VIBE : Good energy from staff, calming music , aesthetically pleasing , warm hand towels , complimentary beverages. Clean facility . EXPERIENCE: First time coming to FOUR SEASONS NAILS and I am thankful I found them . They saved my day . I had a horrible experience across the street at KW nails ( read my review on their yelp page ) walking in I was happily greeted by the gentleman at the front desk, I got serviced right away By Tara . Tara was so polite, gentle and she did an amazing job on my Gel x nails . Tara even did a few trials of the cat eye design to see if I liked it which I appreciated. Thank you FOUR SEASON NAILS for providing a wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 recommend read more

Great place honestly. I have been trying to find a regular spot for my nails since moving up here from OS, and I think I may have found it. I wanted to go twice to leave a proper review and both times I went, got two different ladies and both were very sweet & gentle but still got the job done. The ambiance was clean and for the most part quiet with some music playing. They have TVs but both times I went it's just like drone footage of beautiful places. Overall I will go again, I believe the price is fair for what you're getting but go see for yourself. read more

I love getting pedicures here. They take a long time but are very thorough and do a great job. They don't accept tips on your debit card so bring cash or most of the workers have Zelle. It's always packed yet they can fit me in and get to work immediately! Love this place!! read more

Called in to make an appt for manicure and PEDIcure! She tells me to come right now no problem. Got there within 8 minutes and I walk in and am told I can't be seen and with major attitude. Awful. Made appt for pedicures and nails for 4 people. Waited 35 min before they started. Asked for my daughters nails to be done at same time as toes and did not happen. Took three hours total. My daughter was cut badly and bleeding while getting nails done and they just applied glue and moved on. They used the file on my skin and said oh sorry. Awful awful. Honestly this is so unsanitary read more

Today was my second time here and it was really an awesome experience. I got a pedicure and let me tell you Serena was amazing. It took almost 2 hours. She was working the whole time too. She put so much care in making sure every tie nail was perfectly shaped, no callous anywhere. She put the best oil/ lotion on not just my feet but my legs too. She was such a calm and precise technician. The vibe is very calming. I will make this my spot every month. read more

Had an appointment for three of us to get pedicures ... two of us were bridesmaids in a wedding and it's really important to have beautiful toes to match the bride... We showed up on time they sat all three of us down and one of us got our pedicure started. The other two didn't get started for a half hour. we ended up bringing a fourth person and his didn't get started for an hour... I was the first person and my pedicure didn't get finished till the very end. It took two hours... The guy who took our reservations with snarky... And you could tell they were speaking about us in Vietnamese... Do not go here read more

Service is great. Courteous nail techs. Not overly priced. Salon was clean every time I have been.

I had a great experience here. Tiffany has a great attention to detail, especially when having to deal with something as tricky as a vertically splitting nail. I'm very particular about my manicures, and she exceeded my expectations. Thanks, Tiffany! read more

I had the worst experience I've ever had at this nail salon yesterday and will not be returning. I walked in requesting a mani/pedi. I paid for the upgrade to Royal pedicure for $50. The lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. She did an excellent job, but the issue was with the woman who did my manicure "Tiffany" is what my warranty card says her name was. While getting my pedicure done, Tiffany was working on the girl next to me, and turned around looked at my legs, leaned in closer to inspect them, and then said something in another language and laughed. Then about 5 minutes later looked at me, then looked at the lady doing my pedicure again, pointed at her stomach, made a movement motion (the massage chair was making my body shake) and said something again in another language and then proceeded to laugh with the person doing my pedicure. I just had a baby a month ago, so yes my stomach is not as tight as it used to be and the setting the massage chair was on was jiggling my mom bod. So incredibly distasteful and I cannot believe someone would act like that or treat their paying customers like that. Also, since when does a gel manicure cost $45? I got one color, no design, nothing special at all. I guess my fault for not asking how much it would be, or looking at their price list prior. After this experience I will never be back. They should really consider hiring nicer people, nobody likes a mean girl. read more

They always do great pedicures. The manicures seem rushed and not well done. Hang nails seem to pop up within a week or so.

This is a fast, efficient and beautiful nail shop with friendly technicians locally owned everyone there does a great job

Pointless to make an appt, they'll keep you waiting over an hour, sometimes more than 2! Walked in, said the wait will be 15min. Over an hour later, I finally got my fill with gel. Won't be coming back. read more

I've been going to this business for 2 years now, and I cannot recommend it enough to people who ask where I get my nails done. The environment is clean, relaxing, and inviting (they just updated their shop and it looks beautiful!). The receptionists are always so kind and helpful when I need to rebook. The prices reflect the quality of work that is provided in their services. If you're in the area this is THEE spot to go! My nail tech is Rose. She is a wonderful artist and responsible for all of the manicures shown in my photos read more

I have to update my review -- I was a walk in for a gel-x set. I don't mind waiting, but it took just shy of THREE (!) hours for it to be done because my nail tech was juggling two other people. I felt bad for her because it's not up to her to deny service if she feels over-worked. Honestly, I wanted to walk out 10mins into my nails soaking but it was too late at that point and I just decided to sit it through. I really wish they would be more transparent and told me how long it would take - had I known, I would have just come back later in the day or the following day. You HAVE to be transparent with your customers. Three hours is crazy, SMH. read more

Very busy place. Overall my nails were nice, Gel French Tip manicure. They guaranteed my nails would last a week and if they didn't I could come back and have them fixed. Week one goes by, all is well. Ten days go by, paint is chipping away. Usually when I get gel nail polish it lasts about 3 weeks. The manicurist also nicked my cuticles on 2 different fingers; she put some gel stuff on them to stop the bleeding, but later it was burning. I think it was the owner who did my nails, her station was not clean. Everything on her nail cart, was really dirty. Everyone else's carts seemed to be very clean and tidy. I hate leaving bad reviews, I am very disappointed I paid $45 for the mani & I always give a $10 T.I.P. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly & professional. read more

the woman who did these did HORRIBLE. She over plucked, over waxed, over trimmed, and they're not even. My eyebrows weren't super thick but they also weren't THIS thin. I called and they gave me a refund, but that was it. As part of customer service and making sure that their customers feel some sort of accountability or apology on the business behalf, they didn't even try to make up for it. There was not even an apology or gift certificate or something. Even just a sorry about that would've been nice. I know they'll grow back, but I don't wear makeup and my eyebrows are very important to me and now i have to get out of my way to make sure they look somewhat decent. Definitely will not be coming back here. read more

DO NOT HAVE TAMMY DO YOUR WAXING!!!! My niece just got back from having her eyebrows waxed and she has her skin ripped off. And the most that this technician had to say was to put aloe on her bleeding eye lids . Really !!! I couldn't even believe what I saw and how this is ok at any establishment. And of course Tammy still charged for this read more

I just left this place and will never frequent this establishment again, though my toenails look great and my pedicurist was lovely. First, the "basic" pedicure costs $37 and includes a massage and sea salt scrub, neither of which I wanted, not because I am without means but because I do not enjoy either of those things being done to me. When I told the pedicurist that I did not want those services, she had to ask the person behind the counter, who acted like I was an idiot for not wanting those services and felt compelled to tell me that the sea scrub would be good for my skin. The person behind the counter was a young man who wore glasses and had ear pods in his ears and who I assume either owns or manages the salon. I reiterated to that person that I did not want those services, and he scowled at me. I told him that I would pay the full price but simply did not want the services. He said "$5 off," looked as though he was disgusted, and walked away. I felt like I should be ashamed. I have no complaints about the pedicurist or the pedicure I received. I, however, believe that $32 for a basic pedicure is too pricey. Second, the salon uses Apple Pay and charged me an additional $2 for the overpriced basic pedicure of $32. Again, I can afford the $2 and very financially secure. But I don't like wasting money, and this was a waste of money. Third, I asked the jerk behind the counter, who did not make eye contact with me at all as I was checking out if I could add a tip to my credit card transaction and was told that tips are cash only. There are no signs in the shop informing customers of this fact before the service commences. I would have gotten cash before the pedicure if I understood that I needed it for a tip. Fourth, because I did not have cash for a tip, I went to CVS across the parking lot and purchased a couple of items to get cash back. When I returned to the salon to give the pedicurist a tip (over 30%, by the way, because I am not a jerk), everyone in the salon including the customers looked at me, as if no one expected me to return and there had been some conversation about me leaving without tipping. I do not appreciate how I was treated like scum at this place. No one deserves to be treated how I was treated here. I will not return and will spread the word with all of my local friends. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: As I stated, I *told* you that you did not have to discount any money off the price. Again, I specifically stated that I would pay the additional $5 for services I neither needed nor wanted. I would have HAPPILY paid the additional $5 to NOT HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF S*%T BY YOU. I simply did not want the additional services and was trying to convey that to your pedicurist. As you can see, I don't leave reviews generally and was compelled to do so in this instance because of your treatment of me, PERIOD. It was unacceptable and downright rude. I will be sure to convey that information to as many local friends as I can. And in any event, your argument concerning being bankrupted by giving me a $5 discount for not accepting services that I wasn't using is logically flawed. First, you saved the products she would have used on those services. Second, because the massage is supposed to take eight minutes, I assume that it along with the scrub would take an additional 10 minutes or more of the pedicurist's time. By not enjoying those services, your pedicurist had that additional time to spend on someone else, thus financially benefitting you even more. read more

This place is usually pretty good for a pedicure but the last 2x I've come and had nails done by Anna she has cut me each time. Thought she had an off day the first time it happened But now again?! Came in on a Sunday right before they closed, was super easy to book my appointment through Facebook, love that this is an option!
