But what happened on Mother's Day left me deeply disappointed. I treated my mom to gel manis and pedis--\$145 plus tip--for a special day. Just hours later, the gel polish started peeling right off. This isn't a one-time issue either. My mom's Christmas nails had the same problem, and my sisters stopped coming here for this exact reason. Still, I kept giving them chances. When I brought it up, the owner offered to fix it--but when I asked for a refund, she refused. She only offered to deduct the *gel color* cost next time, insisting they'd done a "good job" and the product was to blame. I came as a walk in on New Year's Eve. I only waited a few minutes while I picked out my color and they squared away other people getting pedicures. The nail lady had a laugh at me (well deserved, lol) because I tried to use a heavy duty dremel to remove my old gel. But she took it off and didn't even charge me extra for it. PLEASE READ AND DO NOT COME HERE!! First and foremost as a business, they should inform their customers of their specific form of payments, They do not take card only cash or Zelle. They wanted me to go to Stater Brothers, and withdraw cash, or basically forced me to zelle them. I came in for a pedicure today (Saturday) as a last resort, since my spa was busy and booked. The pedicure chairs are barely functioning. So, if you are looking for some pampering, this is not it. The lady pretty much used the drill through the whole service and hurt me a few times. I had to ask her to stop as she continued to thin out my nail beds. I then proceeded to tell her that I wanted them square and they were all shaped different sizes. Where I was then forced to file my own nails. She did not remove any of the cuticle, or dead skin and she barely touched my soles. I got acrylic on both of my big toes. Which were not properly filed and buffed. One is so thick. The other one she was forced to file and buff because the application of the polish was so bad. The price is great but you get what you pay for thats for sure. My 15-20 min Pedi was the fastest pedi I have ever had they just wanted me out fast. Been coming here for about 2+ years and I love Lihn and Kevin! they do an AMAZING job on my nails and toes. Michelle usually does my husband's mani/pedi and he feels like a different man when he walks out. Fair prices and excellent job taking care of my cuticle...I usually do gel and can go 3 weeks before I need to go back. I stopped getting gel for a long time because the salon I went to in Loma Linda sanded my toenails so hard, I was left with huge nail depressions in my nail beds. I made an appointment for 4 people (4 pedicures and one with an acrylic nail fill) and when we arrived there were only 3 workers and all of them were busy in the middle of other services that were not closed to done. From what i could tell 2 of them were in the beginning of nail fills and wouldn't be done for AT LEAST 40 more minutes. The other 3rd women sat us down in water baths and planned to go down the line one by one. After 20 minutes 2 of us left to go to a different salon (we went to Lees Nails and Spa down the street who fit us in within minutes even tho they were clearly busier and usually did appt only and the service was amazing!) . I was the first person who arrived and they made me wait 30 + min for a mediocre pedicure. The lady who did my toes did not do half of the things they stated on their pedicure menu. My mom got a gel manicure from the owner/manager and she did it in 15 min. Did only two light coats and left her nails looking like a 5 year old painted them. The nail polish was so dry she had to add drops of acetone to make it work. This place absolutely sucks.
