I've been here three times now and have had a deep tissue massage with three different therapists. All three visits have been great! The pressure is just right, although I've had to ask them to lighten up a few times because they're strong! Appointments have always started on time, everyone has been pleasant, and the spa is clean. Customer service has also been great. I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

Called to schedule an appointment. Drove from far to my appointment and was told they're busy and to come back later. Had a massage and was frequently interrupted by calls or being asked if I want oil despite saying no. Than asked to give a nice tip. read more

There response was happy and inquisitive into my needs. Thank you so much!Very sincere and compassionate, and such a pleasure to dial with.

I came in for a massage using a Groupon and let them know beforehand that I was in my first trimester of pregnancy. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult because the staff did not speak English. The therapist had me lie on my side, which is normal during pregnancy, but she never had me switch sides during the entire massage. As a result, only the left side of my body was massaged since I was laying on my right side the whole time. I tried to communicate that I needed to switch sides, but she could not understand me. I left feeling worse than when I came in because one side of my body felt loose while the other side was still tight and sore from lying on it for an hour. To make the experience even more uncomfortable, when I left the massage room I asked where the restroom was. I used it quickly (less than a minute), and when I came out the woman from the front desk was waiting outside the restroom door and immediately asked, "Something wrong?" I said no, I just needed to use the restroom. She then said, "No tip? Where your tip?" before I had even returned to the front desk. The entire situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I would not return and would not recommend this place, especially for anyone who is pregnant and may need clear communication with their massage therapist. I visited March 3 around 1 pm read more

Just left relaxing touch massage and received the best massage I have ever had. My girl friend and I found this gem after scrolling through Yelp and were pleasantly surprised with the amazing massages we got. From the time we got there we received excellent customer service. The business is very clean and peaceful from the time you walk in and relaxing music filled the room for our 90 minute couples massage for $190, again worth every penny! Our masseuse was Lee and Ella who did an amazing job at rubbing out all of our knots. For the couples massage they give you the option of a joint room or separate and it consists of a full body massage with essential oils and hot stones. We definitely will be back soon. read more

I have been here a couple times. I usually need deep tissue. The first time I booked a 2 hour massage with cupping which was really good. I do not recall the woman's name but she was very tiny. She did the back-walking massage (there is an actual name for it but I cannot remember). Today I came in for deep tissue with a man named Lee and he did a great job. I always need a lot of pressure and both of the therapists I have seen here were really good. read more

I got the 90min. full body massage. I just had a baby 2 months ago so my neck and back were messed up. Feel so much better thanks to Ella!

Lisa has amazing healing hands! I have been under a lot of stress and so very grateful to have discovered this lovely massage place! I highly recommend it! I can't wait to return! read more

I had one of the best massages I've ever experienced today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. My therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and really listened to what areas I needed extra focus on. Every movement felt intentional, and the pressure was perfect--leaving me both relaxed and refreshed. By the end of the session, all the tension I'd been carrying melted away, and I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a truly great massage that leaves you feeling amazing long after you leave, I can't recommend this place enough! Mary is wonderful and she just gained a consistent client! I was so relaxed the time flew by and my body feels great. She was thoughtful on what pressure was most comfortable for me. Staff was super friendly. Very clean and relaxing. Prices ( I think) are great. Will be back next week! read more

They don't listen to or understand what you're trying to say. The last two times my wife and I tried to tell them where and what we wanted they just looked confused and replied in Chinese. I hope I dont get sick. The woman giving me my massage kept coughing over me without covering her mouth. The other woman says, "She's okay." as the other keeps coughing on me during the whole massage. Will I be okay? Time to find a new place. read more

Relaxing Touch Massage - Best massage ever! - Massage Near Me - Yucaipa, California

Yesterday I had one of the best massages to date from their newest therapist Brady. What a great hire! My family and I have been going to Relaxing Touch for years now and have always been happy with the environment and service. But after my massage yesterday I felt the need to write this review! I've had some stress and tension lately that's landed in my shoulders and Brady seemed to know EXACTLY how to release it, and found other areas of tension I didn't even know I had. Usually the day after a massages I'm sore and feel icky almost (depending on how deep tissue I had) but this morning I feel GREAT! Like a weight has been lifted. I don't know how else to explain it but my shoulder tension is gone and I'm not sore. I wanted to give Brady this compliment myself but was too relaxed afterwards to form any meaningful sentences So thank you Relaxing Touch and Brady, I'll be back! read more

New owners are horrible!!!!! They keep charging credit card when they were supposed to stop. We had over $500 of credits they refuse to honor saying "it's not our fault we didn't own it at the time so we aren't responsible". Well you're half right. You're completely irresponsible. You bought a business that included memberships that had credits built up as you KNEW the policy since you were buying the business. But new owners weren't smart enough to ensure the customers they'd hope to inherit weren't out hundreds of dollars each in the transfer. They could have required old owners refund or transfer credits upon sale but clearly new owners are terrible business people and not smart enough to realize this should have been done. We'd been going here for 8 years and spent 10's of thousands on services that were phenomenal. This explains why ALL of the massage therapists jumped ship. The new owners are clearly not competent business owners, not customer focused and facilitated the theft of a tremendous amount of money from old and young alike. My 70 year old mother along with hundreds of other elderly ones lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars each because the new owners have no business trying to go in to business. I'm sorry but you should have known monthly memberships were an option when you did your research or just simply opened your eyes and saw that monthly memberships were available and been smart enough to ask what happens to them ALL. But all you could see were dollar signs failing to realize it was so profitable bc the original owners put customers first and were phenomenal. The new owners either weren't smart enough to have mitigated this or were so greedy they didn't care too. Certainly not people I'll ever give my money to. I'm quite happy to see them go out of business as are the hundreds of others they scammed and continue to be charged without permission. Don't give them your money, they're full of excuses and I'm going to remind all of the customers who got scammed to be sure to leave their experiences here too. We got rid of Augies for the vile way the owners treated the employees and we can do the same to this. Way to ruin a legacy! All potential patrons beware. You've been warned. When you get scammed that's on you! read more

Hey everyone! I definitely had to come on here and give a hand to this small business. For the price, you totally get your money's worth. It's clean and professional. I play quite a bit of golf and had some horrible hip pain that they did an amazing job of working out. It's not something I'd consider luxury or over the top but it was a great experience and I would certainly come back and recommend it to anyone on the fence about making an appointment. read more

I just want to say thank you to my clients. I was pushed out after I hurt myself and they didnt want to get me a claim number for workers comp. Then they cut my hours, I wasnt able to type, I lost my home trying to keep my job and so I had to get an attorney. I gave notice at one point due to being homeless but they didnt want to rescind my resignation when my plans fell through up north. I got really treated badly after being employed there over 4 yrs so I wanted you to know. They told me they didn't feel it was a good idea to keep me employed. read more

Used to be a great place to get a massage for the many years that Mark and Drew owned it. However, it went down hill when they sold it suddenly in Nov 2022, the new owners were unsuccessful trying to run it long distance. Then went really down hill when that owner suddenly sold it in Oct 2023. The new owners appeared to not be experienced at all in running a business. No communication, no customer service skills and said they wouldn't honor massages that clients had already paid for. Unfortunately many clients are out a lot of money. Find a new place to get a massage. This latest new owner made a TERRIBLE first impression that they can't take back! read more

Been getting my massage here for years and I love it! You have to book weeks in advance to get your preferred dates though. This is not surprising coz they have a really great place, with very comfy & clean suites; attentive, trained & efficient massage therapists and the membership is reasonably-priced. Even parking is not a problem. You can always check your available hours at the front desk & book ahead. Diana & Tracy are awesome therapists! They send messages to their members if they have available spots which is really great. Thank you RTM staff! read more

The massage was okay, I still have plenty of knots in my shoulders since she didn't really touch those areas. When I got done with the massage, I was walking out and said thank you (I always leave the tip on the massage table), The lady at the front desk yelled "hey lady, where's the tip?!" I was shocked!! The tip is not mandatory.. I paid $60 for the massage.. but I always tip anyways. But for her to yell that to me baffled me. I explained it was on the table then she handed me a water bottle and a mint won't be returning.... read more

The massages are good, but not consistent. The management was horrible and rude. I got pregnant and needed to stop my monthly charges because they didn't provide prenatal massage early in my pregnancy. I was told by Mark (Manager) that I can put my account on hold and resume when I was further along in my pregnancy. I called to book a massage 3 months after and realized that I had been getting charged for the past three months. I asked about a refund and Mark offered me a three month credit. Mark said he would put my account on hold until I used up the credit. I can hear him saying to someone in the background "she never called to say she was pregnant." Rude! But okay. I scheduled my massage and a week before my scheduled massage I got charged again! I called and left a voicemail that I was charged. Mark called me back and stated, "you are no longer welcome back." This is really rude. Not sure why he got so upset??? I'm glad to no longer be going to this place (wasn't that good), and they don't deserve my money. I won't support a business with horrible customer service! read more

This business does not have enough therapists on staff, especially female therapists.
