You get what you pay for. I just happened to be in Rialto. The price on the window says FILL $9.99 AND UP. Okay, you got me at ten bucks. I wasn't greeted right away, but okay. The wait was ridiculous. They had about 6 techs and an overflow of 4 customers. My wait was about 55 minutes. Once you sit at a station they are quick. I have 2 toddlers so I go anywhere depending on how much time I have and how busy they are. I went today Saturday around 12pm I waited about 25-30 minutes which was fine I didn't have my kids and it was close to home I had a baby shower to go to so I wasn't going anywhere until I had my pedi done. The place is a bit messy and dirty, friendly staff and fast service tho. As soon as they called me up they finished my pedi quick I was out the door by 1:15. One thing I never seen before and was disgusted with is that an employee was done with a lady's pedi and went over to the sink and just rinsed his tools and on to the next customer. Yes, I know they do not sterilize there tools. Besides all that I was satisfied with my pedi so I'm not sure how I fell about it. I went here as a last minute option because they didn't have a wait and no appointment was necessary, but let me tell you. I would much rather sit and wait anywhere else than to come here again. The place is not clean, not friendly. And to top it off they did a HORRIBLE job. I could've done my nails myself. I went in and asked for a gel mani and pedi and the lady who did my nails kept asking me the most inappropriate questions the whole time making me super uncomfortable. I had to ask her to fix my nails at least 4-5 times because she kept getting polish on my skin. She was just extremely sloppy. I could not believe I paid $60 for a gel mani and pedi there. This past week I went to go get my nails filled less than 24 hours a nail broke I went to get it fixed wait was 2 hours long only had 2 nail lady's was charge $6 the day after my nails started turning black mind you I got white gel which I thought was supposed to last not turn black 2 days later so I had to go back and got charged $10 again told them my concern was very calm and nice and still got charged after that being my 3rd trip in a 4 day period never going back read more

I am so disappointed in this place! I came to get a hot oil rub and full set and they did it horribly. I had no "hot oil" and my nails came out looking like a child did them. The guy that did them would grab my hand very hard without asking me when i was trying to get the picture for him and some of my nails are even crooked. He cut the tips of my cuticles and so now i have scabs there. My mother also got hers done and they went way shorter than she told them too, did them all wrong, gave her the wrong color and they also look horrible. The place was disorganized and nobody listens to you. A waste of 200 dollars which first of all is way overpriced for a crappy nail job and such a let down. Went in about 2 days ago to get a manicure, the service was quick I'll give them that. However the lady that was attending me was very rough with my hands and handled me in a mean manner. Aside from that the tools WERE NOT clean!!! The lamp that was providing my hands light, kept flickering!! The machines would turn off and would only turn back on after the lady would maneuver around the cables! LIKE AN IPHONE CHARGER!!! Oh! And when I noticed that a nail was crooked I asked the lady to fix it and she began mumbling under her breath and the worker beside her was laughing at what she was saying! The nail job was okay, not completely crazy about it. The service was fast although the ladies would say stuff under their breath if you asked them to change something! Definitely won't be returning! This place should seek into closing down and let real professionals open a customer worthy business. I had the worst service overall. This place is dirty and improperly taken care of. Pedicure and full set done wrong and very poorly. I was charged $48 total for a mediocre job that was not done right . I asked for matching colors for nails and toes and received two different colors. I was sold their product in which they should be able to reassure the accuracy of their own product provided as dispalyed. Nails were flat and squared on the sides with the shape of a cockroach. My toe nails were clumped up as if a 4 year old had polished them and gel polish on my skin around my nail. So upset I returned the next day to have all fixed that I had already paid for and waisted my time. Insanely I was still charged $10 for the "Gel" and the error of an employee that does not know how to do her job properly to satisfy a paying customer. THIS PLACE IS GROSS! ONE STAR...IS ONE STAR TOO MANY. THIS PLACE SHOULD CALL IT QUITS! I will never COME BACK IN here again! The nail polishes are OLD, STICKY and UGLY. It took me five minutes to choose one, and then the lady talked me into just plain french tips. I have NEVER EVER had a pedicure before so I expected much nicer treatment, but instead I got the "let's get her out of here as fast as we can treatment" The only two employee in the shop double-teamed me. There were no other customers in the shop. 0ne lady placed the water tub next to me and sat down to the side and the other lady was in front of me working on my nails, at the same time. Not knowing that this is not how thing are usually done, I didn't know to complain. This was supposed to be a relaxing thing for me to do, and a TREAT FROM MY HUSBAND, but instead they had my body twisted and crooked up for over ten minutes. OUCH! Then when the so-called pedicure was over, the other lady continued working on my nails, but before she was done another "First Time" customer walked in and asked for a pedicure. WAIT A MINUTE...HOLD THE PHONE....This customer was given the "Five-Star" treatment. She was taken to the "Clean Big Chair" and not the CRACKED UP, BLACK NASTY LOOKING, 15 YEAR OLD, BUSTED UP LEATHER chair that I was offered. She was given a massage from her knees down to her little pink toes and even the chair she was sitting in was vibrating. I look up and said "Hey, why wasn't I offered the Big Vibrating Chair and a nice relaxing leg massage?" The lady says, "It would cost you more money, and we were trying to get you out faster" WHO TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED TO GET OUT FAST IN THE FIRST PLACE?? NOT ME. I came in off the street just like she did, and asked for the same service...But I got the GHETTO TREATMENT. And as for saving me money...$35.00 for a Ghetto-girl, tagged team, poorly done Mani-Pedi is not that cheap to me. My toes were done fine, but the nails looked like the example of "WHAT NOT TO DO TO FRENCH TIPS" The lady file burned my nail bed so much that when I got home I had to soak my fingers in warm water for relief. Not to mention finish rounding out the corners myself. REALLY? THAT'S WHY YOU HAD NO CUSTOMERS, AND THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T BOTHER LEAVING A TIP. You would think that she has been only doing nails for two weeks and not 15 years. And she had the nerve to "suck her teeth" when I asked her to round out the sharp corners, she left on my "Square-round" nails that I asked for when I came in.
