Finding an aesthetician you trust is one thing, but finding someone who makes you look forward to your appointments is something completely different. From my very first visit, Sophia made me feel comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. Let's be honest, getting waxed isn't exactly the most glamorous or comfortable experience, but somehow she turns it into an appointment I genuinely enjoy. She has the ability to make even the most intimate and vulnerable appointments feel effortless. She's funny, down-to-earth, and has a way of making you feel like you're catching up with a friend instead of counting down the minutes until your wax is over. Before you know it, you're laughing, chatting, and the appointment is done. She is incredibly talented at what she does. She's thorough, professional, and consistently delivers amazing results. After five years, I've never once questioned whether I should go somewhere else because there's simply no reason to. When you find someone this skilled who also genuinely cares about her clients, you stay loyal. If you're searching for an aesthetician who is not only exceptional at her craft but also one of the most genuine, personable humans you'll ever meet, Sophia is your girl. I can't recommend her enough, and I honestly don't see myself ever going anywhere else. Thank you, Sophia, you've earned a client for life!!!

Until I had several people, primarily my husband tell me they weren't normal and I should go see someone. I saw two people (physical therapist & masseuse) prior and they told me "yah they're just points and your shoulder blades." Okay! But them my husband said no it's not normal go to another masseuse so I did. I found Erika here on Yelp & I'm glad I gave her the chance! She is very sweet and informative. I booked an hour massage and it actually helped me relax. So much so, I started to fall asleep but I forced myself to stay awake. And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. Because of todays experience I am giving this business a one star. I was looking forward to getting…read moremy eyebrows done by Alexa since back in October, but she wasn't taking new clients at the time. Once her books opened up I wasted no time and booked to get my eyebrows done right before the holidays. Alexa waxed my eyebrows 2-3 times, and those few times was a good experience. However today I was exactly 5 min late, and she immediately messaged me with a "no show" message following an invoice for $40. I was confused since that is her grace period according to her policy. I was scheduled at 4:30, but got there at 4:35. Her studio door was shut with a do not disturb sign. I found that unprofessional given that I was scheduled to come in. The respectful thing for Alexa to have done should've been to have her door open and let me know she wasn't going to take me in rather than just having her door shut. I know I was late, but it was within those five minutes "I'm allowed". As business owner I feel like they should be able to work with her customers. This was the first time I was late to an appointment with her. The only way of contacting her is through instagram, but it's not a quick response time on her end. Which I understand given she's working on clients. So I don't know how I would've been able to explain my situation. To add more to her being unprofessional Alexa blocked me on instagram. I was not problematic nor did I cause a scene. I don't understand the need to have to do this. These small business owners have all these policies you have to follow, but are ok to have excuses on their own terms. My advice for anyone trying to book with Alexa is not to count on the 5 minute grace period she claims to give. This whole situation made me feel like I was scammed since I was within my 5 minute grace period, but was still charged the $40 without any service.
