Throughout my 90 minute session, she ensured my comfort by asking if the pressure was okay and to let her know if I wanted to adjust to softer/harder (it was perfect every time). The few times that my knots were acting up, she sensed it before I needed to speak up, as she moved onto a different area to give my knots a break. She checked on me every few minutes, asking if everything was okay and if I felt better about my knots.
