When I spoke with Cindy, she immediately started asking who did my nails, where I had them done, and what day I came in. I understand that businesses need to verify appointments, but her tone was rude and dismissive. She made me feel like she didn't want to help me at all. What was most disappointing was that it wasn't until I said I would just pay to have the nail fixed myself that Cindy suddenly became willing to do it. That gave me the impression that helping me wasn't the priority until money was involved. I left feeling frustrated and very unhappy with the way I was treated. Good customer service means treating customers with kindness and respect, especially when they're coming in with a legitimate concern.
