1st time there, I was recommended by a friend. I was immediately seated at a pedicure station. Idk if the lady was in a hurry but she cut, filed, & massaged my feet within 10 minutes. The reason I go to get a pedicure is for a massage of at Least 2 minutes! Idk if the polish was old but it looked chunky & I made a face when I saw my toes. HORRIBLE! I just got off work, I was too tired to argue. Good thing I have the same color at home, I'm gonna fix it myself. I can't believe I still tipped. read more

If NEGATIVE STARS were only possible!Ling had an attitude with me from the moment I walked in. Maybe the sweltering heat in the shop was getting to her (no A/C!). She did good on my last pedicure, so I returned. This will be my LAST visit here. The quality of service is trash and my feet look like a 5th grader polished them. She was really mean and rough, jabbing my feet with her fingernails. She rushed through my pedicure and kept telling me that it would cost this much more and just being extremely rude. There was only one customer who came in after me. Fortunately for her, she was able to wait with her feet in the spa while Ling rushed me out. read more

**Heartbroken and disappointed.** I've been a loyal client for years. I always sat patiently, even when they were clearly overbooked and rushing through services. I gave them grace every time. But what happened on Mother's Day left me deeply disappointed. I treated my mom to gel manis and pedis--\$145 plus tip--for a special day. Just hours later, the gel polish started peeling right off. This isn't a one-time issue either. My mom's Christmas nails had the same problem, and my sisters stopped coming here for this exact reason. Still, I kept giving them chances. When I brought it up, the owner offered to fix it--but when I asked for a refund, she refused. She only offered to deduct the *gel color* cost next time, insisting they'd done a "good job" and the product was to blame. She even said she'd use the "good stuff" next time, which left me wondering: why isn't quality the standard every time? I didn't push the refund, because at that point it wasn't just about the polish. It was about **being dismissed**. There was no real accountability--just excuses. After years of patience, money, and loyalty, I'm heartbroken to say I won't be returning. read more

I came as a walk in on New Year's Eve. I only waited a few minutes while I picked out my color and they squared away other people getting pedicures. The nail lady had a laugh at me (well deserved, lol) because I tried to use a heavy duty dremel to remove my old gel. But she took it off and didn't even charge me extra for it. My nails look lovely and the service was great. They are friendly and efficient. read more

Horrible service on both hands and customer service. I got my gel-x nails done on Monday may 18 on Thursday may 21 two nails lifted and I called but they said they were closing and the next day I was leaving early morning to Laughlin so I put glue to try to fix it. Friday may 22 my nail on my middle finger fell off and on Saturday may 23 my middle finger on my left hand chipped and I lost the nail on my pinky finger. I called the salon this morning and asked for a refund they refused and said they need to see it in person so i said ok im on my way and I drove thirty minutes to come in person just for the lady to not be there and say she's at the doctors and for me to wait, mind you i have to go to work. And then I show the guy who's by himself my nails and he says he'll only refund if I have the fallen nails so I go to my car to get them and when I show him he says I can't get a refund only a fix and I said you just said I could and I asked what if they fall off again I have to waste my time and gas and he said yes. Then I asked him to call the lady and see how far she is and he refused and forced me to call I called and the lady said why didn't I set an appointment when I literally told her I'm on my way before I hung up the phone that morning and came straight here. Then she said I just had to wait and hung up the phone on me. This whole experience has been horrible and I'm so upset. I'll never come back her and I suggest anyone who think of coming here... RUNN! The picture on the right is the two nails that lifted and the one that fell off. The left shows the chipped nail and the other that fell off. Mind u all in less than a week And on top of that she tried to say I'm lying read more

I always come as a walkin and they always can get me in with little to no wait time. The place is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and they do really good work. I have never had a problem with the products they use. In fact, my nails last for weeks with no chipping or cracking, and I'm rough on my nails between work and the gym, they hold up really well with no issues. read more

I love L & K nails spa! Make an appointment! These are MY nails with a gel overlay. I am never disappointed! I have been coming here for 12 years & since Linh became the new owner, my nails have never looked better! I make the drive from Riverside to have her do my nails. I see a couple low reviews... stop painting your own nails & trying to gain followers by putting BS reviews on businesses you have never gone to. Stop it! It's not cute! If you don't want to pay the Credit card machine fee, bring cash... lots of customers & businesses like that. Do yourselves a favor & experience the work for yourself. The only negative I have ever seen is people walking in without an appointment expecting to be taken care of right away... stop, make an appointment & don't be in a hurry. Very difficult to find great work... Have a blessed day!! read more

Worst service ever. Lady with glasses is rude . Had me waiting for a pedicure for over an hour. Her excuse was the male and other lady tech had appointments. Why not let that be known when im about to sit an soak my feet for an hour . If you are busy it's understandable but made it seem like i would be next after they finished. Then lady with glasses got upset bc i told her i no longer wanted a pedicure and requested a towel to dry my feet. Dont waste your time coming here she is rude . I wouldnt even give it a star read more

Gel pedicure starts at $38... Anyways, I expect for my gel pedicure to last 2-3 weeks. My toe started to chip one day after I spent $40 on a gel pedicure. To say the least, I'm upset. Also, be prepared to be nagged by the owner to use cash as the paying method. She even tells you go to stater bros buy something and get cash back. She is very pushy when it comes to paying cash. We are in 2021 and most people use cards for purchases. Go somewhere else please... read more

This place has the worse customer service ever! The owner is rude and talks in her language while she is starring at you and gets on her phone while working on a customer. The price is great but you get what you pay for thats for sure. My 15-20 min Pedi was the fastest pedi I have ever had they just wanted me out fast. They used dirty tools on everyone and did not sanitize none of the equipment. I do not recommend this place nor will I be returning here ever again. read more

Well, I have been going here for years. When I first moved to Loma Linda, I tried 5 different nail salons and this place really stood out. They really work with you and I can tell they really care about what their client want and what they tell them. I continue to go their on a regular and also have friends that are continuing to be there customers, with great satisfaction. Thanks to all of the staff here. I alway La have appointments but they also take all walk-ins read more

DON'T GO HERE! Had my daughters go get there nails done here and they did not listen to her on what she wanted. She asked for coffin shaped nails and got square with lumps and cut cuticles. They just did what ever they wanted and when she tried to tell them it was wrong, let alone that they looked like crap, they started yelling at both of my daughters! My poor girls were so embarrassed they left crying. I am furious that this shop took advantage of my girls! I will be paying them a visit tomorrow! Look out for momma bear! read more

PLEASE READ AND DO NOT COME HERE!! First and foremost as a business, they should inform their customers of their specific form of payments, They do not take card only cash or Zelle. They wanted me to go to Stater Brothers, and withdraw cash, or basically forced me to zelle them. I came in for a pedicure today (Saturday) as a last resort, since my spa was busy and booked. The pedicure chairs are barely functioning. So, if you are looking for some pampering, this is not it. The lady pretty much used the drill through the whole service and hurt me a few times. I had to ask her to stop as she continued to thin out my nail beds. I then proceeded to tell her that I wanted them square and they were all shaped different sizes. Where I was then forced to file my own nails. She did not remove any of the cuticle, or dead skin and she barely touched my soles. I got acrylic on both of my big toes. Which were not properly filed and buffed. One is so thick. The other one she was forced to file and buff because the application of the polish was so bad. And even after all that my white polish is so bumpy and horrible!! DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money!! read more

Been coming here for about 2+ years and I love Lihn and Kevin! they do an AMAZING job on my nails and toes. Michelle usually does my husband's mani/pedi and he feels like a different man when he walks out. Fair prices and excellent job taking care of my cuticle...I usually do gel and can go 3 weeks before I need to go back. I stopped getting gel for a long time because the salon I went to in Loma Linda sanded my toenails so hard, I was left with huge nail depressions in my nail beds. Since coming here, they have restored my faith and I'm a fan of gel once again!!! Thank you Kevin and Lihn for such great service and beautiful nails and pretty toes read more

Went in as a walk in! Greeted by Henry, He is a very professional manicurist. I've been getting my nails done for many years in orange county. Now that I live in the inland Empire I have tried different nail places and I really feel like I found the right one now. He is almost exactly like the lady that does my nails in the OC. I am very pleased with him! He is professional and very good in customer service and takes pride in his work. I will be coming back! I highly recommend this place. read more

The customer service here needs work. I called in for a broken nail repair, she reluctantly said I could come in. When I walked in she asked to look at my nail, I realize a broken nail is not a money maker, however, she could've just told me no over the phone instead of giving me a passive aggressive attitude . Afrer looking at my nail, she told me to have a seat and then she proceeded to help another customer clearly indicating without saying a word that I would be waiting. I will not be returning. every customer is an opportunity to earn revenue and build customer base, clearly she does not value this concept. read more

the reason i give it three, was because i have been here a couple times. but this time had to be the worst, i went just for a full set. so i'll start by saying, the workers are real nice. but she sat me down and continuously was getting up and doing god knows what. she wasn't fully focused on my nails and they are A LITTLE sloppy. and not straight or how i wanted. i showed a picture of how short i asked for them. and they are way longer (i work with gloves all day and can't keep gloves on without ripping them with long nails) here are a few pictures. -Breasiq read more

I made an appointment for 4 people (4 pedicures and one with an acrylic nail fill) and when we arrived there were only 3 workers and all of them were busy in the middle of other services that were not closed to done. From what i could tell 2 of them were in the beginning of nail fills and wouldn't be done for AT LEAST 40 more minutes. The other 3rd women sat us down in water baths and planned to go down the line one by one. After 20 minutes 2 of us left to go to a different salon (we went to Lees Nails and Spa down the street who fit us in within minutes even tho they were clearly busier and usually did appt only and the service was amazing!) . We did not want to spend all day waiting and being finished at different times after we made an appt! Ridiculous. Dont go here the place was run down too. read more

I've been going to this place for a year now and I Witnessed these people never sanitizing their tools what so ever ,they literally leave a pedicure rinse with water and go to the next client and now I have fungus on my feet. They switch up the prices every time I go in there $30 for a very short set? They are not even a fancy place, Not to mention lyn did my eyelashes and she basically pulled and ripped my old set off to apply a new set I would never go back to this place or recommend it read more
