Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I purchased a Groupon which I thought was a good deal for a couples massage with two enhancements. We chose cupping, which was why I wanted to try this place. Once we were in the room, the lady forced us to get hot stones instead. The massage itself was okay but I didn't leave feeling relaxed. She kept stopping and leaving to answer the phone. Anyways, lesson learned. Groupon has good deals but you do get what you pay for when you go to this business, which is unfortunate and shouldn't be the case because you're advertising a deal on Groupon and yet do not completely honor it. That is one sure way to lose a potential recurring client. I was willing to make the 20 minute drive for monthly massage if it was great but I'm glad I don't have to now. I won't be back. read more

Such a great experience. I was promptly greated and checked in. I did a 60 minute massage and added essential oils. The lavender was so relaxing. The massage was absolutely wonderful. I believe the name of the massage therapist was Lee. He had good pressure and a calming demeanor. I have been having lower back pain, and I mentioned that at the beginning of the session. He took extra time and care to help relieve stress in that area. The prices are so affordable, ill definitely be back. read more

Came for the first time today, and I got the 60 min couples massage. Let me just say it was amazing!! She got all my knots and every move felt intentional. The guy massaging my boyfriend did an amazing job as well, I was laughing at how much he had him moaning in relief lol. They used their hands and arms to massage us, which included lotion/oils, and hot rocks which felt so good. I've been massaged a couple different times and I think this has been my favourite so far! It was such a good treat, we loved it! I got the guy and the reviews I've seen on him aren't the best, lots of people complaining saying he's too rough. But i must say, he was great!!! He worked out all my knots, and gave the best massage. If you need a REAL massage go with him!! If you ain't sore after a massage then you ain't getting the right experience!!!! Since it's changed ownership my massage was very unprofessional. Male masseuse going to the middle of my breast, breastbone, and very close to groin area. I did not expect this I didn't know at the time there was a change in ownership. I should have spoken up but didn't want to offend him I should have. I don't know where they're from this is unprofessional and can be considered illegal. Overall I just had a horrible experience at this location when getting a couples prenatal for myself and deep tissue for my husband. Jennifer the owner started my massage 10 minutes late, she kept on going in and out of the room stopping my massage to attend to other guest at least on three separate occasions. I have been going here for some time now, over 4 years. I have seen some negative reviews, that is too bad. Jennifer is my go to person. I was there yesterday for great pains in my whole left leg... hip, whole leg down to ball of foot. When I left I had no pain. I am writing this review at 5 am the next morning, still no pain. The person at the desk, name Jennifer was also the masseuse. Very gentle, kind, and confident for positioning. Soft-spoken, humble, and strong. She used a phone translation app to make sure she understood my request beforehand (I'm allergic to fragrances both in my nose and on my skin), so no sneezing on my part. She applied firm pressure for muscles of my calves and applied medium pressure shiatsu on my feet. She spent the first 15 minutes massaging my head, shoulders, arms and hands, which really helped me to relax. Good transition. Sent my husband here to get a massage for the first time after a very long days work. He definitely needed it. I read reviews and it seemed mixed but I was hopeful. I don't think I'll ever go here and he won't go back after he said his masseuse left him twice to go to the door... she did a good job but the interruptions weren't pleasant. And halfway through she swapped out for a male masseuse and with the switch and the in and outs just left him feeling like he wasn't a priority as a customer who really needed a massage. The most terrible massage I've ever had The man was rough and had long nails that scratched my face. If he had my limb in the air he would abruptly drop it when he was done. When he toweled me down he just repeatedly threw the towels on me. The only solace I had was when he left the room a few times. I left with the biggest headache. And the lady who was massaging my husband left to answer the phone and took the phone call in the massage room. I was in tears thinking I spent my husbands hard earned money on this. My husband and I made appointments for a couples massage, we arrived at the time of our appointment and waited about 15 minutes which wasn't a big deal at all. Once we got started my masseuse just started pushing and stretching my back hard, not relaxing at all. He was aggressive and hard and felt like he was just rushing though even though we had signed up for an hour. I had completed the form prior to the massage that stated I was looking for relaxation and my left shoulder. He was massaging so fast quick, it was not calming or relaxing at all! Then the lady that was massaging my husband left to talk to someone who came in and was gone for like 5 minutes. When she came back she started massaging him really fast like trying to rush and get us out of there. They only massaged us for 50 min, but the fi 60. They have you pay and tip before the massage which isn't cool either. My tip would have been different had I don't it after the horrible massage. This is my first time been to this newly opened spa. On the area. I called them to make an appointment in advance before heading to the spa and I found that the staff was very professional. Before they started the session, they required me to fill out a questionnaire to better understand my body and what I needed . And I told the masseuse how I want my massage to be done . By the way her name is Judy . I had super deep tissue with hot stone . THe whole massage was amazing all my pain were gone and I especially love the hot stone. By far the worst service EVER!!!!! They walk out on you during your massage to attend the people who walk-in. The guy that massaged me didn't know what he was doing, hardly used lotion and was just rubbing me up and down. My husband added the cupping to his massage for an extra $25 on top of the $130 we paid for the couples massage. The lady giving him a massage didn't even complete his massage towards the end after cupping because another client came in for his appointment so she rushed my husband out. She just released the cups off of him and said he was done, when he didn't even turn face up to complete the "full body massage" we paid for. Forgot to mention we had a 7:10pm appointment and they had us laying there for 20mins. Then the lady had the nerve to ask for a 20% tip! She is lucky my husband was nice enough to give her a tip, because of it were up to me I wouldn't have left any tip that's how horrible our service was.
