I like my massages deep, hard, and intentional. I want to point out one masseuse and that is Tom. I took my mom here for the first time and she couldn't stop raving about Tom. So the next time I went, I requested for him to see for myself. This man knew what he was doing. He like opened up my chakra lol I honestly felt like I was getting my money's worth. I tipped him $20 for a 60 min $60 deep tissue massage. That was more than 18% tip. I hope he really appreciated that, because I can tell he works hard and he knew where all my tension were and nailed it. Thank you Tom I feel like I'm young again.. for a day! read more

Didn't like the method of the massage it didn't feel good. The bottle of oil fell on my head I get accidents happen she did apologize. Did enjoy heated rocks but that's about it. didn't like how the employees were pushy about a bigger tip. even came out chased us to the parking lot asking for a bigger tip. Very unprofessional. read more

I recently went to a reflexology massage center that had a sign outside promoting a deal: a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage for $60. However, once we entered, it was hard to communicate with The man who was giving my friend's massage hardly did anything; he barely touched her and didn't really provide a massage at all. Within 10 minutes, he had already moved on to her face, neck, and head. My friend asked for a refund, but they pretended not to understand her. They were helping other customers but ignored her plea for assistance. It took about 10 minutes to find someone who could translate for us. I definitely wouldn't recommend getting a massage from the older gentleman; he was very rude and dismissed my friend's concerns, simply walking away. After another 20 minutes of discussions about what my friend wanted, they tried to take her to a back room for a different type of massage. All she wanted was the same massage I was receiving. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally sent someone out to give her the massage. Now I'm in my car waiting for her to finish because they took so long to sort things out. I have to say my massage was good despite all the distractions. They also need to put a curtain in front of the door. They do have a curtain, but it's open, letting in sunlight, and they leave the door open, allowing all the traffic noise to come in. I can hear a homeless man outside yelling and cursing; there's music playing inside, but it's pointless if you can still hear all the outside commotion. read more

They know nothing about true reflexology. Reflexology is about healing the pressure points in the feet that are related to the different regions of the body and bringing energetic balance and healing to these regions. The guy knew nothing about this. Please change the name of your business as it is misleading. read more

Not good! They are not professional therapist! They don't know how to message. They just rub you any way they can - not good and a waste of money! read more

Ever since the new owners took over the pictures on yelp website are nothing like what it actually see inside, it looks new in the photos but when you get in there, it's all old, every time you walk in the therapist are all sleeping in on the massage chairs they us for clients, if you don't mind laying on a recliner or a massage table that the therapist have been sleeping on then this place is good. Otherwise they don't change the bedding for new clients, this is unsanitary and not professional. read more

Lucy does an excellent job for your aching muscles . Thank God for Shangri La. It's located at the lucky feet, shoes shopping center.

I have been coming here for years. Everyone has a different technique, so far I don't have any complaints.

Great service. Just what the doctor ordered. Fair price and very happy with the results

Massage was amazing. However, when you go to a massage place, you expect it to be peaceful. Only reason I'm giving a two star rating is because the masseuse was great and super nice about trying her best to keep the place quiet. The employees that didn't have any clients decided to have a party In the back and were obnoxiously loud. I originally booked a 90 minute massage but ended up with a headache from all the commotion, and told them I'm leaving once the 60 is up. As stated, massage was great, ambience terrible. read more

Worth every penny & much cheaper than a typical massage place. Deep tissue is wonderful.

TIP IS DEMANDED,..... Great Massage, Fabulous Job and effective. **Completely Left UNCOMFORTABLE,.... As I'm Admittedly Not the Biggest Tipper. I Put $8 down for a Couples Massage. The Lady Stopped,....said 'Nooooo,....meekly and Tapped her Pin. On the Tip line'. Some set of B _ _ LS on that Lady. She said for 'Me'.... I looked at MY Pretty Lady, kinda confused. (Had I been by myself) No Tip, after that 'Americanized' comment. Leaving an indignation that I am 'Required, to Tip Y O U R Idea of my Financial Well Being'. I was like,....(in my Mind,....is She Calling Me Out?) Looked at my Girl,...(as the Lady just Stayed Frozen, looking at me and continuing to Tap on the Tip line. Isn't that Funny? I'm Smiling right now.. ***I FELT BULLIED in to Tipping. I've Worked in O.R. For 19 years,....within' a Team that saves folks lives. (Never thought of, or expected) I don't get Tips... So, should I be Upset? Should I be tapping my Pen ? Anyhow,....I am by No Means a Bitter Guy. That was only my 6th Massage ever. They were Cordial, Calming Music and Great Atmosphere. Don't Go,....Unless yoU can Pay a Specified Tip Amount 'Set' by Employees. (Well,....to be fair). ***DON'T GO,....Unless, you Can TIP, the DEMANDED AMOUNT,....by the 'Lady,....who closed 2/22/2025 at 9:30 pm. Have a Great Day read more

Amazing massage very relaxing!! My husband who has tight shoulders and upper back said it was an amazing massage. Jessica is great!

I hope they bring Micheal back. It was another guy there that was good too but he's gone too. This lady I had yesterday has me in pain today. I used to love this place. Because of all the extra they do with the hot stones, hot towels and the face massage with the citrus. I surely didn't get any of this yesterday. I would allow her to do me again but great spot for good massage. read more

Amazing. Simply amazing. Get the feet plus deep tissue combo! You will not regret! Great experience overall.

Great place, great value. They work hard and leave your body feeling great. I recommend to everybody in the area that this is the best place in our town. read more

Needed a massage mainly my neck and back . I was skeptical because my last time I didn't feel like the massage was worth $60 . Today , the lady did a decent job . Although I don't think it's with the $60 . She did use Just the right amount of pressure . There were times when she was sitting and using one hand to massage my temple , my calf or my head, if a quick glance up , I noticed she was on her cell phone . So definitely disappointed in that. And I decided not to say anything and thought the more she is looking at her cell phone the less tip she gets . read more

Great massage and great price. Love this place. Always happy with service and massage.

Amazing combo massage from Lucy!! Definitely coming back next month for the same massage

TERRIBLE PLACE, My girlfriend paid for a 90 minute massage and ended up leaving early crying without getting even close to the full service because there was a guy throwing up inside at the front door and they wouldn't kick him out and he was blocking the exit. $70 down the drain and feeling worse than before going in. read more

Dirty! They do not change the sheets in-between each client. We were waiting for a friend to arrive so we saw a few people leave & others come in & we had them go ahead of us - but the therapist never changed the bedding in-between We demanded they change it for us - but now I wish we would've just left read more

10/10 I love it here! Good prices, calm and relaxing. Last time there was no music but when they do have music it is a vibe! I brought my mom sisters and husband all different times.... We all love it! We just get the foot massage and it hits all areas... highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Shangri-la for at least 10 years and I have had consistently excellent massages. The only thing I would recommend is that their technicians/masseuses be a little quieter. Sometimes they talk among themselves and It can sometimes get noisy. But other than that, I like the fact that I can get a massage at the spur of the moment and I know that the massage will always be a good one. read more

While getting my massage they were loud one lady was showing the other lady her tits and I couldn't even focus on the massage cuz they were just too loud the people that work there I used to love this place plus they raised the prices and it shows you happy basis on the quality of tipping read more

Great value for a solid massage. If you are more focused on addressing soreness/aches/tension, this would be an ideal place given the price. It is less of a typical relaxing massage experience due to the space but you will feel less sore/tense and calm afterwards. Place is clean and well-kept. It can be a bit harder to do a walk-in sometimes but they are good at answering the phone. Would recommend! read more

Excellent service! Definitely will be coming back. Feel so relaxed!!!! Close to home. Will bring my friends next time.

I was massaged by Sam and he did an amazing job. I had 90 minutes. I feel so much better! Thank you!

I was there today with my husband and a lady came into his massage room soliciting herself to him. This is inappropriate and should not happen. As you can see you'll be able to compare the carpet once you go in for yourself. Avoid this place if you do not want to pay for sex. read more
