However, my experience at checkout was extremely disappointing. As I was leaving, I handed Ana a $13 tip. Her response was, "How much is this?" When I told her, she replied, "Oh no, you need to give me at least $20!" How unprofessional and rude! I was caught off guard and didn't want to argue, so I ended up giving her $20. But being pressured into increasing a tip is completely unacceptable. A tip should be appreciated, not demanded!! In the end, I paid a 33% tip on a $60 massage that was only average at best. This experience ensured that I will not be returning here, and I cannot recommend a business that treats customers this way! Shame on you.

She is really knowledgeable and explained what she was doing and had some great tips to help me up my skincare game. The suite is clean and inviting. It's a nice reward to have a facial after a hard workout. May is a newish therapist and since I have had great experiences with all the therapists, I thought I would give her a try. May is energetic, cheerful and uses some Asian inspired techniques that I really enjoyed. She is clearly passionate about helping people and offered me some great ideas for staying active and mobile.
