I came here with my mom and daughter For us self care day. They were getting ready to go to a wedding the next day. 1st I went to a different salon we had an appointment with but were sitting there waiting for over an hour and they still didn't give us any estimated time of when they would be able to take care of us. So I Google the other nails boss near and this one popped up. I remember driving past it a couple times and it looked pretty nice so I decided to try it out. I gave them a call they said that they would be able to take us in right away and that they also did kidnails. So we decided to hit on over there and exactly as they say it they let us straight to the back and start taking care of us. I had Lacy for my pedicure and OMG I have never had such an awesome pedicure like hers. My feet looks so pretty and and feel so smooth. My mom got hers done by Ha and she was very impressed with her work. My mom has one nail she avoids caring for because it bleed pretty easy. Ha was able to trim the nails with no pain or bleeding. While she was working on my hands she was talking to coworkers being distracted at times. The nails ended looking super bulky with weird shapes. I was on my way out of town with my fiancé and needed to get my nails done before we left. Huge mistake going in here. The lady kept hitting my cuticle with the dremel. After her repeatedly hitting my cuticles and asking her to please be careful and slow down, I had to ask for someone else to finish them. Of course the owner will blame else where but you can clearly see the line of the fungus where the fill was not anywhere else, not above where the original acrylic was and not below on my regrowth. ~200th Review!!~ Okay, so this review would be between a 3.5 and 4 star rating. Why the fickleness about the rating?? Well....... its inconsistent here. As with any salon or service it's always going to depend on who you get. I have been lucky in that my nails turn out beautiful every time whether I get a pedicure or a manicure. I love the dip nails option as well. The polish looks so fantastic every time! I thoroughly enjoy getting the deluxe pedicure when they use the hot stones! (Treat Yo Self) There is a ton of choices for color and nail shape as well. The inside of the salon is modern with white accents and a cute chandelier. I will agree with other reviews about the wait. It can be horrendous. I feel like they get so busy that its hard for them to honor their appointments and that's a shame. Also to get people in the door if they are busy you will sit at your pedicure chair and wait and wait and wait. The water did get cold and my feet were pruny. I am usually patient and always remind myself that if I go on a weekend it's going to be really packed and not be to in a rush to go anywhere. i am extremely disgusted by the lack of professionalism at this nail shop, My friend and I came to get our nails done here today at 10am for a self care date before our vacation. My friend is a nail tech herself, but decided to give herself some TLC by going to get them done. My friend asked for a gel removal service. After her technician soaked her fingers in acetone, usually nail techs will use an electric file with a sanding band to remove the remainder of the gel polish. However, that typically is damaging to the nail bed so my friend requested she use a cuticle pusher to scrape the rest off. The nail tech got instantly annoyed and started to complain to my friend that it would take longer to do it. Not only that, but she began to trash talk about my friend to her fellow colleagues in vietnamese not knowing that we also are vietnamese. The nail technician was complaining about how my friend was a "diva" and asking for the "absolute most" Like excuse me ma'am . . for 1 she kindly requested it and 2 she's paying for the service ?? she should be hassled and made to feel uncomfortable. They were definitely embarrassed when she was called out since the shop remained quiet afterwards. But worst part, after this whole ordeal there was NO APOLOGY. The nail Technician Ha was helping me when she was removing my gel manicure she soaked my nails and then tried to remove the remaining left with the electric file sander, I asked her to remove the remaining with a cuticle pusher but she got upset and left to do some one else's nail. I then asked the other technicians in the shop if someone else was going to help me. Ha started talking shit in Vietnamese about me not knowing I understand Vietnamese. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how my nails would hold up first. It has been a week now and they are still in excellent condition. When I went in as a walk in on July 3rd they were absolutely packed, but still managed to squeeze me in for a fill, pedicure, and eyebrows. As you can see in the picture, the nail artist did a beautiful job and the design came out as well as I was hoping it would. While I don't have a picture of them, my toes are also in perfect condition as well. While waiting, the nail technicians actually brought out bottled water for everyone waiting (as there were so many people, it went a long way and pushed them into the exemplary customer service section)! They also had once of the larger selections of nail polish colors both regular and gel. I would highly recommend this salon and will definitely be going back. read more
