He checks in with you during the massage to make sure the pressure he is using isn't too much or too little, yet Alfredo isn't chatty during the massage. This is something I have come to truly appreciate in contrast to all the non-stop talking massage therapists I have encountered. The referral I was given to Alfredo for massage therapy was the best referral I have ever received. Without trying to sound to Woo Woo, I honestly believe Alfredo has healing hands. I have been having serious issues with my shoulder after a sever fall that left a tear in my shoulder blade. I was given 3 options Cortisone injections, physical therapy or massage. I opted for the later. I went to Alfredo with a near frozen shoulder and after an hour an a half massage I left with almost full range of motion! I am so pleased with Fred! He is a talented artist when it comes to massage and rehabilitation! I broke the humerus bone on my arm earlier this year and was assigned a physical therapist to help get my range of motion back.
