This is my go-to nail salon. I always have a good experience there and they take their time doing their pedicures and manicures. My favorite is Molly! She does the BEST pedicures! I go here every 2 weeks for a gel mani/pedi and the polish stays perfect every time. Definitely come stop by for some quality relaxation!
So this location is my go to now. I used to go to four seasons up on lugonia next to the staters bros up there on the intersection of Wabash. But I come here now. Then I noticed a lot of familiar faces & I asked the young girl if it was the same owners, she said no but same family. I said makes since! Now I know why there so good here too. Honestly, I get the best pedi they have (orange retreat) everytime I go & it's $80, but yes it's 100% worth it! Please give them a try. It's very light, open, & clean as well with a beautiful view of the mountains from some of the pedi chairs! I love this location.
Go with Kay ! Shes amazing ive been going to her since 2023 ! She has quality work , i got a gel x set and lasted 10 WEEKS !! Shes always has a smile and is so nice..
Love the service been here 2x even bring my husband with me to had a pedicure .. the technician Diana is good on design of my nails
INX Nail Bar is seriously AMAZING! I can literally bring in a picture of a design that is completely over the top, and they always make it happen and somehow make it even better! Rose is absolutely incredible and always takes the experience to another level. And Holly is AMAZING with pedicures! But honestly, the entire team is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel special. Every time I walk in, I feel like a princess! I always leave loving my nails and feeling completely spoiled. If you're looking for a nail salon where they truly care about their work and their customers, I HIGHLY recommend INX Nail Bar!
I've been going to Rose for 18 years, and I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails! She is incredibly talented, pays attention to every little detail, and always does an amazing job. I constantly receive compliments on my nails, and it's all thanks to her. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The aesthetic is so welcoming, it's always spotless, and you can tell they take pride in creating a clean, relaxing environment. On top of that, their prices are more than fair for the exceptional quality and service you receive. If you're looking for a nail salon with outstanding service, a gorgeous atmosphere, and a nail technician who genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Rose. After 18 years, I can honestly say she's the best, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Been coming here for the past few months for builder gel. Diana does a fantastic job every time.
AMAZING nail place!! Clean environment, such friendly staff, and amazing nails. I see Kay and i highly recommend! Shes very communicative, talented, kind, and efficient. She always discusses how she can accomplish the design i want, checks in throughout to see how i like it, and truly gets it done fast and SO well done. Management has also been kind! I wanted a specific pedicure once but they were unable to provide me with one element, so they upgraded me no charge. Overall a great business!
Finally found a place where I've been coming religiously. It's been such a long time since I've found a great nail salon. I've been getting gel x with Kay and she does an amazing job!! Always kills it!!!! Pedicures, everyone does a good job. Friendly atmosphere-better to come during the weekday though as weekends get very crowded and you may have a wait time. Thank you Inx!!! Very happy
Review for Kay at INX Nail Bar I can't say enough about Kay she's truly the best nail technician I've ever had. She's the only one I trust with my Gel X nails, and her designs are always stunning. I especially love when she works with pink, because she knows exactly how to make it look elegant and fun at the same time. What sets Kay apart is her attention to detail and how considerate she is throughout the entire process. She remembers what I like (and don't like), and always makes sure I leave feeling happy with my nails. It's rare to find someone this talented and thoughtful, and I feel lucky to have her as my go-to. If you're looking for amazing designs, flawless Gel X application, and a technician who truly cares about her clients, Kay is the one.
Truly disappointed. This is the second time I've come to this location for a manicure and got a cut. Today, however, I told the guy to immediately stop, and I don't want to continue. While receiving a pedicure, a lady stepped in to start my manicure. She cut my right nails then stopped and stated that the lady giving a pedicure was going to finish. After about 15 mins, another male manicurist step in to finish. One thing that made me uncomfortable was that he was sick. He blew us nose into a napkin. Placed the napkin down beside me and proceeded to grab my hands for the manicure. He didn't wash his hand or wear gloves. Then he started again with my left hand and pulled on side of my nail/skin that it caused me to straight bleeding. That's when I stopped him and asked for a napkin because my finger was bleeding and at this point the blood had run under my nail! I told him that I no longer want a manicure. How do you now stop what you are doing to help a client who is bleeding? The gentleman at check out tried to make it right by offering another manicure on the house but honestly I'm not coming back again. A free manicure cannot make up for a possible infection. I had high hopes for this salon as it's close to my home and looks nice but every time I came, they are just rushing through the work instead of providing quality work. I came home and cleaned it myself. The side of my nail/skin was red, sensitive to touch, and you can see where my skin was torn off. I'm definitely not coming back. Edit: Response to owner. I did not call to request a service. I called, within 10 mins of leaving the salon, to inform the gentleman (Richard) at the front desk about my concerns, especially the sanitary concerns. I kindly informed him that I didn't want to complain out loud as there were customers around and through it would be best to talk to him privately (over the phone). Again, an offer was made to me to come back but after 2 cuts, no thank you. I'm still dealing with the effects of my cut, tenderness, and bleeding.
They did an amazing job on my nails and they had great customer service. I got there in a hurry with no appointment and they were so kind and accommodating. The person who did my gel x recommended a beautiful color that looks great on my skin. This was my first time coming here and I am definitely coming back.
So, I have tried this place 4 times. The first time was ok. So I went back and they are super close to my house but the last 3 times my nails were not done right. 1. The tech did not fix my lifted nails on most of my fingers and still placed the new acrylic on. My nails had the ability to get water trapped underneath and I had to tell him to fix the shape like 4 times because it was wrong and different on each hand. 2. Went back for a fill and showed them the areas I was concerned about. The tech put a crazy amount of glue in the open area and then left gaps of missing acrylic on the sides of my nails. I pointed it out to the manager they did offer to fix it but I work and go to school. I could not spend more time or fit it into my schedule to come back I had already spent 2hrs there. 3. This last time I will say the tech rose made an effort to fix what the last tech did and said she doesn't understand why she did what she did to my nails. However! She cut me so many times. My fingers hurt so bad. She blamed it on dry skin. Why not add cuticle softener or tell me to get a manicure. She just kept going over my skin. I have had someone tell me my skin is dryer but never went over my cuticles with the drill! When they use the drill it's to make sure the acrylic is sanded down correctly to protect from lift not to remove dry skin! I CANT EVEN TYPE IT HURTS SO BAD. To your reply- that's a lie! She never used anything to soften the skin! That's not true at all! I can't believe you'd lie. It's clear you are using AI to reply and don't care about the people that come to your business.

My husband and I came to Inx Nail Bar for the first time on Sunday without an appointment, and they were able to take us right away for two pedicures. We both did the basic $40 pedicure (no polish for him, polish for me), and overall it was such a relaxing experience! One thing I will say: give yourself plenty of time. Our pedicures took about an hour and a half, which initially surprised me. But honestly, most of that time we were just relaxing in the massage chairs, which were AMAZING. For $40, I was sitting there thinking, "This is actually a pretty good bargain to just chill here for an hour and a half!" The only time I started getting a little stressed was around the hour mark because we had to pick up our son. But we were walk-ins, they took us immediately, and we were enjoying ourselves, so I really couldn't complain. If you're pressed for time, though, I'd definitely make an appointment and plan accordingly. The reason I'm ultimately giving them five stars is their customer service. Unfortunately, the polish used on my toes seemed like it may have been old or too thick. There were several coats applied, and it never seemed to completely dry. The next morning, I put on black socks and the color from my socks actually transferred onto my toenails. They looked pretty bad. I wasn't able to come back Monday, but I stopped by Tuesday and explained what happened. They were SO gracious about it. Even though their guarantee is normally for gel polish and mine was regular polish, they could clearly see that something had gone wrong and offered to completely redo the polish for me. I really appreciated that because they could have easily told me there was nothing they could do. Instead, they took care of it without making me feel uncomfortable or like I had to argue my case. I even tried to tip the woman who redid them, but I didn't have cash with me. When I offered to put something on my card, she told me, "It's okay, you already paid." That was incredibly sweet. Something that could have left me with a really negative impression actually turned into a very positive experience because of how they handled it. Things happen, what matters to me is how a business responds when they do, and Inx Nail Bar handled it beautifully. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, awesome massage chairs, and they stood behind their work. I'll definitely recommend them and would come back! Just make sure you're not in a rush so you can actually sit back and enjoy it. read more

It's always a pleasure coming to Inx nail bar. It was so very relaxing. I would like it better if I had my nails done at the table and pedicure separate. It's not very relaxing when you're getting both worked on at the same time. Next time I will request that. I did fall color today. Even though it's supposed to hit 100, I'm in the fall mood. I really wanted to like this place. The receptionist was very kind and polite. However the gentleman who worked on my nails rushed me and had me sit somewhere else since he had another customer. I also asked for a flower design, and I'm not really sure what's going on with these dots.... They're not even. My nails also started to chip 11 hours after getting them done. read more

I can't say enough good things about this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff and a cozy, clean atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease and luxurious. The service is exceptional--my nail technician took her time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My Pedicure was absolutely fantastic. Not to mention, she gave me an amazing massage with Hot stones. To die for, that was so relaxing. The attention to detail was spot. Wow amazing nail salon! This salon recently just opened up and the owner Rose and her husband are the sweetest people ever. Everyone is so welcoming and the service is amazing! I got the pedicure #4 and a gel manicure with the color 70 OPI. The selection of nail colors is amazing! Rose did my manicure and another lady did my pedicure and my nails came out great. The music and ambiance of the salon is great, the decoration in the nail salon is so up to date and very clean. This will be my new nail place. read more

Amazing service as always! Came in for a Gel Mani and Tammy exceeded my expectations. I wanted multiple colors, and felt nervous asking for it first, but she was very helpful and ran through pricing with me to make sure I was comfortable with the service! She helped me pick colors that would match, and did my nails down to the last detail. I love conversing while getting service done, beautiful employees here! If Tammy isn't in, Kim also does great work! She did a Cateye Mani/Pedi on me, and made me feel comfortable at all times. Very thorough work! Thank you! read more
