She goes to the other room and bring back only the two 20s and argues with me that I haven't tipped yet. Like why you lying so hard? Especially after I'm telling I'll tip more. I still gave the other 5 for a total $10 tip. I still needed an hour massage so I called the next morning and same lady picks up. I ask if your schedule is open, she says yes, I ask if I can come rn, she says yes. When i get there she asking for an appointment. I explain to her I just called and we just talked about this and you told me to come in. Turns out she was waiting for another employee to show up to help her with the double booking and so she turned me away after i confrimed amd drove out there... When I told her, she replied, "Oh no, you need to give me at least $20!" How unprofessional and rude! I was caught off guard and didn't want to argue, so I ended up giving her $20. But being pressured into increasing a tip is completely unacceptable. A tip should be appreciated, not demanded!! In the end, I paid a 33% tip on a $60 massage that was only average at best.
