Today was my 1st time coming here. I wanted to try this place because the other nail salon, I was going to gave me contact dermatitis. I saw that they use non-toxic polish and figured I would give them a try. My mom came with me and decided to get a pedicure. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. Vanessa did my manicure and pedicure. Isabella did my mom's pedicure. Both ladies were absolutely fantastic. Very nice, patient, gentle, and professional. I got dazzle dry polish, it is so much better then the hard gel I was doing. I had no allergic reaction (super happy about that) and love the way my fingers and toes turned out. My mom said her pedicure was the best she has ever had. I paid 115$ for a one color pedicure (hot pink no design) to be exact 105+10 for hybrid gel on the 2 big toes. I have never in my life paid so much for such a basic pedicure. Not to mention i literally had to go home and fix it due to it looking like it had grown out I feel so scammed tbh. The only reason i didnt say anything while there was because the girl did her very very best and i could tell if i said something she would probably get in-trouble since the owner or manager towards the end kept asking what she was doing since she had already taken over 2 hours. I really wanted to like this spa since it's closer to me but honestly I didn't like it. The price was pretty outrageous. I was there for 2 hours for just a gel pedicure. I was charged for French tips but the lady only did straight lines... that's not considered French tip.... A face mask is included in the service and they sent me home with a packet because they took too long on my nails. At some point there was two nail techs working on my toes because the original lady didn't clip my cuticles correctly. Most definitely won't be back. This is a lovely nail salon that did the best job on my nails that Ive ever had done! I have twisted fingers so other salons struggle to make my nails even... not here! She also created my Mardi Gras nails exactly how I wanted. Im so pleased! Staff were all sweet and professional, and the environment was very relaxing. My only con is I was disappointed in the pedicure. For $60, I want my feet and heels scrubbed and soft, but I guess that is an add-on cost. At the end, she did a 30-second massage on each leg and wiped off the oil with a hot towel. That was it. My nails do look great, which is the end goal, but again, I felt that the pedicure was overpriced for what I got. read more

My daughter was devastated and cried so much. I immediately started googling for nail salons and came across this place. All the reviews were great. I'm clueless about gel x so I just prayed it would go well. I was able to call and get a same day appointment and even get a pedicure in for my daughter. Today was the worse experience ever they have two ladies as nail tech and one male receptionist When I arrive the receptionist was killing time for the lady that would be completing my service since he took it upon himself to start filing my nails didn't bother to turn the water on for over an hour When my nail tech got to me she kept checking her phone and stopping every once in a while to text 2HOURS for a 45 minute pedicure that wasn't even done all the way cause I just wanted to leave so I skipped the massage so they gave me The eye mask to take home $75 for Bullshit Truly wouldn't take the time to write a review if wasn't that bad read more

My regular place is in Rancho. And the drive is a turn off. I found this place and decided to try it based on 4.8 stars. When I called to make an appointment I ask about their price. $59 seemed steep for a pedicure but after having the service done. It's worth every penny!!! I genuinely enjoyed the service and was able to relax. My favorite thing was that the nail tech really groomed my toe nails. Other salons just trim the toe nails but don't really groom the sides. first time here, never returning. the nail technician Nancy was not accommodating to my requests with professionalism. I had to ask several times throughout the appointment to fix errors like uneven shape, builder glue on my palm and fingers, smeared colors on my cuticles before placing them in the UV lamp. It's concerning she didn't look for these issues before asking me to cure them. her attitude was not professional and it made me feel like I was nitpicking. in the first place, I'd rather not ask for a technician to fix their mistakes. she started the appt by asking me if I will change my mind about the colors. she told me she would not be able to replicate the design I presented to her but she would get close to it --- low confidence suggested distrust in her abilities to apply true gel-x correctly.... I felt extreme discomfort with the UV flash cure on my fingers. although she adjusted her technique from holding the UV flash light close to holding it further away and applying gentle pressures in between flashes, it made me doubt her technique and skills. a few hours after the appt, some of nails feel uncomfortable as if the Soft Nail Extensions were applied too tight or incorrectly. This makes me feel concerned and I will be monitoring my nail health closely over the next week. Overall I feel uneasy and I personally won't return. I wish them the best but I will continue getting my manicures at my preferred salons. Trying a new salon is a hit or miss; I didn't feel confidence in the appt within the first 10 minutes...next time I will follow my intuition... LIMITED COLORS and DESIGN CAPABILITIES. I never want to compromise my manicure color & design because the salon doesn't carry the colors. but their colors were so outdated! If you want specific color/theme/tones they have a very limited range. Cats eye design are uneven on both hands...I also to ask technician to center the stickers several times...the entire appt was so unpleasant. I'm an artist by trade so I care deeply and notice pigments, lighting, and tones. unfortunately they didn't have the color I desired. I asked if they could mix colors, since other nail salons do this, they do not...I think their color choices are 10 years behind... read more

Nancy always does an amazing job on my nails! I get the gel overlay, and she keeps them thin and natural-looking, which I love because I'm not a fan of thick nails. Her work is always clean, detailed, and long-lasting--the color and shine stay beautiful for weeks. She's professional, friendly, and truly talented. I always leave happy and highly recommend her! I really like this new nail salon. Although it's a bit pricey what they offer in the package makes up for it. It's $49 for a manicure and $59 for a pedicure. It comes with a 5 minute massage on each leg/arm. The massage was my favorite part and felt amazing. Usually I pay the same price and other salons don't take care of you like this one which is disappointing. They also put a mask over your eyes which feels amazing. What I really liked about this place was how they actually cleaned under the nail and put polish just above cuticle. Other places have rushed my nails and the outcome was horrible. There was nothing wrong with my other nails but I could've gotta feel and I told them. I just want these 2 nails fixed and a fill next thing.
