Great place honestly. I have been trying to find a regular spot for my nails since moving up here from OS, and I think I may have found it. I wanted to go twice to leave a proper review and both times I went, got two different ladies and both were very sweet & gentle but still got the job done. The ambiance was clean and for the most part quiet with some music playing. They have TVs but both times I went it's just like drone footage of beautiful places. I had the worst experience I've ever had at this nail salon yesterday and will not be returning. I walked in requesting a mani/pedi. I paid for the upgrade to Royal pedicure for $50. The lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. She did an excellent job, but the issue was with the woman who did my manicure "Tiffany" is what my warranty card says her name was. While getting my pedicure done, Tiffany was working on the girl next to me, and turned around looked at my legs, leaned in closer to inspect them, and then said something in another language and laughed. Then about 5 minutes later looked at me, then looked at the lady doing my pedicure again, pointed at her stomach, made a movement motion (the massage chair was making my body shake) and said something again in another language and then proceeded to laugh with the person doing my pedicure. I just had a baby a month ago, so yes my stomach is not as tight as it used to be and the setting the massage chair was on was jiggling my mom bod. So incredibly distasteful and I cannot believe someone would act like that or treat their paying customers like that. Also, since when does a gel manicure cost $45? I got one color, no design, nothing special at all. I guess my fault for not asking how much it would be, or looking at their price list prior. After this experience I will never be back. They should really consider hiring nicer people, nobody likes a mean girl. read more

I have to update my review -- I was a walk in for a gel-x set. I don't mind waiting, but it took just shy of THREE (!) hours for it to be done because my nail tech was juggling two other people. I felt bad for her because it's not up to her to deny service if she feels over-worked. Honestly, I wanted to walk out 10mins into my nails soaking but it was too late at that point and I just decided to sit it through. I really wish they would be more transparent and told me how long it would take - had I known, I would have just come back later in the day or the following day. Very busy place. Overall my nails were nice, Gel French Tip manicure. They guaranteed my nails would last a week and if they didn't I could come back and have them fixed. Week one goes by, all is well. Ten days go by, paint is chipping away. Usually when I get gel nail polish it lasts about 3 weeks. The manicurist also nicked my cuticles on 2 different fingers; she put some gel stuff on them to stop the bleeding, but later it was burning. I think it was the owner who did my nails, her station was not clean. Everything on her nail cart,was really dirty. Everyone else's carts seemed to be very clean and tidy. the woman who did these did HORRIBLE. She over plucked, over waxed, over trimmed, and they're not even. My eyebrows weren't super thick but they also weren't THIS thin. I called and they gave me a refund, but that was it. As part of customer service and making sure that their customers feel some sort of accountability or apology on the business behalf, they didn't even try to make up for it. There was not even an apology or gift certificate or something. Even just a sorry about that would've been nice. I just left this place and will never frequent this establishment again, though my toenails look great and my pedicurist was lovely. First, the "basic" pedicure costs $37 and includes a massage and sea salt scrub, neither of which I wanted, not because I am without means but because I do not enjoy either of those things being done to me. When I told the pedicurist that I did not want those services, she had to ask the person behind the counter, who acted like I was an idiot for not wanting those services and felt compelled to tell me that the sea scrub would be good for my skin. The person behind the counter was a young man who wore glasses and had ear pods in his ears and who I assume either owns or manages the salon. I reiterated to that person that I did not want those services, and he scowled at me. I told him that I would pay the full price but simply did not want the services. He said "$5 off," looked as though he was disgusted, and walked away. I felt like I should be ashamed. I have no complaints about the pedicurist or the pedicure I received. I, however, believe that $32 for a basic pedicure is too pricey. Second, the salon uses Apple Pay and charged me an additional $2 for the overpriced basic pedicure of $32. Again, I can afford the $2 and very financially secure. But I don't like wasting money, and this was a waste of money. Third, I asked the jerk behind the counter, who did not make eye contact with me at all as I was checking out if I could add a tip to my credit card transaction and was told that tips are cash only. There are no signs in the shop informing customers of this fact before the service commences. I would have gotten cash before the pedicure if I understood that I needed it for a tip. Fourth, because I did not have cash for a tip, I went to CVS across the parking lot and purchased a couple of items to get cash back. When I returned to the salon to give the pedicurist a tip (over 30%, by the way, because I am not a jerk), everyone in the salon including the customers looked at me, as if no one expected me to return and there had been some conversation about me leaving without tipping. I do not appreciate how I was treated like scum at this place. No one deserves to be treated how I was treated here. I will not return and will spread the word with all of my local friends. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: As I stated, I *told* you that you did not have to discount any money off the price. Again, I specifically stated that I would pay the additional $5 for services I neither needed nor wanted. I would have HAPPILY paid the additional $5 to NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF S*%T BY YOU. I simply did not want the additional services and was trying to convey that to your pedicurist. As you can see, I don't leave reviews generally and was compelled to do so in this instance because of your treatment of me, PERIOD. It was unacceptable and downright rude. I will be sure to convey that information to as many local friends as I can. And in any event, your argument concerning being bankrupted by giving me a $5 discount for not accepting services that I wasn't using is logically flawed. First, you saved the products she would have used on those services. Second, because the massage is supposed to take eight minutes, I assume that it along with the scrub would take an additional 10 minutes or more of the pedicurist's time. By not enjoying those services, your pedicurist had that additional time to spend on someone else, thus financially benefitting you even more. read more
