The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced -- they walked us through what to expect at each session and made sure we understood the aftercare so we'd get the best results. The clinic itself was clean and modern, and every visit felt efficient without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was how well they worked with both of us individually, since everyone's skin and tattoos are different. They tailored the treatment plan to each of our needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. We're both really happy with our progress so far and would recommend Skin Perfect to anyone considering tattoo removal. Great results, great people, and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish!
