I've been twice now- This time I picked a 60 minute massage for $60 that had oil and mentioned good for sports injuries or something. I'm trying to lose weight, but I should have done it when I was younger and had no problems. Now I've had a disc removed and my back carries all my anger and stress. This is the answer to all of that and also, just going to say it- It feels like love I just decided that I'm going to make it an every payday treat because I deserve it (and I'm spending less money and food & alcohol anyway!) I've been to this place around 5 times. It's always a hit or a miss. You either get someone who does a great job or someone who just slathers you with oil and applies pressure here and there. Today me and my boyfriend decided to get a massage and I called ahead to inform the receptionist that I would appreciate someone who does a good job as massage and not just rubbing lotion. She told me yes good masseuse for you. Okay I arrived with my partner and we were rushed into the rooms and I asked to use the restroom first where the owner then scoffed annoyed. If you have a tight schedule and need to rush why not reschedule? Instead of rushing services just to get some extra money in between appointments. My boyfriend was out into a double bed room and I was placed in a single where then I asked why can't we be in the same room and she immediately moved me ? Then began the massage the masseuse I had initially started off okay but I was only applying pressure when she was using her elbows and her hands to rub my shoulder ? I began to ask if she could do different rubbing instead of the same technique over and over which did not at all feel relieving. The masseuses then immediately switched for some reason? My owner was then doing my massage and I can't honestly say I'm disappointed that she turned out to be the own that just slathers oil on you. She would only apply pressure in some areas and after asking for so many accommodations I became annoyed and decided to not ask for any more adjustment since there was no improvement. Then it comes time to pay, where as you see all over the reviews is the heavy pressure the tipping is REQUIRED. Makes me ask ? As they like to argue they work hard. Yes so do we to earn our money to pay for a massage not done well. If we are paying the owner for a service SHE should be paying her employees. Not charge an extra mandatory fee to compensate her employees. Last time coming here. In other occasions where I've had my massage done by Apple I've tipped $10+ since she is not rude and amazing. The owner got very agitated when I told my complaint and got even more upset when I told her we would only tip $5 per person max. I've Spent too much money to be disappointed this many times. And yes I did arrive 5 min late, either way you had another appointment scheduled at 9 and you still had to rush my massage and give me a poor service just to get extra money in between clients when you know hours ahead of time that I booked an hour massage. We've had good and bad massages here. It's very inconsistent and depends on who you get. We have ALWAYS tipped before but the service was so bad last time because the masseuse just kept drenching you in oil and rubbing it in without really massaging and we didn't really think it deserved a tip. The owner got surprised and said "why no tip?" And we said "it wasn't very good today." She made us feel very bad for not tipping and stared at us until we send her more money. Also every time we come here, we are asked multiple times (at check in and during the massage) if you want add on. Depending on the masseuse you get, you might not understand because of their thick accent and accidentally say yes to something so be aware when they ask you a question in the middle of your massage that they're trying to up charge you for an add on. A few times I was enjoying the message and almost falling asleep only to be woken up just to get an up charged question. I don't think customers should be pressured to tip or get asked to want an add on in the middle of the service. It's a little unprofessional in my opinion. I thine were able to look over the add on questions during the service before but this was our last straw. We love going here because we get 90 minutes for a good price for $158. my masseuse was really good and listened to what I said about the pressure. i really like how they dont talk either and are quiet during the massage! definitely relaxing!! The place is really clean as well and I like the relaxing music. The employees at KK Massage was really nice and always welcoming with a smile. I called in advance to get a appointment and they took us right on time. I think this will be the last time I come here. I'm the last person to even write a review but I wanted to express how much distress I was in coming here. I came here today to get a massage for my birthday and it started off great the lady asked if I wanted add ons before starting my massage and I had told her "no thanks". While getting the massage I was getting asked if I wanted to add oils, hot stones which I already had said NO to in the first place. I felt interrupted during my whole time getting a massage. Then when I went to check out she was like how much do I want to tip and I proceeded to tell her and she said "oh that's it" knowing it was 10% of a tip, which to me was reasonable because I was being bothered during my massage experience. She showed me the sign which said $10 tip for like and $20 tip for love and it said good karma if you tip. The fact this establishment has a sign saying that is a money grabbing scam. I believe in if you deserve a tip you will get a tip, don't be forcing people to pay $10-20 tips. Any tip should be appreciated. You guys acts like I didn't pay you. Great experience. It's been 12+ years since my last one of these. To me a massage is a luxury...you feel good for a little while. I can fell good for less with a 2" steak and bourbon chaser. But Mrs. Yelper needs them for her health, so on we went together. My skillful and sweet massage lady was perfect for a deep tissue. I spend a lot of time in the gym working my back, so this was a treat. She found every muscle and pushed out every once of tension. At her suggestion she did "cupping" using rubber cups with air sucked out. Very Interesting and entertaining!! Would never do it again, but glad I did...if only for the experience. Overall this was an amazing experience. I have never gotten a massage before and was worried. Being a 6ft 300+ lbs bigger guy I was hesitant. They were able to let me come in towards the end of the day. Alina was my masseuse and she worked wonders. I did tip quite a bit more compared to others but after a long day she put her whole body into it which I imagine can be tough for working on bigger bodies. I appreciate her 100%. Looked forward to trying this place because of the reviews and it's open during the pandemic. "Miya" did great and kept checking on me, if the massage was too hard or too weak. Unfortunately, when we went to pay, the cashier overcharged us when I specifically said $20 tip--$10 per masseuse. She charged $5 for using a credit card and put $125, then proceeded to ADD another $20 dollar tip and charged us $145!‍ Didn't see this until after we left. Be sure to double check the charges and don't be quick to sign and leave. Not good business etiquette and definitely will think twice about using a card or their services again. Note to the owners: The establishment should pay their workers well and care for them, instead of forcing or making customers pay larger tips for the services rendered. I wasn't sure what the name of the lady who provided me my deep tissue massage was, but the experience was amazing overall! I came in with a LOT of back pain and stress from daily exercise and training in taekwondo, and although it came out a little pricey (100 including tip), she was very very good at deep tissue massages and she suggested I have a cupping as well because she could easily tell my back was too tight and stressed. Would recommend! The experience is even better if you are able to speak Chinese so you can easily communicate what it is you need from your massage. read more

Had a last minute idea during our 10 year anniversary to get a massage! It was worth it! We spent the day at Disney and almost knocked out! My feet were so swollen from the pregnancy and walking all day that at about 845pm we decided to go back out and come here! We were the only ones at the time but we were able to squeeze in a couples massage! They were so sweet and accommodating. Definitely happy they had finger strength better than other massages I've had. We also got a facial that I thought would be added onto the hour but instead it was integrated. Still don't mind tho!
