When I was done getting my nails done I'm so unsatisfied with the poor job that he did. First let me start of by saying he wasn't gentle he hurt my nail a few times, while he was filing them down. I brought my daughter and niece in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and one simple design on each thumb and big toe. The total came out to $167, which is far higher than what most salons charge for the same service. Not only was the pricing excessive, but the service itself was unacceptable. The staff repeatedly tried to refuse doing the design I requested, and instead of providing good customer service, they openly spoke negatively about my requests in their language -- which I understood. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The overall experience felt rushed, dismissive, and disrespectful. For the price I paid, I expected quality service and courtesy, and unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others. read more

Today the lady 3rd chair from back or 4th was rude af!!! She kept squeezing the hell out of my fingers & when I told her to lighten up she instantly got an attitude & rushed through the rest of my fill. I stopped in on Good Friday at about 3:00pm. I asked for Jenny as she had done my nails before and I like the way they turn out. She wasn't at work, but the manager offered to call her. He said she would be there in 5 minutes. I offered to come back the next day, but he said it wasn't a problem. About 3 minutes later, Jenny arrived apologizing. As we got settled at her booth, we chatted, and I found out she was on her break, so it wasn't necessary for me to feel bad. Thank goodness! I have tips and a hybrid gel on my nails, as I am a biter. These were suggested by Jenny a few months ago. I have been very happy with them, and get a good 3 weeks before I have to do a fill. Anytime I go on with a Pinterest idea, Jenny is always willing to make it happen. She doesn't chat a lot, as she is focused on her work, but she is very friendly, and notices things like colors I wear (she remembers that I wear a lot of green and blue), and asks about my day. This place is calm and relaxing. The color scheme is very simple, and the it appears to be very clean. They have an atm machine in the back, as they prefer not to take credit cards. They do offer PayPal and Zelle, but tips may not be included in those. They have a giant variety of colors and options. I have never gotten a pedicure here (I only have one technician's let touch my feet-at another shop), but it looks like a popular service. I do think their prices are a bit high, but not uncommon for the area. I am happy to return to have Jenny do my nails. read more

I had originally made an appointment with David for my nails, but he was unfortunately out sick, so I was placed with John- who was great. I will add it seemed like they didn't know I had an appointment and appeared a little confused when I told them I had made it a week ago.. I got a gel-x manicure and got a regular pedicure, which they did separately and took around two hours. For my gel x manicure I think John did a great job. He got exactly what I wanted. He was pretty quick and was kind staying late to finish. My inspo picture was an almond shape with glitter on the edges and he got it just right. For the pedicure- the salon is appears clean with covers over their stations with plastic coverings, which is nice. I have gotten 2-3 pedicures here before without issue. My nail tech was very gentle and went over pricing before we began- no surprise charges! The regular "basic" pedicure was 26 + 7 for callous removal. Okay so i have been here 5 times for a pedicure. I loved every minute of it and they did a great job. Last week, I came in for a gel mani. The lady made 3-5 of my fingers BLEED and then proceeded to put nail polish remover on them so it stung like hell. To be honest, I think most manicures SHOULD NOT end up in bleeding cuticles. I have had Many many gel manis in my life and they rarely make you bleed. I also felt like the sanitation of the manicure person i used wasn't very good. It was a glitter mani and she went over twice but before she was going over it with the top coat, I notice that one nail was not covered all the way on the sides. The only positive thing about this nail shop is that they're pretty quick and get you in and out. I was shocked to read other yelpers report that it's well priced, but, I found it expensive when compared to other places I frequent. I know regions all differ in price, but, I go ALL over SoCal and this is the highest I've ever paid for a full gel set. That's another gripe! They only offer gel polish, with limited colors, and there are no prices posted inside. The set I got was pretty basic ($55) and I noticed after leaving, that some of the acrylic wasn't even glued all the way down on the nail. The placement was crooked as well. The lifting caused me to have the full set pop off one by one before even getting my first fill on a brand new set. Needless to say, I won't be back. Given that this was my first time i had showed her a picture and asked her the pricing to which she said "I don't know wait until I'm done" but it bothered me because most places give a rough estimate. The lady who did my nails was very rude, threw my hand down after she was done with the hand. She was very rushed and rough as well. I left with my cuticles bleeding. Within the first 2 days of having the acrylic nail set, my paint started chipping and on my 3rd day, one of nails completely popped off. She also did not do the shape that I wanted and when I asked her to fix it, she said "that's the best I can do" and just left it as is. I came here to get gel-x nails removed, and this service was done terribly. The process was painful and the nail technician didn't even fully remove my nails. She left some parts raw and over-filed, while leaving some parts with the hard plastic residue of my gel-x nails. In the picture I had already washed my hands multiple times with soap - so what you see is the residue and damage. It's a drive but I highly recommend LT Nails in La Habra. The nail tech let me know that my nails were thin and breaking because they were filed down too much by the previous nail tech (gel-x removal done by circle A nails). I won't be returning to circle a nails and I don't recommend this place to others. read more

We both got the Luxury Pedicure and it was definitely a treat includes a scrub, oil massage with hot stones and hot towels after that! I got exactly what I wanted which was a gel pedi with french tip. It was an older gentleman that did my toes and he did an amazing job, he even did acrylic on my big toes and one of my pinky toes.
