Rating: 4/5 Stars Tried out this nail salon for the first time recently and had a mostly good experience! I called ahead to check availability and they asked if I could come in right away, which worked out since I was nearby. The salon is located in the same shopping center as Lowe's (GPS definitely helped because it was a little tricky to spot at first - you make a right, then a quick right again, and it's straight ahead). Plenty of parking, which is always a plus. When I walked in, I let them know I had just called for a basic mani/pedi. The woman at the front desk asked me to pick a color and pointed me to a wall of samples (though I originally thought it was polish bottles). Some of the samples were missing nails or repeated, but I eventually picked one I liked. I was seated at the pedicure station and could see most of the salon from where I was. They had Minions playing and a cute fish tank to look at, as they were preparing everything for my pedicure. I chose the basic pedicure from the service menu they handed me. While I was getting the pedicure, a different lady came over to do my manicure at the same time. Both nail techs were really kind and easy to talk to. The manicurist and I even bonded over a few things, which was a nice touch. She also made me aware of how much cuticle I had and I did confirm I was my hands often which dries them out. Great people overall. As for the color, it ended up being a little brighter and chalkier than I expected. I thought it would be a soft light pink(#121), but I think the color sample I saw was gel, and I chose regular polish. Not exactly what I had in mind, but still cute. The whole thing wrapped up in about 30 minutes. The pedicurist helped me put my sandals on as I waited to for my manicure to dry. I sat at the salon chair and was placed a fan to dry my nails, but the fan kept turning off. They were all pretty busy with clients, so I didn't want to bug anyone and ended up drying them in my car with the AC blasting (lol). I did smudge a couple nails while getting in the car, but oh well. Overall, I'd give this place a solid 4/5. The service was quick and friendly, and the place is clean and easy to get to. If you want to tip bring cash or Zelle them like I did to their personal number. The only things I'd change would be suggesting the colors that match closest for basic manicure and pedicure, having a working fan, and maybe not doing both services at once, for me it felt a bit rushed, and I personally prefer taking it one step at a time. Still, I'd definitely consider coming back! read more

I had an appointment with my mom to get our gel pedicures done and my gel manicure. The lady was super unprofessional and quickly did my manicure and hurt me a few times. She said I'll give you a massage later and hopped to another customer. Appointment was at 2:30p and someone didn't see us until 3:30. 7/5/25 - Took young granddaughters to get their hands and toes painted with gel nail polish. NO manicure or pedicure. Just hands and feet painted. It cost $35 for hands and $35 for feet for each. To top it off they did a terrible job in putting the nail polish on. First layer of polish was not evenly distributed on nail, making the second layer look color look like black color, polish on the skin and some places the nail sides no polish. read more

I haven't been back to this salon in over a year. Since then I had a baby and need some self care but hesitant on coming back. This has been weighing heavy on me and I am finally deciding to say something... I had been going to this salon for a few years, throughout engagement and getting my wedding nails done here. I raved about this salon up until my last visit. I saw STEVE who I've never seen before for my dip mani. I never had my nails done by him before. The whole time he seemed mad and irritable. Well he cut me pretty badly with the paper nail file and didn't seem to care when I jerked back my hand in pain. He continued his service while my then natural response was to keep pulling my hands from being cut again. This was the most PAINFUL cut I've ever gotten from getting my nails done. Then, after I went to the pedicure station to get my pedicure. STEVE walked angrily out from the back of the salon speaking the workers native language. My tech doing my pedicure laughed and told me he thought I left without paying. Mind you I have probably spent thousand of dollars at this salon getting a mani and pedi every 5 weeks. I was so upset. By just this one visit I am so scared to get my nails done again. Though I absolutely loved this salon before this experience I am pretty traumatized. Now being postpartum and not having my nails or feet done for over a year I want to get pampered again but just cautious now. I am writing this in hopes that Steve or the owner ANN will see this. To I went into the salon on 3/22 to get a set done. Usually I am very happy with my service and leave very positive. However, on this appointment the lady who was working the front accused me of not paying for my service that was back in February. Even after showing her proof of payment, she still didn't believe me and never apologized. I will not be returning back to this nail spa. As I don't want to be treated like I'm some sort of thief.
