There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. I've been coming to Jackie for about 3 or 4 months and I'm able to go about 3-3.5 weeks in between my fills. Jackie also has given me great advice on how to keep my nails healthy, and I feel that we've built great rapport with how communicative she is with scheduling my nail appointments, her friendly vibe and the chill atmosphere that the other staff gives off in the salon.
