Horrible. I feel like her hand is too heavy or something. The string had broke like 2-3 times. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years & she's the only person where the string kept breaking. & she left many hairs. The girl I saw was an inexperienced as she told me she'd only been doing lashes for "about a year". My lashes were set too deep and she used copious amounts of glue! I drove all the way home and spoke to Laura and told her of the condition of my eyes. I went back in and the girl that originally did my lashes seemed irritated with me. There was actually another young lady that took over and tried to help. I can barely open my eyes. They haven't stopped watering since noon. I also have a terrible headache to boot. Before booking, I sent the owner a picture asking, "How much for a matching set of acrylics, a pedicure, and old acrylic removal?" She told me $123. Once the service was done, she charged me an extra $10. I understood the fee for a length change, but she also charged me extra for getting a stiletto shape--which I never asked for. I explicitly requested an almond shape, but the technician gave me sharp stiletto nails instead. When I pointed this out to the owner, the technician just stood there completely silent avoiding eye contact. The owner did not care at all. She literally just said, "Yeah, but it's stiletto," basically implying, "Oh well, they are done, so you have to pay for it." She forced me to pay extra for a mistake made by her own staff, completely disregarding my loyalty as a repeat client. To make matters worse, while the color matched my photo, it completely lacked the glittery, glass-like effect I had requested. This salon has zero communication and absolutely no respect for what the customer actually wants. If a client sends a picture, it's because they expect that exact result. Finally, when I tried to pay and mentioned I brought the $123 in cash (and intended to use the rest for the technician's tip), the owner completely dismissed me and rudely snapped, "We accept tap or card." They only care about taking your money and do not care if they ruin your nails, mess up your request, or alienate their regular customers. Save your time and cash. Go somewhere where they actually appreciate your business and listen to you! UPDATE: Thank you for the response, Holly. However, I need to clarify the timeline of events. I explicitly pointed out the incorrect stiletto shape to both you and the technician. Your response was, "Yeah, but it's stiletto" which proves you knew I was unhappy with them and chose to ignore it. I expect a "professional" nail technician to know the difference between stiletto and almond nails, I trusted her to deliver the almond shape I requested. Regarding the pricing, I fully understand the charge for the length change. My issue is being forced to pay extra for a stiletto shape that I never asked for. which was an error made by your own staff. Furthermore, the claim that my reference photo was "difficult to see" is a poor excuse. I requested a specific jelly red cat-eye shimmer finish. As the attached photo shows, I was given a flat, basic gel polish that completely lacks the technical depth of the velvet look I paid for. Finally, I appreciated the technician's time, which is why I still tipped her despite her giving me a different shape. However, being rudely told "We accept tap or card" while offering exact cash for a price given over text felt incredibly dismissive to a loyal, returning customer.
