My neck and shoulders have been killing me so I treated myself to a massage today. As I walked in I got a warm and welcome greeting. The gentleman asked me what massage I wanted and also asked what areas I needed more focus on. This is new, the previous workers didn't care what you needed or how hard of pressure you liked, they just did anything and everything they wanted. Tony was my masseuse and he was wonderful. He truly listened to what I had asked for and made sure to check in with me along the way! I will most definitely be back! read more

It's not to expect fancy top notch place BUT don't judge a books by its cover. The therapeutic Massage was great. The lady basically targeted my areas of tension and dissolved TONZ of knots. Working out and sitting most of the days due to work has caused alot of t nation on my lower back, shoulders and neck. The lady made sure to target those points. She is really strong the pressure was at some point a bit painful but she does asked if you are okay or if you would like for her to adjust the pressure. The she proceeded to do a whole body massage I to wrap it up. No oils, no lotion, nothing special used BUT if you ask that might be extra?! Not sure. Overall, it wasn't the BEst but it wasn't the worse either. It gets the work done, but I will definitely be coming back. Prices are decent as well! read more

This isn't a fancy massage place. A little hood but it gets the job done. Some rough love from the lady that massages you but if you're there to work out some tension then this does the trick. I'll go back because the price alone makes it worth it. read more

The lady was not speaking English and rushing you out. She switched with her coworker while massage me. So unprofessional.

Called and asked if they did chair massages (like the ones in the mall). They said yes and said $60 for 30 mins. I arrived and it was an odd room. Didn't see a massage chair. The lady came out and directed me to a stool (I'm 6'-02" and this thing looked like it was made for a child) I sat with my head against the wall as the lady shoulder slammed me for about 15 minutes, thrusting my skull into the dry wall with every John Cena elbow blow. Then she directed me behind a curtain and had me remove my T-shirt. She proceeded to use only her elbows and I'm not sure she's aware there are bones in your back because she just continued to drive her elbow into my spine and shoulder blades. I've had some DEEP tissue massages but this was something else. Like legit painful and not in a good way. Legit almost ended before the massage was over because I was clinging for life with my toes in the bed and I think my nose was being broken slowly as I laid face down attempting to contact a higher being. And for her final form of torture... she drove her elbow directly into a muscle I learned was called the Fibularis longus...without any warning...like a WWE match WAMMMMM!!! I quite literally kicked with my other leg, and I apologize if I struck her, but it was completely involuntary. Only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is because I think the knot in my back is gone. Either that or the pain is just evenly distributed in my back. Will not be going back. To top it off, the lady got pissed that I only tipped $5 for the assault I just ensued. read more

The massage is great but the customer service is bit weird. When we were waiting, we heard the conversation of the customer before us, and after she pay, they were asking for a tip and got frustrated cause the lady has no cash on her. Same thing happened to us because when we only tip $10, the lady in the front is asking for more, which is a bit rude or unprofessional cause we don't have any cash but she was like forcing us to give more. Another problem is the language barrier, because the lady only speak her language. read more

Great staff and great value. An amazing bargain and easy to get a couples appointment. Have been using them for years.

I went here at around 11 am on a Wednesday and it was by far the worst massage of my entire life. No hot stone used, no water offered after I finished. And the absolute worst customer service I've experienced at a massage shop. I will definitely never return and make sure that no one I know goes here. The massage itself was terrible as well. Just painful. Would never recommend this place and would give a 0 star if I could. read more

My wife and son went for the foot and back massage. They loved it. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been coming here for years! Always polite professional and the messages are amazing! I always get the guy that's there and he always does an amazing job. Definitely recommend this place. read more

One of the best massages I've ever had!!! Ask for deep tissue and that's exactly what I got.

I had an amazing experience at SoleSoHappy Massage! They really helped relieve my neck pain. Highly recommend!

This is our second time for a massage and wow are they good! They sure know how to work out the knots and bring relief! Very friendly massage therapists. Very responsive and reasonable prices. read more

I gave this place 3 chances even tried different people the woman caused me more pain than relief first two times I had my whole body done 3rd time she only did my back and seem to focus only on the left side which was painful, when I kept asking her does she do other parts she seem to not understand me. Other places I have gotten massages they ask me what parts do I want them to focus on, not this place. Three strikes your out I will not be back and I highly do NOT recommend this place read more

I had been here a long time ago and as compared to the ones I go to in the San Gabriel Area, this place needs a lot of improvements. I tried them again out of necessity and the first time I came back, Michael gave me a deep tissue massage. That was very good. A few days ago, my neck and back was hurting and I really need relief. Michael was busy with a customer so out of necessity, I tried Mimi, the only choice I had. 1. Communication- only the owner Michael seems to understand English. The only other person I see there with him is Mimi, who you absolutely you can't talk to and can't even understand simple verbal and non verbal cues. Therefore, when Michael is working on a client, you are left with Mimi. Then you are left alone with her. How then can you tell her where you hurt or when to tone down the strength? 2. Mimi- I agree with the other review that I left there hurting more than when I started. I was so unhappy with her service. She is definitely not gentle even when just putting your arm sideways. She's just too rough. For me to say that is quite extreme because I want deep tissue and not afraid of it but she delivered too much pain. There is a good pain butall she delivered was real pain. She needs to tone it down a bit and sometimes when she's resting her arm while working on an area, she is putting pressure also on my spine, which I am very protective of. Instead of being able to relax and my neck to be relieved of life's pressure, I was just relieved it was over. 3. Need more personnel. There is no choice when I want Michael to work on my back and he's working, then I am stuck with Mimi. ‍ and we are back to #2. 4. Tipping- After my painful experience with Mimi, I was left with a question of, should I tip her or not; I did, but obviously not my usual minimum of $10. She understood that due to her reaction. She gave me a puzzled look and a grunt-like sound to show her disappointment. Well she didn't even deserve a tip. Now the good points bc I don't want to leave just all negative points. 1. Michael is really good. I would probably go back IF I AM ASSURED IT WAS HIM WHO WILL HANDLE ME. 2. The place is clean and even the bathroom is okay. 3. It's convenient and close to my place; going towards LA for a massage is a bit much. read more

Got a massage 2 days ago with Michael. I have come here often and have had different people give me massage. I can say Michael was the best. I got the 120 min. For $60. Worth every cent. Will be back. read more

My sister and I did the "Pamper Me Massage" (120 minutes for $60), and in the end, we were both pretty disappointed. The massage therapist didn't touch my shoulders at all, the foot massage was good, however when we turned around for the back massage, we weren't taken to the private room as it states on the paper and all she did was press down on my back - no massage, no pressure. My sister also did not receive any massage to her shoulders and her massage therapist used paper towels to wipe her feet down. After I paid for my massage, I wasn't sure who my massage therapist was to tip her, so I asked the receptionist. The lady next to her who I assumed was my therapist kept saying "me me me", took the money, and then proceeded to walk away without even a "thank you." I also had another sister who came with us who wasn't able to be seen because she didn't call ahead of time. We asked the receptionist three times how long the wait would be so that she could get a massage, and the receptionist completely ignored our questions and kept saying "two people." read more

Do not go here. Waste of money and waste of time. Left the massage place still needing a massage. Massaging my own shoulder and neck. My sister also was not happy with her massage. read more

Just got an excellent massage from Sasa. She is very aware of pressure. She is strong but she doesn't overpower. I really felt like I was in good hands. She gave me my 60 minutes and I am going back next week. read more

Ok, great massage, but the lady was too demanding for a tip seemed weird at the end was uncomfortable!

I've gone three times now but won't be going back Massage was great twice but terrible the other ... thought giving them a chance to earn my business because the prices are very reasonable but I give up. Customer service i give an F....lady gets up over and over answers the phone and talks the entire time definite mood killer!!! And she even had the audacity to yell and follow me out to the car because the Tip I left wasn't sufficient enough for her... rude and so embarrassing read more

Had an awesome massage! It was $35 for an hour of head/neck/foot/back/butt. I was nervous with the open room style, but it was very relaxing and I didn't pay attention to anyone and they didn't pay attention to me! It was just what I needed! I almost fell asleep multiple times! Haha read more

Sole So Happy Spa - Services as of 4/2017 - Massage Near Me - Beaumont, California

The owner of this established originally was name Michael. It opened in 2009. His staff was top notch! WARNING!!!!!!.................. It is NOT owned by the same person! There is a man & a woman who are always at front desk, barely speak English and NOT professional at all. I have never been to a spa were they place a towel over your eyes so you cannot see who is massaging you. I did not specify man or woman. However, after the foot reflexology, the massage began and started to feel uncomfortable, like hands were becoming inappropriate, touching too close to my private areas. In the past, I had frequently visited here due to working long hours. As uneasy as I felt, I will NEVER step foot in here. When it was finished, I saw the man who did the massage, he looked like a damn pervert with a grin (like he got off on touching you)! I was so upset, I couldn't find my husband so I had to search for him in parking lot, the creepy man followed me asking for $10 tip, I told my husband to give him $5. That man was pist but when he saw how fit my husband was, he walked away. I strongly suggest as a woman, NEVER, come here alone and NEVER get a massage here! It's dangerous! read more

If you're used to getting a cheap but good massage, then this is the place for you. If you like top dollar or even moderately expensive places with "good service", then this is not the place for you. I'm used to foot massage places like this and this is one of the best I've been to. This place gets to the point. No small talk. No extra smiles. No serving water. If they do, then they're in a good mood and you caught them on a good day. I like that it's not too busy here. I grew up in an area where massages like this are saturated. There's one at every corner. I've been to many of them and this is the most quiet which is nice because it's easy to get a walk in appointment right away and the masseuse is great too, hit's the spot without hurting you, I'm a pretty sensitive girl for the most part. Other places I have to wait, not long, but I still have to wait. It's too bad though, this place should get more clients because they're actually really great compared to what I've experienced. Just be sure to tell them exactly what you want and what you want them to stay away from (i.e the face, previous injuries, etc) Their english is limited but as long as you point and use very common words and signal to them yes or no, they'll understand or try to understand. Enjoy! :) read more

I love getting affordable massages. But my massage was way too rough and painful. I tried to communicate that during the massage bed he did not understand my English or body language. Usually I do like it hard but this was awful. Just like other reviews said, they try to haggle you for more money in the end. Who does that?!? I Purchased a $45 pamper me massage and when it came time to pay they told me because they had used oil it was going to cost $50. That was annoying and tacky. They don't speak English so it was difficult to dispute the charges with them. They just kept insisting that I pay $50 which I did just to get out of there. I tipped seven dollars and they were not happy. Made me walk the tip back to the masseuse. it just was not a great experience overall. I would not recommend this place. There's a much better place in Yucaipa called Charming Massage that I go to all the time. They are awesome. Charming massage is located just off of Yucaipa Boulevard and California Street. Only reason I went to this other place was because Charming massage was booked read more

SO HAPPY!!!!!!! I'm in retail management and on my feet 50 hours a week. I love my job but if it wasn't for Michael and his team at Sole So Happy I would not have the endurance to run a mile a minute in Cabazon like I do. I try to get the 80 minute massage once a month and it keeps me going. Michael, the owner, is so friendly and runs a professional massage salon here in Beaumont. I'm proud to say that we have such an amazing establishment here. I've traveled all over the world have have received my best massages here at SSH. If you have never received a massage then my best advise to you is communication!! Make sure you let them know what feels good and what doesn't. They can't read your mind. A great massage comes with experience. Find a massage therapist that you like and stick with them. I'm so happy to have Paul. He takes his time and makes me feel comfortable. If something hurts he can sense it and will ask if I'm ok. I love it!! Last but not least: I can't imagine what it's like to give massages all day everyday. It can't be easy. So take good care of them and pass along a nice tip. I hope you enjoy SSH as much as I, my family, friends and co-workers!!! read more

I absolutely LOVE this hidden gem. I 1st went when my sciatic nerve was acting up. I LITERALLY limped in and walked out. I now take my daughter occasionally for her scoliosis complaints and they're VERY attentive to the problem areas and the price is perfect for my budget. I find them to not only be accommodating nit professional. . This truly is Beaumont's hidden gem. I refer them regularly read more

So, I'm going to be very honest, i will never ever go here again. I'm going to explain in detail so i am very sorry. But i hope that no one goes to this place and if you do, please make sure you take someone with you or even keep your stuff inside your car. So, i drive a lot for work, and i honestly needed a massage and i was driving and saw this place and pulled over and went inside, i should have checked the reviews but i didn't have time, and it was in a nice city so i didn't even think about it to be honest. But guess what! I walked in, and told them i needed and good deep tissue massage, with the hot oil and stones they told me the price and i didn't even care i just wanted to feel good and relaxed. They took me to the back room and told me to take all my clothes off and i said okay. So as I'm laying down someone says in my ears do i want a male or female and i said i really don't care. So someone started to massage my back and everything and then they got to my lower back and to my butt cheeks and let's just say there hands went inside of my butt (Literally) so i was like excuse me!! I find out it's a women and she said you don't like sir? I'm like no i do not. So she stops and just massages my legs and feet and back and neck again after like 30 minutes (I'm timing this btw, it's supposed to be a 1 hour and 30 minute massage btw) she tells me to turn over i did and she starts massaging my neck and head and chest and then she puts some hot towels on my neck and forward and chest, (it felt bomb) then i felt her massaging my chest and lower chest area then guess what this lady does? She grabs my penis and starts to masterbate me and I immediately push her hand off of my penis and tell her to stop she says you don't like it? I'm like no i do not and then i jump up and get my clothes on and she starts asking for a tip i tell her I'm not going to tip her for basically raping me, this guy tells me am i going to tip her and I'm like hell no, honestly walk out of the place and get in my car and I'm low key sitting there like shocked. That was the worst experience i have ever had at a spa or basically in my adult life. I truly urge you guys to never go to this place and if you do please be safe. read more

Pamper Me Please! One of the best massages I've ever received & it wasn't a massage. Does that make sense? This place is an experience - I wanted a private room so I opted for the Pamper me package and so glad I did! I've been traveling for a week and wanted to just detox and relax. The guy (didn't get his name, wish I had) helped me relax and literally felt my entire body detoxing while he messaged me. First time doing reflexology which is super neat and relaxing since I'm on my feet all day. He started at the top of my head all the way to my feet. The head massage was my all time favorite! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recharge. $45 for 1 hour and 20 mins - sign me up again! read more

F- For customer service. I didn't give enough tip according to the manager a man that did my massage. I guess if you give him or them a less than $10 to tip per worker it gives him the right to demand it and yell at me and follow me to they car. Sad cuz I was going to be a regular till that! read more

My neighbor recommended this place. You get what you pay. They have a scale of lite to really hard. I put lite pressure and I got really hard I think. I was sore the next day and felt like I had been beat up. It was hot inside and some of the workers were coughing and blowing their noses a lot I was afraid of getting a cold. The one thing I really liked was the foot massage. I would go back for one of those if I had the desire. read more

This is the first 1 star review I've ever written. The front desk lady is rude and unprofessional. She laughed in my mom's face at her tip (which was plenty for the service she had done) and said "that's it?". Such an unprofessional and unkind thing to do. Customer service is big for me and I will not be giving my business to them again. read more

I've had both good and bad experiences here. But I'm always willing to give it another try. Tonight was the best experience ever. A full body massage with oil and hot stones. $50 special. Cindy was absolutely amazing. Not too hard and not too soft. Just perfect. I was really really surprised at the quality. I gave her a $40 tip. She certainly deserved it. read more

Warning . Was hoping for a great experience! But was disappointed the massage was great but I was uncomfortable when leaving , they make you uncomfortable about the tip I was trying to tip more than what was on my gift certificate and the way they spoke to me was very rude after the way I was spoken too I wasn't going to leave an extra tip the balance of the gift card was 10$ I let them keep it . Just disappointed because I was going to leave a better cash tip and use the gift card for another time . But after this I will not be returning nor referring anyone . read more

This is an awesome place to go if you need a break! The environment is super relaxing and the massage is amazing. They focus on pressure points which a little painful but after, you can feel the difference. Tip for ladies: don't wear foundation if you get the foot massage. They use an oil on your forehead and temples which takes off the makeup. It feels amazing though and $25 for an hour is such a good price! Don't forget to tip your masseuse! read more

Payed for 60min full body massage, got 50min. Never got massage therapist name but don't mater. Won't go back. It was cheaper than most places. But the massage was terrible. pointed to my back were I was in more pain and she barley massage the area. I still feel pain. My neck still feels stiff. She barley massage my hands and feet. I been to other places, payed about the same, same type of services, And I had a way better massage. They normally at least make you feel relaxed. I didint even get to relaxed state of mind. I saw two black bugs walking around inside. I even point it to the massage therapist. She just squished it in front of me lol. Nasty. She still wanted 10 tip. I just gave it to her in which I shouldn't have but w/e. Won't go back. One star just because I was walk in at 11am and they took me in and cheap price. Good luck with yours. read more

So today was disappointing- to say the least. I thought I found a great place with a great price. I've been here several times. This last time was my Last time. I paid the $35 but completely feel ripped off. Typically Lucy does an amazing job - this time I basically got a one handed massage for an hour on my back and feet while she scrolled through her phone. I realize we are All addicted to the devises but if you're being paid to do a job with BOTH hands you may need to PUT THE PHONE AWAY!!!! Thanks for making the hour I paid for totally frustrating. read more

Tried this place today after hearing from several people that it was a great deal. It is a great deal. 1 hour head neck shoulders and feet for $25. I asked for medium hard and it was a little painful at times but I feel great now hours later. The front desk misunderstood that we wanted the $25 not the $35 which is more of a full body. They charged us for the $35 but as soon as we mentioned we had asked for the $25 one he gave us our $10 back. I thought that was great customer service. Very quiet, comfortably cold, nice massage beds. One little warning if you do get the full body that does include your butt. Which is fine and normal but I was just a little surprised. Not creepy he only used his forearms and elbows. You are fully dressed plus covered with a towel. We will be back soon!!!!! read more

This establishment was by far the cheapest location in the area for a massage. The place was dimly lit more to mask the environment of a wholesale massage parlor than for the sense of privacy/ intimacy it is supposed to invoke. The staff spoke broken English at best, which made communication difficult (which I was led to believe they used to their advantage [more on that later]). The professionalism of the masseuses servicing my dad (the dude left for 15 minutes of the session, just up and left!) and I (he dug his elbow into the top of my spine, and went back to it after I told him how painful that felt) was unbelievably terrible. They spoke in their native language during our session, were joking and laughing which made us feel more uneasy than comforting (like being on the outside of an inside joke). Finally when it came time to pay the bill for the shoddy service, it was the masseuses handling the transaction; which they made an uncomfortable situation when I chose not to leave a tip. They were frequently trying to goad me into leaving one (astonished that I chose to pay without leaving a tip, and insisting even after I zero'd out the tip, and finally following us outside to make a verbal confrontation about it). Sadly, Moral of the story: you get what you pay for. This experience has taught me to be wary of inexpensive locales and consider moderately valued establishments in the future. Definitely the last time I visit this business. read more
