Horrible. I feel like her hand is too heavy or something. The string had broke like 2-3 times. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years & she's the only person where the string kept breaking. & she left many hairs. It literally felt like she was struggling with this one hair by the way she was pulling & it felt like she was lifting my skin. I didn't want to let her know she left hairs cause of how painful she was to me. Threading hurts but the way she threads hurt x10.

The girl I saw was an inexperienced as she told me she'd only been doing lashes for "about a year". My lashes were set too deep and she used copious amounts of glue! I drove all the way home and spoke to Laura and told her of the condition of my eyes. I went back in and the girl that originally did my lashes seemed irritated with me. There was actually another young lady that took over and tried to help. I can barely open my eyes. They haven't stopped watering since noon. I also have a terrible headache to boot. Simply put, they don't. 3) If your appointment is kept by them because they often run behind. I've waited up to 90 minutes past my time. I didn't complain but if I'm there 2 minutes past-even with no one there they are happy to leave and close early even though your lashes need help. 4) Depends if Johnnys wife is going to make him go home to feed the kids after he has only done one of your eyes. She will finish but a week later, Johnnys lashes are still on but hers? Ya, not so much. Johnny belongs in the lash studio. Plus, he is always nice. 0 stars for the staff. Now? I ended up leaving after being there over for an hour and a half for a basic pedi and manicure, leaving with an uncompleted manicure and paid $70 for a pedicure after being injured and not offered any sort of compensation for my time wasted or my injury. I wasn't even offered water, I will never return to this nail salon ever again. UPDATE: after a bullsh1t response from the owner, please never go to this place. Fu*k honoring your appointments, be CLEAR and communicate with clients. I wasn't even told about an upcoming appointment until my manicure was STARTED! Don't give me that BULLSH1T!
