My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. Chelsea took her time and carefully mapped out her brows before she started to wax. When she was done waxing she plucked out any stragglers and made sure my girls brows were perfect. She did a great job or threading my brows. She gave me a mirror to inspect it. It looked good when I was at the salon although now when I look at it I'm not sure it's very even. One eyebrow has a higher arch than the other. It's not too noticeable but it's a drastic improvement from my original brows. I booked a brow shaping service at The Dollhouse Waxing Lounge because I had an upcoming wedding and wanted neater brows. I thought I was going to be late, but thankfully the salon has a 10 minute grace period in case you're running a bit late. The staff were very helpful, and the entire salon was perfectly clean.
