Massage was amazing. However, when you go to a massage place, you expect it to be peaceful. Only reason I'm giving a two star rating is because the masseuse was great and super nice about trying her best to keep the place quiet. The employees that didn't have any clients decided to have a party In the back and were obnoxiously loud. I originally booked a 90 minute massage but ended up with a headache from all the commotion, and told them I'm leaving once the 60 is up. As stated, massage was great, ambience terrible. read more

Needed a massage mainly my neck and back . I was skeptical because my last time I didn't feel like the massage was worth $60 . Today , the lady did a decent job . Although I don't think it's with the $60 . She did use Just the right amount of pressure . There were times when she was sitting and using one hand to massage my temple , my calf or my head, if a quick glance up , I noticed she was on her cell phone . So definitely disappointed in that. And I decided not to say anything and thought the more she is looking at her cell phone the less tip she gets . read more

TERRIBLE PLACE, My girlfriend paid for a 90 minute massage and ended up leaving early crying without getting even close to the full service because there was a guy throwing up inside at the front door and they wouldn't kick him out and he was blocking the exit. $70 down the drain and feeling worse than before going in. read more

I have been going to Shangri-la for at least 10 years and I have had consistently excellent massages. The only thing I would recommend is that their technicians/masseuses be a little quieter. Sometimes they talk among themselves and It can sometimes get noisy. But other than that, I like the fact that I can get a massage at the spur of the moment and I know that the massage will always be a good one. read more

Great value for a solid massage. If you are more focused on addressing soreness/aches/tension, this would be an ideal place given the price. It is less of a typical relaxing massage experience due to the space but you will feel less sore/tense and calm afterwards. Place is clean and well-kept.
