So my massage therapist left the room not once... not twice... not three times but, 8 times! Why??? I have no idea. I thought to myself damn maybe she needs more oil or maybe she's going to get those hot rocks .. NOPE came back empty handed. And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Then to top it off she asked for a tip in the end which is fine (great service deserves a tip) so I said sure I'll give you $10. Apparently that wasn't good enough she wanted $20. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes. So I said never mind to the tip and I'm 99.99% sure she called me mean names This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. I ignored reviews because I like to try things on my own but here I am hoping to prevent another massage seeker the disappointment. oh and they didn't even offer me a sip of water after like all the other place read more

The lady who did my massage was good , I could hardly understand her but over all is was good. I did have to let her know it was too much pressure though . The only thing that made my experience bad was towards the end . I paid and then she right away asked for tip . I said I'll give her cash and I only had 5$ cash so I gave her that. And then she looks at me all surprised and says "wow sooo little !" I mean sorry lady but that's what I had on me and the. Grabs my debit card and says she can charge it on that . And prints out a second receipt, I had to remind her only 50$ on my card . Honestly if they're going to be so pushy about the tip they should post that on their price list . Not to mention she was charging me even before I received the massage, I told her no I'll pay after . read more

Sunny Massage - Massage Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

If I could give more stars I would. I get massages pretty regularly and I like to try new places. I woke up with back stiffness and neck pain. It's no joke!! 100% better today. The lady there was professional (forget her name) and knew what she was doing. I received the best massage, I think I have ever gotten. Can't say enough good things about this place. This is really the cream of the crop as far as massages go. I don't think I'll be trying new places any time soon!!! read more

Incredibly dishonest place and dreadful massage service. Would not go back ever. From the getgo, they were asking for cash to be used as a method of payment. We went out and withdrew money then came back. Lady was asking if soft or hard I said hard, 20 minutes in massage I said "I'd like it to be harder please" lady told me to add another 10$. "I said no what kind of place is this? That should be part of the service right?" They were just rubbing their hands instead of actually doing a massage. We basically got robbed of our hard earned $. Fast forward during we headed out they were forcing us to give a 20$ tip for their horrendous service. Was entirely stressful and felt uneasy the duration of the service. Massively unprofessional, ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT GO BACK. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Worst place to go to get a massage...forcing me for a tip for a crappy service, very worst experience

Very clean inside. Had the 2 hour body massage. It felt great. Observed social distancing and precautions. Will definitely go back again

The massage sucked made you pay before hand . And I paid for a 60 min massage . And than I looked at my card transactions because I thought it was super fast . It only lasted 45 mins . My 8 year old sister gives better massages . I've gone to so many massage places and today my back hurt and it's a Sunday so most places arnt opened so I decided to come here . Never again. And they kept asking when am I going to tip or how am I going to tip. read more

Was getting a massage here today. I was getting the combo massage. The first 30 min for my feet was good. The next 30 min was suppose to be in the room. I got a so so massage for back for 10 min. All of a sudden all I hear is arguing in a different language. The lady doing my massage kept going in and out the room. Then she comes and put hot towel on back and says my massage is over. I state I have 20 more min. Another lady says u have 20 more min. I lay back down they start to argue again lady leaves who is doing my massage again. Finally I just get dressed and leave. I don't know if this is a tactic they use because I read another review similar to mine. I will never go here again read more

By far, one of the best places I've been to get a good massage, place is nice and clean. Every other place they tend to poke and pinch, but this place, they walk on you for the right pressure to relieve the pain. My massage therapist is Mia. read more

Ok, so I was dire need of some pain relief and relaxation and short on time so I thought I would give this place a try. First impression upon pulling up was a sketchy corner strip mall and the distinct odor of cannabis. I ventured in and using nods, gestures, and broken English, I was directed to the massage room where you pay up front. As I was getting ready to reveal my birthday suit, I hear a female voice asking for a business permit. I decided to pause for a moment to listen in. The next part of the conversation is where the building permits were for all the bootlegged massage rooms. Great, the fire marshal is here and about to shut it down. The non English speaking masseuse who doubled as the front hostess had to call the boss and she dealt with the impending cite that was sure to follow. The masseuse popped her head in to motion me that all is well and get ready. I reluctantly proceeded and waited for the next interruption that I figured would be a police raid. Meanwhile, the thin walls to the next business over was carrying on loudly. I wasn't sure if it was a domestic violence episode or possibly the source of the pot smell. I envisioned a group of stoners surrounding a hookah pipe or passing around a fat doobie. The massage commenced and after getting across that I like deep tissue massage, she proceeded to jump up on my back like a spider monkey and let her tootsies do the talking. Anyway, I did get the 60 minutes worth. Unfortunately, between the party next door and me envisioning an impending police raid, I certainly was not it a very relaxed mood. Really not sure how these guys ever got a 5 star review from anyone. I think the proper name for this place should be sketchy's or Shady's. Yikes! read more

I just went there there the massage wasn't that great. They charge me for 1 hour massage but only gave a massage for 30 minutes. Not worth it plus the lady wanted a $20 tip after. I just paid for a hour massage. Terrible not professional at all. read more

I came here not too long ago asking for 1 hr combo. Got this short asian name was "Show". Don't let her size fool ya. At first I thought she

When i walked in i was greeted with a very nice and inviting hostess. The massage was very strong and healing for my aching pain in my back and legs. She took her time in making sure that each section was thoroughly massaged. I think the time actually went over the hour, but they just charged me for the hour. It was a very professional and thorough massage. I like it so much that i invited my friends to go with me and try. read more

I've been suffered from my backache since I drive long trips frequently. Comparing to other massages I tried, I'm not exaggerated to say the professionals in here release me from pain and fatigue, and now, I am so enjoyed to be here almost every week :) read more

I am a man who loves to get a good full body massage about once a month. It is the kind of mental and physical renewal I have long enjoyed worldwide. I have learned from my international travels that Chinese masseuses in particular are consistently good at their trade. As a consequence, I have tried many different shops in the Riverside area to try to learn which one is the best available. For the past three years, Sunny Massage is the only shop I have gone to. No matter which masseuse is available, she is always a good choice. I recommend Sunny Massage to everyone without reservation, whether for renewal or therapeutic intervention. The technicians are well-trained and very competent. You will definitely enjoy your massage there! read more
