I needed a pedicure near to where I was shopping. I called four places and no one answered their phone. I then called Circle A Nails and Spa, they answered their phone. Don't come to this place they over charge you for a crappy job. Before getting my fills I asked how much would it be they said $45 with gel. When I was done getting my nails done I'm so unsatisfied with the poor job that he did. First let me start of by saying he wasn't gentle he hurt my nail a few times, while he was filing them down. He didn't even apologize. Next I asked if he can file down my nails because they are visible and he kept working on my nails until he was done. He left a few nails looking cricket and I'm able to see my own nails growing underneath the nails.THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEEM CONCERN WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP TO THEIR ATTENTION. Overall, I think that this experience for pedicure was an okay experience but I appreciate them accepting our walk in around an hour before closing. The vibe was bustling and busy but they got us through the pampering quickly enough. I do think the attention was okay since my toe was plucked / it started bleeding but I guess it was fine since they know what they're doing. The pedicure experience was okay as I have been to better ones that had more factors and services for the same price, but that's at another place so I digress. I won't be back since I miss the other place. read more

I been going here for a few months and come once every other month or so so not a frequent customer and usually satisfied with my nails or pedicure. Today the lady 3rd chair from back or 4th was rude af!!! She kept squeezing the hell out of my fingers & when I told her to lighten up she instantly got an attitude & rushed through the rest of my fill. She also charged me $50 for a fill and correct me if im wrong but isn't a fill supposed to be cheaper?? I got the hybrid gel fill. BTW she left my nails dirty af underneath and didn't even try to clean them. I understand she got offensive but dont tell me its my fault for being tense if your squeezing my one finger to the point where your fingers are red at the tip from soo much pressure. Sucks because I love their pedicures but I will not be coming back with that kind of service. read more

I brought my daughter and niece in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and one simple design on each thumb and big toe. The total came out to $167, which is far higher than what most salons charge for the same service. Not only was the pricing excessive, but the service itself was unacceptable. The staff repeatedly tried to refuse doing the design I requested, and instead of providing good customer service, they openly spoke negatively about my requests in their language -- which I understood. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The overall experience felt rushed, dismissive, and disrespectful. For the price I paid, I expected quality service and courtesy, and unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others. read more

I stopped in on Good Friday at about 3:00pm. I asked for Jenny as she had done my nails before and I like the way they turn out. She wasn't at work, but the manager offered to call her. He said she would be there in 5 minutes. I offered to come back the next day, but he said it wasn't a problem. About 3 minutes later, Jenny arrived apologizing. As we got settled at her booth, we chatted, and I found out she was on her break, so it wasn't necessary for me to feel bad. Thank goodness! I have tips and a hybrid gel on my nails, as I am a biter. These were suggested by Jenny a few months ago. I have been very happy with them, and get a good 3 weeks before I have to do a fill. Anytime I go on with a Pinterest idea, Jenny is always willing to make it happen. She doesn't chat a lot, as she is focused on her work, but she is very friendly, and notices things like colors I wear (she remembers that I wear a lot of green and blue), and asks about my day. This place is calm and relaxing. The color scheme is very simple, and the it appears to be very clean. They have an atm machine in the back, as they prefer not to take credit cards. They do offer PayPal and Zelle, but tips may not be included in those. They have a giant variety of colors and options. I have never gotten a pedicure here (I only have one technician's let touch my feet-at another shop), but it looks like a popular service. I do think their prices are a bit high, but not uncommon for the area. I am happy to return to have Jenny do my nails. read more

I had originally made an appointment with David for my nails, but he was unfortunately out sick, so I was placed with John- who was great. I will add it seemed like they didn't know I had an appointment and appeared a little confused when I told them I had made it a week ago.. I got a gel-x manicure and got a regular pedicure, which they did separately and took around two hours. For my gel x manicure I think John did a great job. He got exactly what I wanted. He was pretty quick and was kind staying late to finish. My inspo picture was an almond shape with glitter on the edges and he got it just right. For the pedicure- the salon is appears clean with covers over their stations with plastic coverings, which is nice. I have gotten 2-3 pedicures here before without issue. My nail tech was very gentle and went over pricing before we began- no surprise charges! The regular "basic" pedicure was 26 + 7 for callous removal. Overall, despite the confusion with my appointment, I had a good experience here. Both my manicure and pedicure ended up great! read more

Okay so i have been here 5 times for a pedicure. I loved every minute of it and they did a great job. Last week, I came in for a gel mani. The lady made 3-5 of my fingers BLEED and then proceeded to put nail polish remover on them so it stung like hell. To be honest, I think most manicures SHOULD NOT end up in bleeding cuticles. I have had Many many gel manis in my life and they rarely make you bleed. I also felt like the sanitation of the manicure person i used wasn't very good. Her tools were kept in kind of a weird old box and it just didn't seem clean. This place has always been so cheap so i always thought they had a great deal with pedicures. But the manicures have proved me wrong-it's cheap because it's done poorly. read more

I went in today initially for a quick gel removal but I got the mani too just because. It was a glitter mani and she went over twice but before she was going over it with the top coat, I notice that one nail was not covered all the way on the sides. I asked her to please do a quick touch up before the top coat and she refused to do it. Twice. The owner asked her "any problem?" And she said "no". No wonder she asked me to pay before her work was completed and I tipped her too. Never returning again. I am just surprised at how she would use her energy to argue with me than just a 2 second touch-up to perfect her work. read more

They do solid work here. They are fast and efficient. Not too expensive. You can make an appointment but they do accept walk ins. However they are always busy! So go early or later haha I loved my nails this time around but sometimes they do chip earlier. It might just be from old nail polish. Because the people are awesome. read more

The old man unfortunately doesn't do a good job like the other staff and it was very disappointing to have an ugly paint job on feet . It looks like it was done myself at home with no experience. It was not with $30 for how bad it looked when seen it up close . The toe nails are not fully painted and I had to go home and add my own clear coat because he forgot and they looked dull. read more

I called before to check in on wait time for walk ins, which was 30 min at the time but we were both seated shortly after arriving, which was great. I've been a few times over the years and the service was okay but this last time makes me think it will probably be my last time going there. I called to make an appointment before coming. They put me in the chair and proceeded to go in the back and eat for 30 min. I get needing a break to eat but why say you can do that appointment time? The guy came out being excessively rough on my feet. I stopped him not not one but twice to say "you can be gentler than that". Didn't let the callus remover sit for a second so my feet were still rough. Almost no cuticles removed. Done in under 30 minutes. That pedicure was not worth $36. I'll spend money elsewhere. read more

Oh my goodness, I think I may have found our new spot since we moved from San Diego. So called right before heading in and asked if they had time for two. Pedi's for me and my hubby. We had our two year old too with us and the fact the one artist who was working in my husbands feet also worked well with my two year letting her out her feet in the water, clipped her nails, and just let a two year old be a two year old is great. The price wasn't bad either and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean and enjoyable. Definitely recommend! read more

The only positive thing about this nail shop is that they're pretty quick and get you in and out. I was shocked to read other yelpers report that it's well priced, but, I found it expensive when compared to other places I frequent. I know regions all differ in price, but, I go ALL over SoCal and this is the highest I've ever paid for a full gel set. That's another gripe! They only offer gel polish, with limited colors, and there are no prices posted inside. The set I got was pretty basic ($55) and I noticed after leaving, that some of the acrylic wasn't even glued all the way down on the nail. The placement was crooked as well. The lifting caused me to have the full set pop off one by one before even getting my first fill on a brand new set. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll be sticking to my usual safe spots. read more

I came here to get gel-x nails removed, and this service was done terribly. The process was painful and the nail technician didn't even fully remove my nails. She left some parts raw and over-filed, while leaving some parts with the hard plastic residue of my gel-x nails. In the picture I had already washed my hands multiple times with soap - so what you see is the residue and damage. It's a drive but I highly recommend LT Nails in La Habra. The nail tech let me know that my nails were thin and breaking because they were filed down too much by the previous nail tech (gel-x removal done by circle A nails). I won't be returning to circle a nails and I don't recommend this place to others. read more

When we arrived at the appointment we were greeted by two friendly receptionists and seated in a cozy little waiting area for a few minutes. The suite was clean, inviting and smelled so nice. My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. Chelsea took her time and carefully mapped out her brows before she started to wax. When she was done waxing she plucked out any stragglers and made sure my girls brows were perfect. My daughter and I love the way her brows turned out. She looks like a totally different girl now. :) Thank you Chelsea for being so sweet and for doing such a great job. I can't wait to book myself an appointment next!

Until I had several people, primarily my husband tell me they weren't normal and I should go see someone. I saw two people (physical therapist & masseuse) prior and they told me "yah they're just points and your shoulder blades." Okay! But them my husband said no it's not normal go to another masseuse so I did. I found Erika here on Yelp & I'm glad I gave her the chance! She is very sweet and informative. I booked an hour massage and it actually helped me relax. So much so, I started to fall asleep but I forced myself to stay awake. And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. I definitely recommend. & please, don't let small spaces or individual businesses/spaces scare you away. This is quite common in Redlands, especially in DT!
