Called several times to book an appointment. No one ever answered until finally someone did. I drove over to learn I was double booked and they tried to convince me to have a shorter service since the therapist had to leave early. Very off putting since they were clearly upset and having an argument in front of me (in Thai language I assume). I said no, and they asked me to wait so they could call another therapist to come in. No thanks! I already had several first impressions. Too bad since I love Thai massages and would have been a regular customer had they have offered proper service. read more

Mali Thai Spa - Massage Near Me - Redlands, California

Been here twice now. Best massage place. Had lots of neck and shoulder tightness and the ladies there worked their magic to release the tension. Quick service. Every time I called to say I can come in they always accommodated me. They do a combination of stretching and massage. They can also walk on yours back if you are inclined. Pretty unsuspecting place but worth trying. read more

we have enjoyed the Massage Therapy offered at Malo Thai Spa by Vicky and Racha. The Deep massage is one of my favorites as when i was recuperating from a PR, just because (date with my husband) and when after 3 weeks of surgery, i decided to give it a try to see if i could feel less tense and to help my body to 'heal'; I was not disappointed. I was treated with care, and i felt better afterwards as always. Give it a try, you wont regret it. (Im sure the rest of the ladies are as good as the ones we had the pleasure to be assigned as our masseuse) read more

Mali Thai Spa - Amazimg - Massage Near Me - Redlands, California

Nana was a great find. All are well trained here. Free parking with very friendly service. Get 10 massages, get one free card.

I have no complaints about the massage itself, but due to the fact that she stopped 3 times during massage I won't be going back. Twice to attend to someone at the door & once to answer the phone. So annoying! Also I wrote on my form that I'd had a shoulder replacement surgery, but she paid no mind & doubt if she even read it. read more

I've had massages all over the place from Las Vegas to New York and this in my 40 years of living is the best massage I've ever had by Monica. I would recommend her to anybody. You will feel 100% better after you leave and it's reasonably priced and worth the money. I will be going there every two weeks read more

Love this place. Racha is my favorite massage therapist. I see her every week just to walk due to all my crazy injuries and pain. She does such great work it makes me healthy and strong and helps me walk tall instead of frail and hunched over. Highly recommend. As they are a small business, no worries if they have to take a quick call or answer the door for a quick minute because the amazing work of detailed consistent massages that dramatically improve my negative impact from my many orthopedic injuries is totally worth it. A 60 second call with 60 minutes of bliss is no stress, to me, to support a small business and feel amazing !!! They always give their all, so this has no negative impact on me at all. We work together as a team for my healing... and the healing of the entire community :) all are welcome... even if they need to answer a quick call :) read more

I'm not saying this business is bad, my girlfriend enjoyed her massage. But unfortunately, today I had the worst massage I've ever had in my life here. I'm not sensitive, I can handle heavy pressure. I'm not inexperienced, I have trained in massage therapy and myself have gotten many massages in my life. My experience: I have never had my spine stepped on this much or with this much ferocity in my life, neither have I had my bony prominences been jabbed by an elbow this carelessly. My therapist also moved my body as if I was a lifeless object, and when she stretched me, would often jerk my body too quickly for safety. When stepping on me, she moved around with no caution and would sometimes slip and unbalance herself. This did not make me feel safe. The entire time, I looked forward for this massage to end, and I was even tempted multiple times to leave, but I didn't since I didn't have the heart. I'm writing this review because I enjoy the professionalism of Thai businesses in massages. However, this has marred their reputation in my mind. Edit: It was difficult to sleep last night since my spine was slightly bruised from the rough handling. read more

What a great massage! This spa is well appointed in Thai style and very relaxing. Under new management. Staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did a couples massage with my boyfriend. We each have separate needs. His therapist was able to stretch him out very well and work on his neck and shoulder muscles. My boyfriend sits at a computer all day so this is essential. I am on my feet all day so I really get pain in my legs, heels, and lower back. Best leg massage I've had, hands down. My therapist hit many pressure points and really relaxed me. I especially enjoyed the hot stones. After your massage, they offer hot tea. I will be back soon to try cupping. I can't wait! read more

All the therapist are trained well with a lot of techniques. They don't waste a minute. The place is very clean. The tables are covered with cloth and the cloth is changed every time. This way it doesn't smell like cleaning products. The music is excellent because it is soothing. read more

Great place to relax and get a great massage. I felt rejuvenated and a lot better after my massage with Monica.

I like the massage and environment. I went about a week ago with my boyfriend to get a couples massage. The only things that really annoyed me was that 2 of the ladies that massaged us kept talking and talking and talking. Also, it was very clear they were talking about us because they didn't even try to hide it. It ruined the experience of a nice quiet massage read more
