She screamed, "This has happened many times to me and you need to pay me"!!, I calmly showed her the transaction on my phone which was pending, she then again screamed at me "SEE YOU HAVE NOT PAID ME"!!!! I said ok I'll call me bank , talked to the bank rep , payment was pending because the WOMAN typed the wrong Zelle info , I had to cancel the payment and she reentered her information, this time I told her don't blame me if you enter your information wrong again , then she had the nerve to say, "DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE TIP" I told her no way I'm going to tip you I walk out and told her I was very displeased with her service

And she didn't just leave for a few seconds it was always minutes at a time. Maybe $20 would have crossed my mind if you didn't leave the room 8 times and cut my massage short by 20 minutes.
