It seems that mornings are the busiest, so if you go I highly suggest calling ahead of time or if you are willing to wait, you can sit or explore the nearby area. There are good food spots near this salon and there are shopping centers extremely closeby. Theresa helped me and she was extremely nice and I loved the french manicure she did on me. I came to this salon a second time on a Friday as well, only this time I called ahead. When I arrived near the time of my scheduled appointment, I was sat down almost immediately, no waiting extra. This was also my experience the first time. Winnie did my deluxe manicure the second time I was here and I loved it. I thoroughly enjoy the extra add-ons to a manicure such as the massage and paraffin wax. She did a great job at massaging my arm and helping me relax. The paraffin wax they use smells like peaches and it makes the skin on your hands and arms feel soft afterwards. I showed Winnie a reference picture of some nails I found online. She was so dedicated to making sure it came out as close as possible to the reference, that she had assistance from another nail tech to do the flower designs to make sure it came out perfect. I appreciated the dedication to detail and service. The picture is the final result and I ADORE how it came out! I love a simple short nail manicure and this place delivered the result I wanted. Our pedicures took about an hour and a half, which initially surprised me. But honestly, most of that time we were just relaxing in the massage chairs, which were AMAZING. For $40, I was sitting there thinking, "This is actually a pretty good bargain to just chill here for an hour and a half!" The only time I started getting a little stressed was around the hour mark because we had to pick up our son. But we were walk-ins, they took us immediately, and we were enjoying ourselves, so I really couldn't complain. If you're pressed for time, though, I'd definitely make an appointment and plan accordingly. The reason I'm ultimately giving them five stars is their customer service. Unfortunately, the polish used on my toes seemed like it may have been old or too thick. There were several coats applied, and it never seemed to completely dry. The next morning, I put on black socks and the color from my socks actually transferred onto my toenails. They looked pretty bad. I wasn't able to come back Monday, but I stopped by Tuesday and explained what happened. They were SO gracious about it. Even though their guarantee is normally for gel polish and mine was regular polish, they could clearly see that something had gone wrong and offered to completely redo the polish for me. I really appreciated that because they could have easily told me there was nothing they could do. Instead, they took care of it without making me feel uncomfortable or like I had to argue my case. I even tried to tip the woman who redid them, but I didn't have cash with me. When I offered to put something on my card, she told me, "It's okay, you already paid." That was incredibly sweet. Something that could have left me with a really negative impression actually turned into a very positive experience because of how they handled it. Things happen, what matters to me is how a business responds when they do, and Inx Nail Bar handled it beautifully. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere, awesome massage chairs, and they stood behind their work. I'll definitely recommend them and would come back! Just make sure you're not in a rush so you can actually sit back and enjoy it.

She set me for 3:p but she already had a 3p. I had to come back. Paid for this first set. All nails fell off when salons shut down last year. Now I have to find another nail tech for another new first set. This is atrocious. She takes cash or 3rd party pay service. Forgot the name of the app. She doesn't take cheques or credit cards. If this is the case she charges extra. This is my first (and last) appointment with her. You would think a new client would have an easy, comfortable, relaxing, pleasant "first appointment." I was looking forward to my nails looking pretty after a year. I had to run outside to the ATM to pay her cash. Then I was lock out. I think I paid extra for something. I can't remember what. (No tip that's for sure. I'm on a fixed income. I can't tip her for her mistakes.) When I arrived for my appt I was barely greeted, and there seemed to be confusion on the services I requested. The girl who seemed like she was in charge barely made eye contact, and there was very little interaction with customers other than those she seemed to know personally. When I called to request the appt I was told someone would be able to work on both my feet and hands simultaneously, but the one girl who was available didn't appear interested and so I had to wait until another nail tech was done to receive service, and unfortunately she seemed to be overworked as well. The lady performing my pedicure did not do a thorough job, and my manicure obviously did not have enough time to cure--something I realized once I arrived at my car to find a few of my nails appearing matte rather than with the appropriate coat. After my services were performed, I stood and waited for someone to check me out for at least a few minutes before anyone even looked up, and could have walked out without payment if I was a less conscientious individual. Due to a lack of time and heading out for a trip, I didn't have time to return to ask them to redo the gel, and sure enough by Monday morning both my thumb "gel" nails had peeled off, and by Thursday two other fingers on each hand have began peeling as well. I will be returning to request some level of refund for services as I paid $85 for the services!! I wanted to give them a chance as they are not too far, but due to the poor customer service and low quality product I will never frequent them again, unfortunately.
