I came in for a massage using a Groupon and let them know beforehand that I was in my first trimester of pregnancy. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult because the staff did not speak English. The therapist had me lie on my side, which is normal during pregnancy, but she never had me switch sides during the entire massage. As a result, only the left side of my body was massaged since I was laying on my right side the whole time. I tried to communicate that I needed to switch sides, but she could not understand me. I left feeling worse than when I came in because one side of my body felt loose while the other side was still tight and sore from lying on it for an hour. To make the experience even more uncomfortable, when I left the massage room I asked where the restroom was. I used it quickly (less than a minute), and when I came out the woman from the front desk was waiting outside the restroom door and immediately asked, "Something wrong?" I said no, I just needed to use the restroom. She then said, "No tip? Where your tip?" before I had even returned to the front desk. The entire situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. My girl friend and I found this gem after scrolling through Yelp and were pleasantly surprised with the amazing massages we got. From the time we got there we received excellent customer service. The business is very clean and peaceful from the time you walk in and relaxing music filled the room for our 90 minute couples massage for $190, again worth every penny! Our masseuse was Lee and Ella who did an amazing job at rubbing out all of our knots. I hope I dont get sick. The woman giving me my massage kept coughing over me without covering her mouth. Yesterday I had one of the best massages to date from their newest therapist Brady. What a great hire! My family and I have been going to Relaxing Touch for years now and have always been happy with the environment and service. But after my massage yesterday I felt the need to write this review! I've had some stress and tension lately that's landed in my shoulders and Brady seemed to know EXACTLY how to release it, and found other areas of tension I didn't even know I had. Usually the day after a massages I'm sore and feel icky almost (depending on how deep tissue I had) but this morning I feel GREAT! Like a weight has been lifted. I don't know how else to explain it but my shoulder tension is gone and I'm not sore. I wanted to give Brady this compliment myself but was too relaxed afterwards to form any meaningful sentences So thank you Relaxing Touch and Brady, I'll be back! read more

New owners are horrible!!!!! They keep charging credit card when they were supposed to stop. We had over $500 of credits they refuse to honor saying "it's not our fault we didn't own it at the time so we aren't responsible". Well you're half right. You're completely irresponsible. You bought a business that included memberships that had credits built up as you KNEW the policy since you were buying the business. But new owners weren't smart enough to ensure the customers they'd hope to inherit weren't out hundreds of dollars each in the transfer. They could have required old owners refund or transfer credits upon sale but clearly new owners are terrible business people and not smart enough to realize this should have been done. We'd been going here for 8 years and spent 10's of thousands on services that were phenomenal. This explains why ALL of the massage therapists jumped ship. The new owners are clearly not competent business owners, not customer focused and facilitated the theft of a tremendous amount of money from old and young alike. My 70 year old mother along with hundreds of other elderly ones lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars each because the new owners have no business trying to go in to business. I'm sorry but you should have known monthly memberships were an option when you did your research or just simply opened your eyes and saw that monthly memberships were available and been smart enough to ask what happens to them ALL. But all you could see were dollar signs failing to realize it was so profitable bc the original owners put customers first and were phenomenal. The new owners either weren't smart enough to have mitigated this or were so greedy they didn't care too. Certainly not people I'll ever give my money to. I'm quite happy to see them go out of business as are the hundreds of others they scammed and continue to be charged without permission. Don't give them your money, they're full of excuses and I'm going to remind all of the customers who got scammed to be sure to leave their experiences here too. We got rid of Augies for the vile way the owners treated the employees and we can do the same to this. Way to ruin a legacy! All potential patrons beware. You've been warned. Then they cut my hours, I wasnt able to type, I lost my home trying to keep my job and so I had to get an attorney. However, it went down hill when they sold it suddenly in Nov 2022, the new owners were unsuccessful trying to run it long distance. Then went really down hill when that owner suddenly sold it in Oct 2023. The new owners appeared to not be experienced at all in running a business. No communication, no customer service skills and said they wouldn't honor massages that clients had already paid for. Unfortunately many clients are out a lot of money. Been getting my massage here for years and I love it! You have to book weeks in advance to get your preferred dates though. This is not surprising coz they have a really great place, with very comfy & clean suites; attentive, trained & efficient massage therapists and the membership is reasonably-priced. Even parking is not a problem. You can always check your available hours at the front desk & book ahead. Diana & Tracy are awesome therapists! The massages are good, but not consistent. The management was horrible and rude. I got pregnant and needed to stop my monthly charges because they didn't provide prenatal massage early in my pregnancy. I was told by Mark (Manager) that I can put my account on hold and resume when I was further along in my pregnancy. I called to book a massage 3 months after and realized that I had been getting charged for the past three months. I asked about a refund and Mark offered me a three month credit. Mark said he would put my account on hold until I used up the credit. I can hear him saying to someone in the background "she never called to say she was pregnant." Rude! But okay. I scheduled my massage and a week before my scheduled massage I got charged again! I called and left a voicemail that I was charged. Mark called me back and stated, "you are no longer welcome back." This is really rude. Not sure why he got so upset??? I'm glad to no longer be going to this place (wasn't that good), and they don't deserve my money. First they take your money immediately on your due date but when you call to make an appointment they are booking in December!! I asked receptionist what is going on and she stated they are now only open 3 days now and are limited with specialists !! She was super nice but how does a business stay open if they don't have massage therapists?? So I cancelled my membership because I am now owed 6 massages and I can't book all of them even in December!! I emailed owner or who ever is in charge explaining my situation and they emailed back no refunds and I have till December 1to use all my credit or I lose them even though they have no availability!! When I tried to explain this to Mark, he was so rude. Wouldn't even let me bring my bank statements in to prove my position. As he was hanging up, I overheard him tell me to go F off. Great hot stone massage from mark. Beware of retaliations and attitudes from front desk. I'm actually a long term customer that decided to stop going because the front desk were rude and unaccomadating. I loved Mark and his hot stone massage. They were something I looked forward to. As a disclaimer I stopped going about a yr ago. I was getting canceled on multiple reservation [from mark being sick to they're moving.] and I wouldn't be able to schedule with Mark unless I wait 2 weeks. They didnt offer to comp any hours, give extra treatments or heck even reschedule with mark sooner. It was 2 weeks at minimal or good luck. Front desk was also rude to both me and my mom. My mom loved their massages but she speak minimal English. I got a voice message on at least 2 different occasions that I am not allowed to let her go get massages unless someone stay there to translate. My mom able to point where it is hurting and if the pressure is ok. Really.... that's all you need. I did not understand why I was getting the attitude and being told she is not welcome to be there by herself. Heck I had my dad drop her off and he spoke enough English to translate everything prior to her going into the room. Oh also if you asks about pausing your membership for any reason be prepare for the attitude. As soon as I asked to pause my membership because I was going to be traveling and wanted to use my left over hours.... well....
