At the end she asks for a tip and I explain to her that although I gave you 5 extra I liked the massage and would like to give 5 more from my wallet in the car. She goes to the other room and bring back only the two 20s and argues with me that I haven't tipped yet. Like why you lying so hard? Especially after I'm telling I'll tip more. I still gave the other 5 for a total $10 tip. I still needed an hour massage so I called the next morning and same lady picks up. I ask if your schedule is open, she says yes, I ask if I can come rn, she says yes. When i get there she asking for an appointment. I explain to her I just called and we just talked about this and you told me to come in. Turns out she was waiting for another employee to show up to help her with the double booking and so she turned me away after i confrimed amd drove out there... Terrible just terrible communication and customer service skills. Be careful with these people.

I should have read the reviews prior to my review and in 5 years she's still trying to cover massages as a medical expense and if you are using a health care card it's not covered. However, my experience at checkout was extremely disappointing. As I was leaving, I handed Ana a $13 tip. Her response was, "How much is this?" When I told her, she replied, "Oh no, you need to give me at least $20!" How unprofessional and rude! I was caught off guard and didn't want to argue, so I ended up giving her $20. But being pressured into increasing a tip is completely unacceptable. A tip should be appreciated, not demanded!! In the end, I paid a 33% tip on a $60 massage that was only average at best. This experience ensured that I will not be returning here, and I cannot recommend a business that treats customers this way! Shame on you.
