Scheduling was quick and simple, which is done online. You are able to place the deposit online and schedule according to the type of procedure and cost. There is a deposit required, which can be taken care or via credit card or debit card. Visited this location on 2 occasions. The first time was my official first time having a colonic. Breanna was great, very informative and put me at ease with the process. She was gentle throughout and continued checking my comfortability level. With the 2 sessions we were able to make a vast improvement in my overall gut health. The location is clean and well kept and easy to locate. There is limited parking in the lot but there is space on the street. Overall great experience and an opportunity to reset my system. I had been doing a fruits and vegetables fast 3 weeks prior, which Breanna mentioned makes the process a bit easier. The change in diet is not a requirement but definitely helps. I had been searching for months for a place where I could get a relaxing massage, followed by a gravity method colonic and finally found such a place in Redlands at InnerGlow Wellness. I made an appointment with Sarah for one of her "Combos", and when I arrived, she greeted me and showed me to the area where she would do the massage. She could tell I was a little anxious, but she was able to reassure me and told me I would be well taken care of. The massage was wonderful and after 60 minutes, I was ready to have her give me a colonic. She gave me a robe and led me to the area where colonics were done. I was amazed at how clean the entire clinic was, especially the private room where the colonic equipment was. I saw a clear tank holding lots of water over the treatment table and knew Sarah would have everything she would need do give my colon a through cleanse. Before she helped me onto the treatment table, she explained everything that was going to happen and she reassured me it would be a pleasant experience - and it was. After 45 minutes the colonic was finished. She invited me to use the toilet if need be, told me to take my time, then left the room and locked the door to maintain my privacy while I got dressed and got ready to leave. It seems most people that have colon therapy are women, but men would benefit as well. I imagine most men may feel somewhat embarrassed at the thought of having a colonic, but at InnerGlow, the staff takes great care to make sure a man's privacy is always protected and that there should no embarrassment about having a colonic. read more

InnerGlow was recommended to me by a friend so long ago and I finally took the plunge and got one of the last April combo discount bookings with Sarah and omg I can't stop talking about it first of all, Sarah is so warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable with her immediately. She gave me a fantastic 30 minute massage that got at least 250 knots out of my shoulders and then we moved to the colonic. Insertion of the speculum was quick and not at all painful and I was relatively comfortable throughout the entire process. Sarah checked in with my comfort level/cramping the entire time and did some gentle abdominal massaging to get things moving more. I was expecting to be pretty uncomfortable but about 2 minutes after I started thinking "ok I'm pretty ready to have this tube out of me" she said we were almost done! I've heard horror stories of "accidents" on the way home so I listened to her when she said to stay on the in-room toilet for as long as I needed to - I think about 15 minutes? - and I had no issues that day or the next. I've had chronic stomach pain for at least 3 years - I woke up with a stomach ache, felt nauseous after every meal and had either indigestion or heartburn every night. I also have a few food sensitivities/allergies that I've recently figured out and even cutting those foods (gluten/soy/dairy) I still felt sick & bloated. Following this appointment, I was 3.5 lbs lighter than going in (and the feeling of lightness after is one of the best feelings I've ever experienced) and I have lost an additional 3 lbs in the 12 days since which is just a bonus to the fact that I have not had a stomach ache or any digestive issues for almost 2 weeks I'm noticing much better digestion/regularity and less gassiness/bloating overall as well. My rosacea has even calmed down since my appointment! I will definitely be back, I can see this being something I do every few months to keep my digestive system feeling good. My dr and a gastroenterologist were no help and I wish I had come in sooner! I've been seeing Lauren every four weeks over the last few months. Doing colonics has incredibly changed my health for the better. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 3 years ago and have been trying to manage the debilitating physical symptoms and chronic pain.
