Gel -x fullset ) they gave me to a boy named Tee .his stall is the last stall in the back . Tee had a bad attitude from the start . He even asked me if I am sure Gel X is is what I wanted ? Why would he even ask that ? He was rude , rushing me to pick a color , rushing me to tell him the design I wanted all before even prepping my nails . Mind you they were not busy at all .Tee had bad energy he took out on me sadly . He was struggling to put on the first few nails , didn't prep my nails .I kindly asked if had done Gel x nail before and he flipped on me . Giving me the most dirtiest look and told me he was having someone else finish my nails . I asked why ? He said because I asked that question I didn't allow anyone else to service me there . The staff or himself didn't apologize for the experience I had and expressed to them . I had him take off the 3 nails he put on and I left that bad energy place highly upset and in tears .I never had this treatment in my life at a nail salon .I felt so judged and uncomfortable the whole time . Okay girls here's where you need to go to . It's called FOUR SEASON NAILS . Location is right across the street from this horrible place and it's right besides stater bros. I came in for a pedicure and a full set yesterday. There was no wait when I arrived, which was a great start. They got me started on the pedicure right away. I requested to have my hands and feet done separately, and they were happy to accommodate. The pedicure, which included hot stones, was $38. It was okay overall, but the stones cooled off pretty quickly, which took away from the experience a bit. Next, we moved on to the full set. Everything was going well--my nails looked great and the tech did exactly what I asked for: a full set with French tips. However, just before applying the top coat, the tech added a shimmer to my nails and asked if I liked it. I said it looked nice, but I was never told it was chrome or that it would cost extra. I only found out about the $10 upcharge at checkout. I don't think it's right to be charged for something I didn't request and wasn't informed would come at an additional cost. Transparency about pricing is really important, especially when services are added without asking read more

I am obsessed with this place now. I called to schedule a pedicure with complete and total ease. My original appointment was at noon, but I was ready around 11, and when I called, they were able to fit me in sooner. I parked and came to a very clean and friendly place. The wait wasn't long before I was in a chair soaking my feet. I chose the European pedicure, which was only $32, and included a scrub, mask, and hot towels with a massage. I chose a really light purple color, and they came out really cute. My nail technician was very gentle and kind. I will definitely come back here for all future pedicures. read more

Honestly I felt good about this place the first 2 times I went, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Today was terrible! They told me 15 min wait. It was 40. By then I only had time for a basic pedicure. It was 12 minutes start to finish. She seriously tried to scrub my skin off. I kindly asked her to stop (I've had 2 knee replacements so I am very careful) No clipping cuticles, just push them back. She put cold oil on my left leg and top of my foot. Literally rubbed it 2 times. Then put oil on my right leg, never touched my foot. Brought out a warm wash rag and then painted me. Start to finish 12 minutes. Now I know I couldn't spend the time today getting pampered because I waited so long, but this was terrible. I won't be back, I just feel there are too many places who value people more. However, the thing that was disappointing is all the customers were being seated on the right side of the salon where we were all packed like sardines when on the left side by the entrance there were multiple empty chairs. Just updating my review again because now I've been coming here for a couple years. Still consistent and beautiful work and they treat me sooo well. I always get a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Every once in a while I'll bring my daughter with me. Van or Nancy does my dip. Unfortunately Lily doesn't work there anymore and I miss her but now Anthony (Tony) does my pedicures. Acrylics buyers beware: my cuticles are screaming for help after being chewed to bits by the dremmel gods and spat back out covered in black dip powder. I walked in wanting a full set, stiletto shape, with a black to burgundy ombre. I showed the lady what I wanted, and she said I needed to do dip powder instead of gel. I really just wanted gel, and suspected I was getting upsold, but she told me it was the only way to get ombre, so I agreed. It started off fine: she did one example finger to ask if I liked it. It was more black than red, but I like goth fashion and was planning on dressing up in a super villain costume soon, so I said it was fine. She did all my nails...but then she went back to grind off the dip on my first hand, I assumed to fix something. The next thing I know, she's ground off all the nails. I'm sitting there like WTF? Yeah, it wasn't exactly like the pic, but I liked it, and told her I liked black when she asked. I'm sitting there like I wanted to leave, but i'm covered in dust and dip powder. Anyway, she convinces me she'll do them again with just the red powder. Boy, when I tell you my cuticles were on fire, we're talking 7th circle of hell at least. Black dip powder is covering my skin like tar and she's clipping my cuticles to bleeding trying to get it off. You know it's a bad sign when every employee in the shop comes over to look at your hands. I ended up being there for 3 hours, so long that the tech got up in the middle of the appt to go pee (wish I could've done the same) I talked her into putting rhinestones on to cover the black STILL on my cuticles. My sister noticed some lumps in the dip powder. It looks fine, if you squint. But I'm really worried about how thin my real nails will be now when it comes time to remove them. Paid $45. I have had nice pedicures here, so I am boosting to a 2 star rather than outright giving a 1. but dear god, whatever you do, do not get acrylics here. read more
