The pigment did not take and shape of my eyebrows was not what I have come to expect based on previous microblading experience. I get my hair done by Monica! She did an incredible job (as always) and never does a bad job on my hair. Ive gone to her for about a year now, and it's always so friendly and professional! She takes the time to explain exactly what she's doing, so I'm usually not surprised unless it's shock from how amazing it turns out! 10/10 recommend going to her, she always goss above and beyond to please her clients. I have gotten my nails done by her twice now i believe, and they were exactly what i asked for as well! I couldn't be more pleased. As previous yelpers have noted, Alicia is awesome! She is super nice, and very thorough. I've come to her twice now for microdermabrasion, waxing, a pumpkin peel, and I got a chance to try the high frequency wand. I will say, the waxing was very thorough. The pumpkin peel (once my skin flaked away) left my skin radiant after! I think I want to try the high frequency again. I had it done and I'm not sure if my skin felt tighter because of it, or because my skin is trying to recover from the waxing. So I think I need to have another go at it to really yap about how great it is, ya know? The Microdermabrasion has significantly helped my skin. Over the past year, I've had these crazy break outs that I've never had before in my life. For a year now, I haven't gone a single day being completely clear. After my first visit, I broke out pretty bad for 2 days (as Alicia had warned would happen) then, within one week, my skin got completely clear. It lasted for a few weeks! Then I broke out again. Luckily, I had already made an appointment to go back. The day of my recent visit, my skin felt great after. Although I had worse acne than I had before, after just one day, it's starting to clear up! I've decided to start going here monthly for different services. I think I will try to work my way through their services to see what helps me best. The products are great for my sensitive skin, the price is right, Alicia has been great, and the services are truly helping me. I'm excited to see how my skin improves over the next few months. After seeing huge improvements after only 2 visits, I think that says a lot. read more

My first experience wasn't the best. I got a microdermabrasion off Groupon and thought I'd give it a try. When I got there, she started the process and told me the microdermabrasion portion should take 30 minutes. She up-sold me to a peel and I thought that was a good deal. She then stopped the microdermabrasion (only 5 minutes into treatment) and started the peel. My whole time there was apx 17 minutes and they still redeemed (charged) me for the microdermabrasion. So the lady I went to was nice! But just up-sold me and didn't do the original treatment I asked for. Kinda bummed about that. I was looking forward to the microdermabrasion. ‍ read more

Alicia is super down to earth and has a very gentle hand, I waxed my whole face (I was looking pretty Sasquatch -ish) and it includes brows! It's wax, it hurts but it didn't hurt as much! The owner of this shop is very nice a. My sister had permanent eyeliner years past & it took very nicely upon first try and lasted 5 years. So she had liner put back on and it did not take at all and neither did mine. My 1st visit was with Groupon which made the cost reasonable. The 2nd appt with her was supposed to be for touching up but in reality it was for complete eyeliner again as the previous eyeliner done several weeks ago had all disappeared. Each subsequent visit is almost at full price. So it was disappointing to say the least. Probably will not go there again due to costs. read more

I purchased a Groupon on June 2 to get a microdermabrasion treatment. That same day I contacted (texted) the business #951-395-0420 as stated with Groupon I was to mention the voucher which I did. The employee with that number specified a date and time of availability which was 50 days (1 mon 20 days) after the Groupon purchase. I agreed & made the appointment. On the day of the appointment she was not at the salon. A complete no-show, no text, no call nothing. As I waited in the salon an employee called to say I was there and her comment was she'd left for the day. I did not receive a call/text to apologize or reschedule. I had to reach out the next day and text there must have been some misunderstanding because she was not at the salon for our appointment. She then apologized & asked to reschedule for Aug. 23 this is now almost 3 months after my Groupon purchase. I understand things happen, yet she did not see her mistake should take precedence in scheduling. I let her know the time frame was unprofessional and she said she was booked and I should get a refund. She went on to say I never confirmed our appointment, but the confirmation is in text. The Groupon for Drop Dead Gorgeous states Appointment required. Additional $25 will be charged for no call no shows. Yet she had no concerns to my time as the customer and took no accountability to try and make a rescheduled appointment a priority. Choosing not to rectify is unacceptable and poor customer service. I've never dealt with a business as unprofessional as this. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going here for a few years now! I highly recommend getting a facial from here. I came in struggling with cystic acne and within one year my face cleared up and there are no scars present. I have done a few different techniques like chemical peels to cbd facials. If you are struggling they will know what to do! Probably one of the worst decisions coming here. I got my hair done with a lady named Monica. I had recently box dyed my bangs hoping to get them brown (i am blonde) and they turned more like a copper brown. so i heard from a friend she was good and i saw her instagram and was convinced she could save my hair. I was wrong. I understand box dye is complicated but I would've been totally better off if I didn't even go to her in the first place. She kept whispering about my hair to her coworker thinking I wouldn't hear which made me extremely uncomfortable and it made it seem like she had NO idea what she was doing. she messed up the first time and didn't get the right color, so she dyed my bangs AGAIN. when she took the foils off and blow dried ONLY MY BANGS they were still extremely copper and blotchy. she didn't even blow dry my whole head and she was already rushing me to get out of her chair because she had another client. I felt like that was extremely unprofessional. You need to make time for your clients especially when you MESS UP THEIR HAIR. The overall experience was 0 out of 10. I had to leave with a wet head and blotchy bangs. she refunded my money thankfully but that doesn't make up for what she did to my hair. like I said it was a horrible decision come in here and I would've been better off on my own. read more

By far the best, most thorough & relaxing facials from Alicia. I've been seeing her at least monthly for a while now for microderm facials / light peels and eyebrow tinting. I went to get my eyebrows microbladed last summer after getting a groupon. It was the worst decision I ever made. The positioning was all wrong and it looked like someone had taken a sharpie and simply drawn on some eyebrows. We are now a year later, and I am still getting expensive treatments with a laser to remove the outlines. Do not do it. read more

I went today for my microdermabration and massage, i added on a chemical peel cause I've been wanting to get one. Alicia spa is very nice and clean. I{57} have had again lower and upper Permanent Eyeliner and Full Lips done. A friend of mine {79} had just lower and upper Eyeliners done. She likes it also! Due to her being very sensitive to pain, Alicia offered her a small touch for the lower liner if needed for free after she had her 2nd visit last week. It takes more then one visit and touch up is necessary for correction, especially for lips, since they absorb a lot of color! She uses organic Lip color from Austria, which i as a German appreciate. Quality takes time and patience and neither is it pain free. However no problem for me!! It takes a lot of money to have a business, simple inform yourself about the costs of your treatment. So lets do not degrade her trade and knowledge, just support her and bring everybody else who likes to look better. That s all of us! read more
