My husband's thoughts and review : 34 yr old male, never had a massage and doesn't really understand why he waited so long for this. They really worked on his legs and helped alleviate his Charlie horses he experiences with a focus on his TMJ and sore neck from previous accident. A man that can't even let his wife massage him was comfortable enough to endure a full 1 hr deep tissue massage from summer. He is excited and expecting to return bi weekly if not monthly!! My thoughts:I sit at a desk all day and then commute on the 91 daily so my hips and neck are tight, I look like Batman fr I love to how sweet and comforting MJ was and how she was able to work out all the kinks in my shoulders and neck and upper back/ arm area while stretching my hips in a way that allowed my pelvic to fully relax and reset !!absolutely incredible work 100/10 will definitely be returning with my husband soon!!

I visited this massage location in Redlands on Colton Street on May 31st around 7:30 p.m., hoping…read moreto relieve some lower back pain. The receptionist was kind, and after a brief discussion, I chose a one-hour deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The therapist used excessive pressure, which made my pain worse, and she placed hot stones on my back without checking the temperature, causing a burn. I tried to express my discomfort, but she didn't understand English, so I couldn't stop her. After the session, I spoke with an older gentleman at the front desk. Once I paid, he asked if I would leave a tip. I declined, and he became outraged. I told him that a tip is optional, not mandatory, and that the reason I wasn't leaving a tip was because the massage was horrible, and the service was poor. He didn't like my response; he told me I was the worst type of person, that my kind of people were horrible, and he launched into a series of racist insults, disparaging Mexico and Mexican people, calling us the worst. He refused to return my card, even though it was rightfully mine. When I threatened to call the police, he doubled down, asking invasive questions about my citizenship, all while continuing to disparage Mexico. Only when I started recording him did he backpedal, claiming he had no issue with Mexicans. Eventually, another staff member, presumably the owner, stepped in, calmed him down, and gave me my card. This was a deeply distressing experience, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this business. Everyone deserves respect, and this establishment failed on every level.

It was my first visit here and it was kind of on the fly so I opted for the 30 min option just to test the waters. Letty made sure to cover all the areas and didn't make it feel too rushed. For 30 min it was $50 dollars. I used three $20's and did not get back change so I just included that into the tip for the full service that was provided. I enjoyed the the session and will return for more.

I decide to stay and throughout the whole time both mine and my boyfriend's masseuses kept leaving mid-massage to answer the phone or help a customer that walked in. Another girl came in for an appointment and they told her that she got the wrong location despite the girl telling them the address and phone number she was given is this address. Overall the whole place is so disorganized and I was so stressed throughout the whole experience.
