KYLIE/KELLY IS AMAZING!!! Had came here for years, but will no longer. They do remote scheduling (Over the phone , person is rarely in office) which is fine but has cause multiple disconnects in the past (overlap , different assigned masseuse, wrong services (timeframes) done). Different people answer and they don't know who's in the shop nor available. Which I can understand, but I can no longer tolerate the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had mentioned prior that there was a Groupon advertised online . They shared that they would be able to honor it in store. But when I went to check out the closing older female masseuse with long brown hair was so AGGRESSIVE and rude I have never gotten a deal there / nor used a Groupon there If they can't honor it it's fine (leave it to another disconnect) but she was pretty much yelling at me and treated me badly To be fair, her attitude has ALWAYS been poor it was just UNBEARABLE and hyper aggressive this time She attempted to argue with me about the ad (she misread it and tried to tell me it wasn't applicable). I just pleaded with her to charge me what it was and let me go. I no longer wanted to discuss it, and she ignored my pleads and kept trying to discuss the ad after of minutes of me just repeating I JUST WANT TO LEAVE RING ME UP WHAT YOU HAVE TO THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING AND UNCOMFORTABLE she finally decided to ring me up and allow me to leave I love Kylie's work but this last experience was just so horrid and inexcusable Things I was able to put pass prior: 1.The location - no parking/ poorly lit 2. Disorganization (as mention above) 3. Lack of privacy - it is curtain walls which I can acknowledge but it's the lack of awareness that's not ok .I actually had another male customer open my curtain (thank goodness I was fully dressed ) but when I told the staff they did not acknowledge it nor care 4.Room Temperature- it is always freezing there's no accommodation 5. Unprofessionalism - there's already minimum privacy but while you are receiving your services employees are constantly in and out of the room talking to each other disrupting your service read more

Dani took her time and really worked out the knots - I was super impressed by how thorough and relaxing the massage was for a spur of the moment Groupon massage decision. I purchased a massage through Groupon and while the massage itself was really good, I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience at the end. After my session, I still had to tip but I noticed I don't have my wallet in my purse. I told the masseuse I had left my wallet in the car and would be right back. As I was searching, I looked up and saw that she had followed me out and was standing outside my car window watching me. She was right outside of my window practically looking in, and she was so close that it made me jump. Mind you, I'm not even sure how she saw which car I got into. I tried to explain that I didn't have my wallet (I realized I left it at home) and offered to return back, I even offered to give her my number for accountability measures, but the interaction felt very intense and pressuring especially with the language barrier. She started to mention how her hands are tired from the massage and began guilt tripping me. Then she laughed at me because I think she assumed I was trying to avoid tipping. I told her I'm not sure what to do if I don't have my wallet on me right now. I 100% had every intention to tip her, and I even found some cash laying around my car after the fact but after the way she was acting, I didn't want to give it to her anymore so I drove off. I left feeling embarrassed and a little shaken. I understand tips are appreciated, but this kind of follow-up felt like she was crossing a boundary and made the experience end on a really bad note. Terrible Experience at Zen Massage I really regret choosing Zen Massage. First off, parking was very limited and already frustrating. The massage itself was $55 for the hour, but honestly, it wasn't worth it. The quality was mediocre at best. There are no private rooms--just curtained areas--and the whole time I could clearly hear another customer next to me groaning and making loud noises, which made it impossible to relax. On top of that, my massage was interrupted by other employees coming in three different times, and the therapist even left the massage area twice for extended periods. The environment was noisy, unprofessional, and far from relaxing. Overall, this was not an enjoyable experience at all. I'd strongly recommend passing on this spa. read more

Idk about y'all but I left in the first 15 mins it was a very interesting experience. I got undressed and layed down and covered myself with the sheet , the guy came in ( idc if it's a guy or girl who massage me) he was massage me a little OVER the sheet no lotion or nothing , then he was pressing on me like full on pressing on each section but it was uncomfortable like he was pushing me between the table and his hands I tried to give it a chance and some time thinking maybe that was a warm up ultimately I left because I was uncomfortable and it was doing anything but making it hard to breath read more

I've been going here for many years and took my bf to get a massage for his birthday. We splurged and got the 90min and it was just what we needed! It was a drop tissue massage but felt so much like a lymphatic draining massage! We felt slimmer and could feel all the toxins leaving our bodies! I had an appointment on Saturday October 5th @ 4:45pm with a gentlemen who had glasses (I didn't get his name) but, I will come back and book with him soon. I have tried a lot of other people elsewhere and he is the first one to actually give me results that have lasted days, left me feeling relaxed and loose. I personally like a mix of both soft/hard massage in a session, I communicated with him throughout the massage and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. On top of having a bad posture and a lower back injury that happened three years ago, I haven't felt this good in a while. Booked a massage for 90 minutes. 60 mins body 30 mins feet. My back feels more tense from how painful my masseuse was digging her elbows into my back. The foot massage was horrendous. All she pretty much did was lotion my feet, no type of relief in my foot massage at all. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Brought my bestie here for a couples 1 hour massage that i purchased on Groupon. The location isn't the best looking from the outside and inside this isn't a luxury spa experience. We were in the same "room" which was separated by curtains. Even though this wasn't "luxury" I will say this was a wonderful experience. We both had amazing massages, I think Lisa did mine. I went with a caregiver. The massage was very good, and it felt good because it was my first time using hot stones. The pressure was just right. However, I had a cold and was tired, so I snored. The caregiver next to me couldn't relax because the staff also talked to me. She was bothered by the noise and the voices. I think a private room would be better next time. Don't waste your money . I've been to many message spas and I am usually pleased with the service but this place was a waste of time and money. The person doing the massage had very light hands and worst of all I was massaged with the blanket over me and when he did remove the blanket he used face towels to massage me and it was so light it was more like just feeling me than massaging me . I ordered 45 minutes body and 45 minutes feet and I did not get that . He spent most my time on my back. It was disappointing that I just wanted it to be done. I got about 5minutes per foot and I noticed that he did not do both feet the same . It was just random delicate strokes with hands without unknotting any tension on my feet.
