You get what you pay for..... my neck has been killing me for a week and I figured something was better than nothing but O boy was I wrong. They don't speak any English. The sheet to cover you is an infant size, had holes in the sheets and the lotion was a huge tub that they used on every person. Very very rough, all over the place nothing was consistent, had to pay up front then sign the receipt at the end plus the tip and they stood over you to see what you gave. I'm in more pain than before I will never again. read more

Meh. You get what you pay for. I didn't really have high expectations for a $50 one hour massage, so I wasn't that disappointed. I was able to get in without any wait and was asked to pay upfront. The massage was wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. There were some moments that felt really good but when I asked the masseuse for more of what she was doing she didn't understand and moved on to some other motion. During the last 10 minutes she brought out some heated rocks that were a nice finishing touch to the massage which last exactly 1 hour. Was it a bad experience? No. Would I go back? Also no. read more

Massage was good and I was planning on going back but demanding more for a tip is actually ridiculous I wasn't aware two worked on me for a 30 minute massage. Very money hungry.... I gave her 5$ tip. And she literally looked at me and said 5$? And I was smiling thinking she was being thankful and she asked for another dollar...so I was like ok can u break my 20$ and she took and said how much back 10$ ? Like are you serious right now at this point it was just disrespectful. I paid your price and was tipping you. And planning on making this a regular occasion but never mind. I'll be taking this experience to all facebook pages. I hate greed and feel upset I let them take my money. read more

Very professional service, greatly appreciated the time and effort used to deliver quality service.

Possibly the worst experience here. I could not communicates with any of them at all, but asked for 80 minute massage pointing at the menu. They wanted the payments in advance, so I paid. Massage was not good at all, and done in 50 minutes... I asked her why she stopped, but she acted dumb and tells me "I don't know" I didn't really care about the money, but asked for the difference back. I know scammers don't give money back but I tried. It's hard to believe a business like this can survive. I will not go back there obviously. Neither should you. read more

Beware of this place! They tried to charge me 3 times and say that it never showed up on the receipt!! read more

I have had many massages in big cities and small cities. this was the best massage. the staff was friendly, the price was amazing. it looks a little shady on the outside but once you walk in you feel relaxed. if you want to fully melt get the combo massage. it has everyone you could want!!!! read more

My husband and I Went for a massage today. This was by far the worst service and massage. The staff was in and out of the rooms. Two members of the staff were speaking loudly while one pushed the other out of the room. They kept switching in and out of the room, opening the door frequently and there was no consistent massaging. We asked for an hour was told 45 min and barely got 35 with all the switching of staff. It seemed as if they lacked technique as well. I have been getting massages for years and would not recommend this place. We left extremely unhappy but still tipped as that is just how we are. Very sad experience. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. Dated maybe? i have been there two times in the last 4 months whenever I have been in Springfield (from St Louis). Both massages were excellent! Both made me want to hurry back. It was a different girl each time so I assume they manage well. I only have good things to say. I will definitely be back! read more

The best massage I've ever had. The masseuse was amazing she knew exactly where I needed worked out. Just wish I would of gotten her name for next time I go back. Would definitely recommend her and this whole establishment to everyone. Looking forward to next time. read more

The best massage around for the money! Hard to beat. You actually get an hour if you pay for it. Very in tune with adequate pressure or gentleness. They always fit me in and if you have a busy schedule this is the place. read more

OMG! The website looked good, but the place was dark, run down, smelled like BO, with sketchy people outside. I walked away!

My first time here and I thought I would try due to the good reviews. I was greeted with a friendly and engaging welcome by the front desk staff. The massage therapist was great- you can't beat the price. The place is clean and in a great location of upper Yucaipa. Will definitely be back soon! read more

If I could give -100 stars I would, my boyfriend went and paid for 1 hour they only did 30 minutes. Then forced him out while demanding a tip. Reporting to better business bureau! read more

Called and said I will be there in 30 mins. We order a Lyft to come to this place since we were staying around there. Let me tell you we arrived by jack in the box text them we were here and this lady just left in her car and her salon was closed no lights on nothing so weird. What's the point of saying there open til 11pm and they leave bad customer service. Beware people !!!!!! read more

After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try, best decision. Nice people and they sure know what they are doing. I has a shoulder surgery 2 months ago, I let her know not to give me a massage on the shoulder due to my surgery. She gave me a massage and asked me if she could do my shoulder, she massage it in a way that made my shoulder feel less pain. I will definitely go back again. read more

New to the area and found this place on Yelp. The place is quiet and clean, the bathroom was also very clean. My wife and I both had 90 minute massages which was pretty fantastic! We will definitely return and tell our friends. read more

I was skeptical at first, but by far one of the best massages I have had in a while. The location is a hole in the wall, but the staff was friendly. I was asked the amount of pressure preferred and she gave an example before starting. The young lady really focused on my back and knots, which will leave you sore if you have several knots. The hot stones was a wonderful touch to end the session. read more

Clean and tidy, very friendly service attitude. It is highly recommended that those who really want to massage come here. Here's a tip. If you tip $20 to $40 in advance, you'll get a more serious and better massage. It's definitely worth trying. Especially after a day's work, you need to relax your muscles. There's nothing wrong with coming here! For good service, don't grudge $20 or more. read more

Not work the money I went in for a half an hour and she did he massage with gloves and no oil or anything. 40$ for 30 minutes

This was the most painful massage ive ever received. I went last night and paid more than i intended because she didn't understand that i wanted a $5tip and not a $10 tip. The only reason why I didnt try to talk to the girl to try to get her to lighten up on the pressure is because she didn't speak English well at all. I couldn't tell if she was pressing her thumb or elbow into my back. I'm very sore today and I'm concerned I may have bruises on my neck and back. I would not recommend this place. I am not overexaggerating. Ugh. Horrible. The only plus this place is open late. Now I have to find a masseuse to work out the kinks this last person put in. read more

worse place ive ever been. bad massage. bad service. not sanitary. wouldn't be shocked if they weren't licensed.

I've been to a few other massage places in Banning/Beaumont area. By far this one is the best!!! The girls are amazing and listen to your needs. Jenny (the owner think) is great! She is very attentive. I love the fact that unlike other places in the area, it's more private. You get a private room with a massage oil for the back massage part. If you let her know where you're hurt, or sore they will work on that area and even apply hot stones. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment. I call in that same day to reserve a time. They will take walk ins but I have gone when they're busy and out of luck. So I learned my lesson so just call a few hours ahead, you should be good. read more

Heard about reviews through Yelp and I was a bit apprehensive. I've been going to an awesome $20 massage in Corona, but this will be a great replacement. This place is definitely worth it!!! Language barrier... But I don't mind if the massage is exactly what the doctor ordered. Thanks you! I will be back! read more

Good massage for a cheap price. I would have given them 5 stars, but then they have to work on communication. But over all, my experience here is great!!! read more

I have been to a lot of different massage places within the inland empire. I've been to massage envys, kk massage in Riverside, charming massage in Yucaipa, Redlands international day spa, and quite a few more. I try to get a massage once a month if possible, and so far my favorite place to go is Charming Massage but since I've been to Sunny Massage Spa, it's definitely a tie for me. The only thing I will say is the customer service could be a little better because of the language barrier. But this place is perfect if you are looking for a good massage, I do prefer Asian Massage Spas because they tend to use a lot of acupuncture points. Definitely give it a try if you are looking for a massage place. read more

At first glance I didn't think this was a legit massage place until I checked on yelp. My mother and I have gone to another foot massage place close by. I was extremely happy with the service we received at Sunny's. We got the upgraded/longer foot massage and the 2 ladies were very knowledgeable and nice. My only issue was my technician didn't speak English but other than that service was great. read more
