I had my first colonic with Julissa and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! Knows her stuff and was super knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made sure you felt comfortable while hooked up and didn't make anything awkward or weird. I would DEFINITELY be going back. We had some great conversations during my entire session and was also SUPER SWEET! She felt like family just being there an hour and a half. Please, if you're thinking about doing this - DO IT! You won't regret it!!!! Thank you Julissa. I'll see you soon girl! read more

Last night was my first session of a colon cleanse. Julissa was amazing. I felt very comfortable with her. I went in feeling so heavy and gross, walking out I felt so much lighter and refreshed. I came in with my partner for a gravity colonics and we both had a wonderful experience with Julissa. She has such a welcoming and soothing voice which really helped during our session. Everything about this place once walking in I could see how clean and well kept it is. I really love the ambiance which is a really important thing for me. We will definitely be returning for more sessions. Thank you so much Julissa! read more

I had one of THE best massages I have ever...wow! Phillip was my masseuse and was so kind during the whole process. I felt relaxed, safe, and reborn by the end of it all. He really focuses in on your problem areas and adds a bit on stretching in the beginning which I really feel helped me get comfortable and loosen up for the rest of the massage. I definitely will be coming back for future sessions! read more

Got a full face and body lymphatic massage with Jayme and I am impressed with the entire experience. I also added a Buccal Massage (TMJ) due to my severe TMJ. It was my first time getting a lymphatic massage and it was very relaxing! I felt the effects almost immediately after and now a few days since the massage, I notice such a huge difference in my face. 10/10 recommend. read more

Finding InnerGlow recently has been such a blessing. I began trying colonics in early 2025, when I got deep into water fasting, so I am still new to this wonderful therapy. The sessions I have had here are by FAR the best I have ever experienced. I am already finding the gravity method to be much more effective and comfortable. Breanna is fantastic, kind, and highly skilled. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to absolutely anyone. I will be going to InnerGlow regularly while I am in town, and would even be willing to drive well out of my way to make it over here in future. Super duper grateful. Many thank yous. read more

Scheduling was quick and simple, which is done online. You are able to place the deposit online and schedule according to the type of procedure and cost. There is a deposit required, which can be taken care or via credit card or debit card. Visited this location on 2 occasions. The first time was my official first time having a colonic. Breanna was great, very informative and put me at ease with the process. She was gentle throughout and continued checking my comfortability level. With the 2 sessions we were able to make a vast improvement in my overall gut health. The location is clean and well kept and easy to locate. There is limited parking in the lot but there is space on the street. Overall great experience and an opportunity to reset my system. I had been doing a fruits and vegetables fast 3 weeks prior, which Breanna mentioned makes the process a bit easier. The change in diet is not a requirement but definitely helps. And a bonus: she provided a military discount. I recommend her and her team for you gut health needs. read more

I had been searching for months for a place where I could get a relaxing massage, followed by a gravity method colonic and finally found such a place in Redlands at InnerGlow Wellness. I made an appointment with Sarah for one of her "Combos", and when I arrived, she greeted me and showed me to the area where she would do the massage. She could tell I was a little anxious, but she was able to reassure me and told me I would be well taken care of. The massage was wonderful and after 60 minutes, I was ready to have her give me a colonic. She gave me a robe and led me to the area where colonics were done. I was amazed at how clean the entire clinic was, especially the private room where the colonic equipment was. I saw a clear tank holding lots of water over the treatment table and knew Sarah would have everything she would need do give my colon a through cleanse. Before she helped me onto the treatment table, she explained everything that was going to happen and she reassured me it would be a pleasant experience - and it was. After 45 minutes the colonic was finished. She invited me to use the toilet if need be, told me to take my time, then left the room and locked the door to maintain my privacy while I got dressed and got ready to leave. It seems most people that have colon therapy are women, but men would benefit as well. I imagine most men may feel somewhat embarrassed at the thought of having a colonic, but at InnerGlow, the staff takes great care to make sure a man's privacy is always protected and that there should no embarrassment about having a colonic. read more

The team at InnerGlow are miracle workers! I am so grateful for them and the services they provide. Bre went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Not only did she provide me with  some much needed relief, she even texted me the next day to see how I was feeling. I felt like she really cared about my condition and genuinely wanted to help me. Because of her, I was able to get better without the need for medical intervention. I 100% recommend InnerGlow and will be returning regularly to keep myself feeling clear and refreshed. Once I walked into this facility I was impressed and felt at ease. Sarah greeted me with a kind smile and made me feel comfortable... I think I've been following this page for a few years always recommending and encouraging everyone else to do this but I finally decided to do it myself. It's definitely something you don't think about to get done but just like we take care of our hair, nails and skin, this is a must do. Your stomach and gut will thank you!!! read more

I have been struggling with digestive issues for years and I wanted to see if colonics would help I was always scared to get them due to myths on the internet. Well I received a colonic with Breanna the owner a while back and the session still stuck with me because of the nice environment in her establishment and she is easy to talk to we talked about similar health issues we had and similar health insights which was really cool. She is very nice and professional I should have commented earlier but I have just been distraught dealing with health issues and life in general. she even gave me other health information options I could use on my own for healing, great lady ! read more

InnerGlow was recommended to me by a friend so long ago and I finally took the plunge and got one of the last April combo discount bookings with Sarah and omg I can't stop talking about it first of all, Sarah is so warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable with her immediately. She gave me a fantastic 30 minute massage that got at least 250 knots out of my shoulders and then we moved to the colonic. Insertion of the speculum was quick and not at all painful and I was relatively comfortable throughout the entire process. Sarah checked in with my comfort level/cramping the entire time and did some gentle abdominal massaging to get things moving more. I was expecting to be pretty uncomfortable but about 2 minutes after I started thinking "ok I'm pretty ready to have this tube out of me" she said we were almost done! I've heard horror stories of "accidents" on the way home so I listened to her when she said to stay on the in-room toilet for as long as I needed to - I think about 15 minutes? - and I had no issues that day or the next. I've had chronic stomach pain for at least 3 years - I woke up with a stomach ache, felt nauseous after every meal and had either indigestion or heartburn every night. I also have a few food sensitivities/allergies that I've recently figured out and even cutting those foods (gluten/soy/dairy) I still felt sick & bloated. Following this appointment, I was 3.5 lbs lighter than going in (and the feeling of lightness after is one of the best feelings I've ever experienced) and I have lost an additional 3 lbs in the 12 days since which is just a bonus to the fact that I have not had a stomach ache or any digestive issues for almost 2 weeks I'm noticing much better digestion/regularity and less gassiness/bloating overall as well. My rosacea has even calmed down since my appointment! I will definitely be back, I can see this being something I do every few months to keep my digestive system feeling good. My dr and a gastroenterologist were no help and I wish I had come in sooner! Pics are from the day I scheduled my appt and then 3 days later, maybe not a huge difference to an outside observer but I definitely noticed immediately! read more

I've been seeing Lauren every four weeks over the last few months. Doing colonics has incredibly changed my health for the better. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 3 years ago and have been trying to manage the debilitating physical symptoms and chronic pain. After my first session with Lauren my spinal and joint pain decreased tremendously. After my most recent session I am now able to reintroduce foods into my diet that I haven't enjoyed in 3 years such as tomato's and bread! I am so thankful that my symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, hand/joint swelling, and nerve pain have decreased since my first session at Innerglow. At one point I was on 13 medications to manage my condition and have been able to taper off some of my meds. Lauren is truly amazing! read more
