I came here for the first time in February and had an amazing experience (I believe it was the owner who did my nails). Unfortunately, every visit after that was disappointing. My nails started chipping almost immediately after multiple appointments. I gave them chances to fix it and even showed photos, but each time I was charged full price with no apology--and the same issues kept happening. The designs are pretty, but the quality doesn't match the price. On my last visit, I showed a reference photo, and what I got looked nothing like it--you can clearly see that in the pictures I posted. All the nails look different when they're supposed to match, the silver is way too thick, and there's uneven glitter (one nail even looks almost fully covered in silver). It also felt rushed since they were closing. At this point, it's just not worth it. I won't be going back.
So Anna did my pedi very nice lady did a wonderful job I damn near fell asleep. She took her time she did her job. Didn't mind tipping her at all. Now the guy that did my nails. He also did a wonder job love my nails. Just got a manicure and polish. Can't go wrong there. He shaped the perfectly. Now what I am pissed about is how they talk about people sitting in there to get their nails and feet done. I won't mention the lady in case she reads this. Unprofessional all the way. These women and men come in to get service not verbally assaulted. These people are so freaking lost they don't know who knows other languages. I myself don't I use an app and I got all the business. They talked about her from head to toe. And she should have know when the lady sweeping walked over to her to more or less laugh in her face. I don't care about anyones nationality we are all human. But when a company feels it is okay for their workers to speak badly about someone they don't know. In their own language and laugh in the clients face I have a problem with that. -0 rating. Will never go back and hope that others that do. Download the app translate before they do. Unacceptable behavior.
Will never go back. Terrible gel terrible polish and charged full price. My nail beds are lumpy and parts of my nails aren't even polished all the way. My daughters nails look like a child did them. Horrible.
I've been going to this salon for 2 years now and today was my first time back post Covid. First off, NO social distancing what so ever. All the pedicure chairs are being used so your literally right next to another person also, they don't wipe the down the chair/ sanitize it when someone gets off. Second, the OWNER DAVID wasn't even wearing a mask around the salon. After witnessing all that, I will not be returning. The only reason I gave two stars was because Lauren did awesome as always on my gel manicure. p.s pedicure price went from $20 to now $25
Got a pedicure here last week. They gave me an ingrown toenail down the entire side of my big toe. Also, they are taking ZERO Covid precautions aside from wearing masks (but some people still had their nose exposed). They don't even have the plastic liners for the pedicure bowls that you soak your feet in, like most salons even pre-COVID have. They sat everyone right next to each other with a couple feet in between and no plastic dividers. Back to my toe, it is swollen like a blister and hurts with even the slightest pressure. I have down my research and it is an ingrown toenail. I will be going to the doctors in a couple days if I can not solve the issue on my own at home.. most likely I won't be able to because it seems to be the whole length of my toenail, down the side. Paid $10 extra for foot scrub and when I went home my heals were scratchy I went back the next morning to get the polish redone that came off. LouAnne was extremely rude about redoing it.She kept doing everyone ones pedicure as I sat there for 2 hrs. A lady beside me was there insisting they fix her nails They were very crooked, pointed, squared and awful . Be prepared to spend a few $100.NOT WORTH IT. GO ELSEWHERE .
Ladies beware of this place I've seen many people talking about getting fungus and infection from this place not being sanitary I'd stay far away if I were you
The One people are horribly wrong. I've been coming here for almost 5 years. The Staff are professional, proficient and very friendly..
Always get me right in and do a great job on my nails! If they are busy I get a pedicure while I wait. I just take a picture and then they do what I ask. Masks are worn. And there is good space between chairs.

I walked in and a lady helped me and he got up and told me not to listen to her. Then they charge now $40 for a basic fill with gel. Not trimming or shaping. Ans when i asked her to fix the under side of my nails she said no. The place is very dirty and needs cleaning. The owner now has tons of liquor in there and when i asked what the prices were after i paid he uses the microphone to tell all the customers to say no to everything the people offer so they don't pay too much. I told him i didn't say yes to anything. I'm a hairdresser and know the game so I'm not an idiot with my first time being there. Sad because I've sent so many people here over the years but never again

I have never been so disappointed in the quality and I am more upset that she just left them like this.
Such a waste of money! I can't believe these were $70. Absolutely terrible and I still have acrylic and glue all over my fingers.

I just finished getting a pedicure here and unfortunately left extremely disappointed--not because of the employee who did my pedicure, but because of how I watched her get treated. It was getting close to closing time, and the lady in the pink shirt, who appeared to be in charge, kept telling the employees they needed to hurry up. The woman doing my pedicure tried explaining why it was taking longer, but the lady continued going off on her to the point that she started crying while doing my pedicure. That was honestly very uncomfortable and upsetting to watch. After my pedicure was finished, I approached the lady in pink myself and told her that she needed to treat her employees better. She literally laughed in my face. The woman who did my pedicure was kind and was simply trying to finish the service properly. No employee deserves to be humiliated or brought to tears in front of customers, especially for taking the time to do their job correctly. Never again!!!! I got mani, pedi and eyebrow. First they removed my nails so abrasive and the lady cut my natural nail and glued it so it won't cut further. She was moving so fast because another client was waiting for her. Anyways, a week later my nail gel peeled off and notice it turned green, the same nail she cut. Omgosh people please don't go here. If you want a same price alternative, palm nails can do a better job. NEVER AGAIN!! Eyebrows was ok. read more

For this short set of nails was $60. My pedicure was $40. It was terrible. I absolutely love coming here. As soon as you walk in the door, one of the workers is jumping up to take you to a seat to start working on you - I have seriously not waited for more than 10 seconds before getting seated. I've only ever gotten a pedicure here so I can't speak for the other services they offer, but they do an amazing job. They're all very nice and I'd highly recommend coming here! read more

Oh no, oh no, oh no no no no!!!! Pedi was goood. Nails rushed and not cleaned around cuticle or even cleaned. I really don't know why I came back. They don't soak off the gel just grind the whole nail down to the meat practically. Ima have to go back to doing my own. For $110 I expect exceptional work. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here and the first 2 times k came were goodd they waxed my eyebrows niceee but then i came back and lorddd they did me so dirty (one is thinner and smaller then the other) Alsoo i felt her going a little too far but i was like man ima regret this read more

I like this place. They nail technicians are super friendly and the man who I think is the owner really tries to get you in to get your nails done. I've gone twice in the last week, once mid-week day and once on a Thursday night. Mid week, there were more technicians than customers so it was a quick in and out, they were super sweet, only charged a few dollars to paint my 3 year old niece's goes. I'll definitely be coming back here when I visit and my niece and sisters come here all the time! read more

I'm satisfied with the work. They charged me 50 for 1 set of nails after the lady in the front told me 35. The nail work it's self is cute but my parents pinky nail is a little on the thick side. Other than that I love my nails and they were friendly. read more

DO NOT GO HERE !!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD ! I got the worst pedicure of my life!!! The lady literally glued the side of skin to my toe nails! Didn't polish my whole toe nail! And filed all my toe nails crooked! Then when we asked to speak to a manger they told us no and started getting very loud with us. I will never go here ever again ! read more

I read the reviews before I went in and I should've listened. I thought, they can't be that bad. They were. I have never been to a nail salon where I was treated like I was. First off, I asked if they knew how to remove gel x nails. And they said, sure, you need a fill. No. No, I do not. I need them removed. One lady sat down and tried to pull the nail off. I told her she was hurting me and that's not how you remove them. She then clipped a large chunk of my nail off before getting mad and leaving without saying a word to me. By this time another lady was working on my pedicure who was pleasant enough. So I didn't want to just get up and leave. They sent another lady over to look at my nails. I asked if if she knew how to remove them and that it was ok if she didn't. She nodded and began to remove my nails. Let's just say the process was long and messy. Anytime I moved my hands she would abruptly put my hands down. She was getting frustrated because she clearly didn't know what gel x nails were and had no idea how to remove them. I would've been fine had she just told me she didn't know how instead of attempting to and getting mad at me because she was frustrated. She then asked me who did this to my nails. I go to a highly qualified nail technician who gets booked up for weeks and the quality of work she does is excellent. She was booked and I just wanted my nails removed before I could make an appointment. That's why I took a chance and stopped at this place. I don't ever like to complain about service, but the moment she put her hands on me in frustration, I felt violated and quite bothered. I had no intention of walking out without paying and not completing the service, as much as I wanted to, only because the lady doing my pedicure was pleasant. The lady that was removing my nails kept making remarks about my nails and sighing heavily. After I told her I only wanted my toenails painted with regular polish, she kept trying to tell me to get gel polish on both my fingernails and toenails. I said I only wanted regular on both. She couldn't understand why I didn't want gel. Not good for customer service. If her intent was to remove them, not knowing what kind of nails I had on, and realizing she had no idea and it was going to be more difficult than she thought, all she had to do was say so, respectfully, and I would've understood. Not make someone feel like they were a problem. I didn't make a scene, nor did I want to be unprofessional, and I wasn't. I bit my lip and sat through it, embarrassed. When the process was over, my toes were nice, my fingernails looked horrible. She painted over the glue she didn't know how to remove. She didn't ask me how I wanted my nails shaped. Some are rounded and some are square. I have nail polish over lumps. I got up, paid and tipped but in my frustration I forgot to tip the lady that did my pedicure. Instead, the tip went to the lady that was rude. I picked one star because I had to pick one to write this review. **please believe the reviews about bad service** I wish I had. read more

HORRIBLE!!! I came in for a full set for my birthday and the lady did a HORRIBLE JOB! The color was uneven and she was rushing to finish & CUT ME! Then after I asked her to stop had the nerve to get an attitude!! They didn't even offer me alcohol for my cut then still wanted to charge me full price! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! Since lele left it's pointless to go all the other nail techs are not good at all!!!! #PISSED!!!! read more

I had the most horrible experience.. I've been here many times however I called on Thursday let them know I broke my nail they said okay come right in. I came they made me wait over 30 min to fix one nail.. and I was still waiting I left I went back today to get the same nail fixed I waited 30 minutes then the nail lady comes and try's to cut my NATURAL nail off... I stop her and say no that's my natural nail.. she dropped the clippers started speaking another language and walked away.. 10 min later I said excuse me are you going to be able to do it.. she looked at me and started speaking another language.. I just walked out.. this is how they treat customers when I go I spend at least 100$.. when the manger guy is there I never experienced service this bad read more
