I came here due to the hype from the reviews. But I won't be coming back lol. They left too much hair and nipped my skin on both eyebrows. I didn't notice it at first because my eyes were adjusting after closing them for a while. But when I got home I saw the red marks and left over hair. Do not come here unless you like to have your eyebrows ruined and then told that you walked in looking like that. I had an especially bad experience with Jenny today. I called her up on my lunch after finding her on Yelp to see if she could thread my eyebrows. She didn't answer my first call and then proceeded to call me back and act confused on the phone as if I wasn't contacting a business but rather harassing her personal line. Once I showed up she told me she was cash only - and that I would have to visit a 99cent store in the plaza to get cash for her... would've been nice to know when I called. Then before she started doing my eyebrows I told her I like my eyebrows square with no arch and she communicated she knew what I meant and that she would only do a clean up. When she showed me a mirror to check my eyebrows at the end they were nothing like what I had asked for and she had gone far more thin than what I originally came in with when I asked for a clean up. So I proceeded to ask her for a tweezer so I could fix a spot and she asked to see where and I pointed it out and she said yes I can do that, to which I responded it's ok I can do it if you can't. And she insisted she could. - she processed to take off the bottom of my eyebrow and give me a heavy arch on one of my eyebrows. Shocked I pointed it out and she began arguing with me- telling me my eyebrows were like that when I walked in. She literally made the front of my eyebrow thick and the rest of it super thin. I have picture proof of what I walked in with so I don't understand why she was trying to argue with me when I told her she threaded too much and that this is NOT what I came in with nor clearly asked for. I understand that she may have made a mistake but for her to blame me and tell me my eyebrows were like this when I came in is completely frustrating. Wow. I live in New York now but I used to live in Kentucky and before that South Orange County, CA.
