When able, I love to go to Ben's nails. They always have the newest service to get like with manicures, pedicures, fake nails etc. the vibe is surprisingly relaxing. I say surprisingly because the place is always busy. That's another thing; they're busy but you can walk in and get serviced very quickly. Thanks Ben's nails. You guys are so incredibly nice. read more

Great prices, friendly staff! Won't go anywhere else for a pedicure. they are attentive and take their time.

OMG! I haven't had my nails done in over 15 years due to I have a little germophobe with dirt getting under my nails. I washed my hands 7 to 10 times a day. But I wanted to get my nails done for a graduation so my friend recommended this place. It was the best experience I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend this place from the warm welcoming in the morning when I arrived at 9 o'clock until the gracious, how do you love your nails when I left? The price for a full set was extremely reasonable. I received a full set of nails with a French for $55. I couldn't believe it my nails look picture perfect. I can't stop looking at them. If you're looking for a new nail shop, this is the place I wouldn't think twice about it. I'd run. read more

Where to begin. First off I walked in and waited which seemed to be a good sign but was about to walk out when I was called to a pedi station. Never asked if I wanted a package and did receive a good massage. But the quality of work was not good. The gel manicure left me bleeding even though I know my cuticles were bad but did not warrant pulling off my skin. Massage again was great but I have wrinkles in the color and puffy swollen cuticles.. read more

Tony does amazing work! Love getting beautified at Ben's nails! Very friendly environment as well.

Just came in because another nail shop messed up my nails and I needed an acrylic replaced. I called and they then immediately squeezed me in and did fabulous work especially when compared to my other nails done by the other shop. Then they were so incredibly kind and did it for free. They gained a new customer for sure and I'm excited to come back for my next set!!! read more

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Ben's Nails! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and punctuality -- no long waits or overbooking here. The team is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring every cuticle is clean, every nail is shaped to perfection, and polish is applied flawlessly. What really sets Ben's apart is the care and precision they bring to every appointment. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result -- my nails have never looked better! To top it off, their pricing is extremely competitive for the quality and service they offer. It's rare to find a place that balances efficiency, artistry, and value so well. Highly recommend Ben's Nails if you're looking for consistent, high-quality nail care without the hefty price tag! I visited Ben's Nails 5x+ for gel mani pedis and acrylics, they've always turned out beautifully. If I wasn't moving, I'd continue returning to Ben's! read more

I got a gel full set and regular pedi - $81. Worth the price. They were prompt and efficient, which are super important to me. Will be back.

TW in the pictures!!! I'm so upset, I've been going here for years and a couple months ago I received a pedicure. Shortly after, the base by my cuticle was red and swollen, but I just thought it was irritation. Long story short, it proceeded for months and grew into that hideous picture you see. It turned out I got a bacteria called pseudomonas. I went through 8 different rounds of antibiotics for over 50 days but my nail was just dead at that point so I had to go under general anesthesia and get my entire toe nail removed. When the surgeon pulled the nail out there was an entire biofilm of that bacteria. It's still red and healing very slowly due to all the trauma but I'm just hoping my nail grows back because it might have permanently damaged the matrix. Probably will never get a pedicure anywhere again after dealing with this mess. read more

Ben is the best I have been going to him for a few years. He never fails to do a great job. All other services are great too

The place was nice and busy. My only issue was the guy who did my nails. His nails were very unkept and disgusting. Not into the long nails, especially the pinky Coke nail. read more

This salon has been my favorite for years but I've never left a review. I have never left there disappointed. I'm always greeted when I come into the shop and everyone is so friendly. I don't get my nails done regularly. I had builder gel done somewhere else about 4 weeks ago it was just ok and I wasn't happy enough to go back to that place. Ben took me with only one hour left until closing. He removed my old product, manicured my cuticles and applied new product all for $60. My nails are short and natural so keep that in mind for your pricing. I also got very plain one color builder gel, because I knew we didn't have time for designs. Other places I was looking at were charging a lot just for removal. Ben drilled off my old product very carefully without filling down my nail. My service was very quick I got out of there within an 1 hour and 15 minutes. I do pay attention to all the tools to make sure they have been cleaned and prior to Ben drilling my nails I looked at the drill and it was clean. No trace of powder at all. I hate seeing powder on the drill I feel the tech isn't cleaning the tools in between clients, so I was so happy to see the clean drill and he used new buffing pads (I have had places try to use used buffing pads before) and the other tools were in the sealed pouches. He paid attention to detail even though we were past his closing time and my nails look Beautiful. I can't wait to come back for my fill and get a design. read more

I will get straight to the point. Staff members are extremely judgmental, overall treating some clients better than others. I've been going here for over a year now and it's the best nail place I've been to. I've tried out so many nail places and this place is the best for a few reasons. Every nail tech that works there does an amazing job! So I'm not disappointed whoever I get. Tina did my nails for Valentine's Day this year and last and she never disappoints. The price is also very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I highly recommend coming here for a mani or pedi! read more

Horrible place. Extremely unprofessional. I came here for the first time instead of going to the place I usually go to because it's right across the street from me and I could walk here since my husband and I are down to one car right now and he uses it for work. I wanted acrylic nails and from the beginning I told the guy they are uneven and that the thumbs are too short, and the rest of the nails are much longer. He kept arguing with me and wouldn't fix it. Finally I told him to just take them off and he refused to because he said it would hurt and he still charged me $20 even though the nails aren't finished and I now have to go somewhere else to get them off and get a new set. All I wanted was acrylic nails with the white tip. This is the worst experience I've ever had. And he started talking to his co-worker in their language after I complained. I know he was talking crap about me. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give it zero stars, I would. read more

I have been coming here for a while and normally the nail techs are friendly and do a great job. I finally found my new home for my nails. I was a walk in and just happened to find this place by chance, I was in the right place at the right time. They were busy but was able to give me an appointment at 5. I had the pleasure of having Natalie do my nails. I got a dip manicure. She was so gentle with my cuticles and the drill. I have had the worst experiences and she was sweet and good at her job. I will definitely be seeing her for my nail care. She remembered my name too. Ben's Nails - Gel mani DND #550 - Nail Salons Near Me - Redlands, California

I came here for a mani and pedi prior to the holidays. It is a very basic old school nail spot. They don't seem to do a lot of the newer stuff and they definitely do not specialize in designs. There were some things to like: I got the standard mani/pedi service and the massage was great for both feet (mine ache from hours treading through a concrete warehouse in safety shoes) and arms/hands. They did not try to up sell me The massage chair was amazing-usually these don't impress me much and I don't even turn them on Not as great: Their polish job was not the best. One of my toes was not smoothed enough prior to polish so it appears bumpy. My nails- he seemed super confused by the request for glitter without a color underneath. He seemed taken aback by me asking for a holiday design. The snowflake he drew was a bit wonky but I do appreciate the jeweled center which is still on a week later. One nail (right thumb) chipped off after 3 days. Gel manicures normally last me at least 10 days with no chips. Will I be back? probably not since they had a hard time with the gel polish but I would recommend it for the foot massage if that is your main goal. read more

Solid little spot! Gel pedi and regular mani was $61 before tip. The crew is efficient and works hard. Waited about 15 min past my scheduled appt but wasn't too bad. Selection of regular nail polishes are slim but tons of gel options. The hand and foot massage was lengthy -- always locks in a solid tip from me! read more

First thing - I got a bad skin infection from a pedicure here. It was extremely painful, I was on antibiotics (say hi to urgent care for a couple of hours). I let the owner know via telephone and he did not seem phased (or sorry) but there is likely a communication barrier there. I used to love this place, it was my go-to! I have since changed nail salons and have found a place that is easier on my nails (especially if you get dip, it's important that they are careful removing or it will really destroy your nails). You'll probably like your nails most of the time, it's just a gamble whether or not everything is sanitary. read more
