She will massage on one spot like my calf or my arm for a few minutes like barely putting pressure and the rest of 1hr and 15 minutes felt the same . Not sure if she was falling asleep or on her phone or something. I also had to put my own shirt on the whole where you put your face on to avoid the bad foul odor as if the sheet hasn't been changed for a while. Never coming back on this place.

We noted for two female technicians, but they were kind enough to call and let us know they only had one and one that day. We arrived filled out a form - general info and asking where we wanted the massage focus to be. In no time was given a room. Relaxing ambience with soft music. My bones definitely cracked a couple times during that session which was a good sign it was working right lol. At the end was given a stamp card for 10massages until you reach $20 off. Awesome work left feeling great and wanting to do that hopefully monthly for my body.

Previously, I'd come once or twice a month and have Max do my 90 mins massage and it was great - he got all the kinks out. But shortly after, some changes happened, Max and Ann are gone, and the massage techs they had didn't quite meet the expectations - basically and unfortunately sub par so I stopped supporting the business. Scrolling through yelp, I decided to check this place out since I'm in need of a massage without breaking the bank and just to see how it's going and noticed "new soothing spa" with the new management as advertised. I gave it a try and surprised!!! there's another Max on their payroll so I got him as my massage tech and yes he got the kinks out, very professional, quiet but efficient - much deserved massage long coming. And no he's a different Max I'm told lol. Hopefully no changes happening so I'll be doing the monthly massages again. Thanks for a great massage - very comfortable, name said it - soothing and peaceful since it's Tuesday noon time, clean and value for your money. Plus the appliance store next door wasn't blasting their music through the walls either so that's ++ in my book although some guy working at that store decided to half block my truck so I had a challenging time getting into it to be able to drive - affected my peaceful aura but that's a different review entirely lol..... Also, hot stones are complimentary with deep tissue massages!!

I'm a fan of massages!! As an "older woman" there's nothing…read morebetter actually than having someone make all your pains subside for a while and that's what I feel like after visiting here. I've been twice now- This time I picked a 60 minute massage for $60 that had oil and mentioned good for sports injuries or something. I'm trying to lose weight, but I should have done it when I was younger and had no problems. Now I've had a disc removed and my back carries all my anger and stress. This is the answer to all of that and also, just going to say it- It feels like love I just decided that I'm going to make it an every payday treat because I deserve it (and I'm spending less money and food & alcohol anyway!) I highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself how satisfying a good massage can be!!!!!

We got two hours of foot massage, and half an hour on body. It was absolutely amazing, and the lady threw in a face massage for us too. I felt rejuvenated and I could tell my mom's soul was being massaged too. We even started walking normal. They had relaxing light music with nature sounds. And the ambience was dark and relaxing. They are very lovely people, and it was $130 for both of us. $130 for two hours of foot massage and half an hour body is unbelievable. We paid $160 to leave a tip. The woman on the phone confirmed the time and took my cell number for the reservation. She said that was the only available slot, so we arranged our schedule around it. Later, I received a call from a man who did not speak English well. He told me to make sure we were not late because they were booking appointments back-to-back. I assured him we would arrive early. We arrived at 1:00 PM for our 1:15 PM appointment. A man came out from the back, I told him we had a 1:15 appointment, and he said "no" and walked away. A woman then came from behind the curtain (it appeared they were actively working on clients while also handling the front desk). She checked her book, confirmed our time and my phone number -- and then told us they had given our appointment to someone else. When I asked if we could reschedule, they said no because they were fully booked. As a "sorry," they offered us a reusable water bottle. I declined. That does not make up for giving away a confirmed appointment. It was Friday. My husband took the day off so we could enjoy this together. We drove to Riverside specifically for this experience. Instead, we were turned away even though we were early for our confirmed appointment. In hindsight, it may have been a blessing. If a business is double-booking clients and trying to operate as massage therapists and receptionists at the same time, it raises serious concerns about professionalism and organization. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
