I walked in last minute, looking for a quick yet excellent acrylic set for a Disneyland trip, and Helen immediately saw me and provided the best service--so kind, respectful, and friendly. She's an OG, and I really respect her for that. She finished my nails within 30 minutes, which was the fastest I've ever experienced, especially since I love to do difficult designs. I enjoy challenging my nail tech with something pretty, out of the ordinary, or unique to me. I walked in and nobody was there for service, not one customer. Not only was the woman rude, the tips aren't centered, they aren't evenly levelled, several are misshapen and there is product on my cuticles. She also charged me for filing them because I did not want square tips!! So I just paid to be treated badly for a bad job. Can we do a ZERO star? After doing my own tips for the last few years I just wanted to have some time off worrying about them and remembered how pampered I used to feel getting my nails done. DO NOT COME HERE SHE DOES A TERRIBLE JOB I communicated with her from the very beginning what I wanted, as she did my nails I told her I wasn't liking them, she continued to do it how she wanted too and said argued that her work is perfect and has been doing it for 20 years and has many clients that love her work. When she finished I told her to fix them because I was not happy with it so she wanted to charge me $10 more to take off the gel polish. She stopped in the middle of my set to do someone's wax upper lip. This business is just money hungry and does not care about the quality of their work. I went here and the nail technician was rude she would throw my hand once she was done with It. She was rough and she cut several of my fingers with her drill even after they were bleeding she still kept drilling and I had to tell her to stop. My granddaughter paid $40 to have her figers cut while having nails done here. She and her sister werr the last people serviced before closing. The person doing her nails was rough and was on her phone arguing with someone (sister) After work the next day we called and was asked why we didn't call earlier. The person on the phone showed poor customer service, she wanted to argue and tell us come in and she would fix it. HOW do you fix cutting and damaging skin around nails. My granddaughter was not moving around while getting nails done, she is not a child and has nails done regularly. This was caused by someone on the phone arguing and being aggressive. Helen the owner was nice enough and does decent work. Unfortunately, I was always assigned to her male worker for my pedicure and his work is so shoddy, in large part because his hands are so shaky! They shake like a leaf, and my pedicure was terrible. So I started requesting a female, any female, just so I wouldn't get him for my pedi. The 2nd time I requested a female Helen seemed irritated by my request and told me to come "next week." So nope. If she wants to continue to have my business I am not willing to sacrifice a nice pedi for a messy, sloppy one because she hires subpar employees. read more

I don't know the woman's name that did my pedicure. But I believe she's the owner. She completely rushed! She did not remove my ingrown nails. She DID NOT EVEN SCRUB MY FEET! She offered callus remover and I declined . I believe over time that product dries out your feet even more! So because I declined I guess that meant she doesn't even scrub my feet. They feel exactly the same on the bottom as they did when I went in! After we were done I told her thank u she completely ignored me! I know she heard me so I said it even louder then she responded. I really don't like writing bad about businesses but I feel really need say something. I have been a customer for over 10 years and the quality of the work has gone down ove the years . I stopped getting my nails done there but continued to have my eyebrows waxed because Helen would do a good job. For the past year she has messed up my eyebrows 4 times either because she distracted by being on her phone or in a hurry. This past week that I went in trying to give her one last chance. It was not a good experience starting with her demeanor, she had a bulldog face and once again messed my eyebrows once again its like if she did it on purpose or something.
