I haven't had threading services done in a while, but I'm going on a vacation and thought why not. I Yelped what was close to my house and Unique Threading was the closest. I was welcomed by two very sweet woman and asked to take a seat quickly. The threading service was very good, I had also asked for a henna tattoo and was able to get it done as well. I had stopped coming for about a year because of pandemic but started again last week. Initially the place was a random find that turned into my go to place for eyebrow threading. The staff is nice. What is nice is that you get a consistent person every time. I just met a new lady when I went this time and she is wonderful. My skin isn't irritated or red and the next day no scabs or marks. She actually took the time to make sure that she did a good job and didn't leave my skin irritated. She had someone waiting after me but I did not feel rushed at all which I really liked. I was in an out in about 15 minutes. She made small talk while she did my eyebrows. And she kept showing me in a mirror to make sure that it turned out how I wanted. I think I might have found my new threading place!!! Woot woot!!! I am making my move to the Inland Empire and was nervous about finding a threading place of my liking because my yelp search was a bit disheartening. I found Unique Threading and even though they had mixed reviews, I decided to give them a try. I went in on a Friday around midday and the lady was able to thread my eyebrows right away. She was extremely kind and genuine in conversation. I was so surprised at how good my eyebrows looked after and how non painful it was compared to other threading places I have been to. My eyes did not water once while getting them threaded and that to me is very telling of her technique. As I kept going, I started realizing that there were different girls every time, so there was some inconsistency, and I think people started noticing that. There were some better than others, but no one really butchered my eyebrows, so I still kept going. I went in today expecting just another person, but I came across Dolly. I got one of the best services from there in awhile! She was friendly, and meticulous with my brows. So I decided to ask about what's been going on with the shop as there have been so many different people doing eyebrows every time I came. Turns out, she recently just bought the shop! I have tried many, many places as I have been threading for about 7 years and this place is one of the best. The salon is welcoming and clean. The location is very convenient for me, less than a mile from my house and the hours also work with my schedule. The price is about average. But the best part is the customer service and communication. Hena makes sure that she is providing the results your looking for. She is very attentive to your wishes. Ok, so I normally don't like to leave "bad reviews" BUT I was so disappointed with this place. I went in for eyebrows and upper lip. I specifically showered her the areas of my eyebrows that I didn't want her to touch because I'm growing those areas out. I also told her that I DO NOT like thin eyebrows so to please watch out for that. Next thing I know, my eyebrows are thinner than thread.... and not to mention, one eyebrow is way pointier than the other. I was so upset! I expressed how I felt about this, and she refused to acknowledge it. Her attitude towards me changed and she seemed mad. She insisted she did nothing wrong and that she made my eyebrows better because they weren't before. Needless to say, I will never get my eyebrows threaded again read more

I absolutely love how my eyebrows came out. I moved to this area a couple months ago and have been on the search for a good threading place to go. I've been getting threaded for about seven years now and this is probably the most precise place I've gone. The lady I saw was super friendly. While threading she kept checking my shape to make sure it looked good and also used tweezers to clean up what she didn't get with the thread. It's also so clean inside.
